@amalashuor is in a dire situation. She not only have to worry on how to flee Gaza, but her 18 month old daughter is high risk of malnutrition right now. Decided to answer a few asks at once, instead of one for today ;;w;;

Also part of me wishes that I could have these fellas introduced ( Not in ask-abomination. Just moreso their own stories mayhaps? ). Since Ive had the ideas of them for a very long time now but have not done anything with it yet ;;w;;. I remember wanting to make emotes of them at some point. I had ideas for them and they were intended to be my practice for writing and story building ;;w;;! There was even going to be an introduction to the power of megas and dynamaxing! I even made this back in 2022, as a way where there is a discussion of immerse uncontrollable power to have when two items are combined!

Why am I suddenly bringing this up? Well... A friend recently dm'd me, asking of these characters and said how they miss hearing how happy I talk of these particular ocs, how I've always wanted to make a practice writing-base ask blog of them, and want to send these stinkers to others ask boxes just to faun over how my ocs interact with theirs ( and they meant these in particular because, uh... Well... I admittedly talk to this friend of how I'd imagine how others ocs interact with my ocs base on the asks I imagined -/////-. Can you tell that I obsess about this community but feel too shy about it? ) because this was brought back to me and even encouraged to try to give this idea another go ( This time not feel afraid ), I have just been overall debating about it ;;w;; If I do try it, I will at least need to fill up the main guild missing roles. Like... I don't have a guild leader to this story yet xd. I have yet to decide on species. Ofc the blog will focus on bipedal and anthros pwp. No ferals this time around! ( This does not mean ferals dont exist in my world for this! They do, but are very rare! Even rarer if it is a non-hybrid feral! ) I will have to replan an intro because uh... I've forgotten the old one xd. I didnt had it saved anywhere. But this does mean pausing the Kuruna blog, just to not overwhelm myself pwp

Part of me worries about whether this would even have any interests ;;w;;. Like yeah I will have fun and writing practice, that is priority! Just unsure if anyone would like this too ;;w;;

Kyatra made her limping way along the dark corridor.

Dully, she was aware that her feet hurt, that her shoulder was never going to work right again, and all of the other myriad pains her body was beset with.

It didn't matter, none of them mattered.

Faintly behind her she heard the screaming of someone that had once mattered to her too.

She ground her teeth. He was already dead. He'd made his choice when he chose to sacrifice himself. There was nothing she could do now but hope there were no further traps.

As she was aware of the pain, she was aware that if there were any further difficulties, she would not survive them. If this goddamned corridor didnt end soon she didnt know if she'd make it to the end even if it was fully harmless.

A door appeared before her.

She didnt know if it had been there and she just hadnt noticed or if it had magically appeared, and she didnt care.

She used the arm with the still working shoulder to shove the door open. She had a moment where she thought, somewhat hysterically, that she might have just pushed a pull door, and then it easily swung open.

Inside was a bare room, lit with torches with a single golden sarcophagus inside. She thought, with what would have been sadness if she was still capable of feeling that anymore, that Sasha would probably have said something nerdy about the significance of the markings and the possible era, and tried to make her use the precise word for this specific type of sarcophagus.

But Sasha wasn't here, Sasha would never be here again, and that line of thinking led only to madness.

She tried very hard not to picture Sashas indignant face as she heaved the sarcophagus lid off unceremoniously. Or to hear David's voice remonstrating her on all the trap safety rules she was breaking.

She leaned in to look. It was finally going to be over.

She had a blank moment of utter incomprehension before she realized the sarcophagus was utterly empty. Her mind went completely white, and then she jumped up and screamed.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THE POINT YOU FUCKING SADISTS! YOU PROMISED ME GREATNESS, YOU PROMISED ME GLORY, AND YOU SENT ME OFF ON A QUEST FOR AN EMPTY COFFIN?!"

She stopped to take a breath and viciously kicked the sarcophagus, ignoring the immediate pain in her foot. Before she turned away again, something on the inside of the lid of the sarcophagus caught her eye.

There, written in blood. "The real treasure is the fiends we made along the way".

She stared at it in utter incomprehension, reading it aloud, "the real treasure is the fiends we made along the way? What the entire fu-"

Kyatra stopped, the hair on the back of her neck rising up. She was suddenly aware, with a certainty that was completely absolute, that she was no longer alone in the room.

She really, really did not want to turn around.

Eyes tightly shut, she slowly, slowly turned to face the room behind her.

She took a deep breath. Whatever it was, she'd survived worse, and she could deal with death if it was her time now.

She opened her eyes, and wished she was dead.

Silent ranks stared back at her, but she had eyes only for the three at the front.

"Sasha-" she choked, reaching out to touch in an instinctive gesture. She pulled her hand back. This wasn't Sasha. The eyes were lackluster, staring straight ahead, and the water shed drowned in dripped off her in an unending stream. She slowly turned to look at David and Rico. The gash in Rico's neck still bled, and David-. She really, really hadn't wanted to know exactly how David died.

She thought she might be about to throw up. Then she did.

Wiping the vomit off her mouth, she straightened back up.

"Why-what." She stopped, breathing in. "Why are you back?"

She expected one to answer, if any did, but she got a thunderous response from what must have been a thousand throats. "We are the fiends made along the way. We were sacrificed in an attempt for power. You are the first to reach the sarcophagus. Command us."

Anger rose up in her like bile. This-this was her reward? This was her weapon? To command the bodies of her dead friends and the friends of others? What kind of sick, sick sadist would set up a self righteous moral lesson like-.

Sudden calm set in. She knew what kind of sick sadists set this up. She took a deep breath.

"Okay. Okay, we're going to end this, we're going to put a stop to tests and puzzles like this. We're going to throw down those self righteous fat gluttons that lie around in their sky palaces and laugh at our pain."

Kyatra looked up, eyes blazing with fury. "We're going to kill the gods."

The Dark Lord opened the sarcophagus said to contain the most powerful and legendary weapon ever. Instead, he found a message written in blood: “The real treasure is the fiends we made along the way.”
