Which book in the Renegades trilogy is your favorite?

I think I have to give my top spot to the first one because I like Ingrid, but there's also The Scene with Winston and Callum in Supernova, so it's close competition.

Also, what's, like, your favorite moment/scene?

Idk man

All of them are really good, but my fav is probably either Archenemies or Supernova

Archenemies was pretty good, and, if I recall correctly, it had the kiss scene which I may or may not have loved (it's my fav scene and I re-read it 3 times to fully soak it in before I allowed myself to move on)

And Supernova had a nice and satisfying ending, but Callum's death BROKE me

Winston's death was really sad too,

I'm once again asking for part of the fandom to stop Runaan's uwufication

Ezran has all the rights to be pissed, he killed his father. Ezran is a 12 y.o who's going way too much at such a young age in a short period of time.

Rayla loves her father and Callum loves Rayla and knows how terrible losing a parent is (he lost three), that's why he was okay with freeing him, but Ezran has a total different relationship with Rayla and different views from Callum, on top of that, he just lost his kindgom.

Runaan is a grown ass man who killed Ezran's dad and trained his empath daughter to be an assassin, trying to kill her later when she opposed him. He's not a "uwu gay bean" he's an adult with terrible life choices and Ezran arresting him is a total valid response.

There is nothing I could ever say that would truly encapsulate how I feel about the season 7 trailer coming out so I'll just put this

do i think aaravos is incredibly valid in his grief and his mission for vengeance? yes of course i do, he was a girl dad and a damn good one at that.

do i support him doing all of this on behalf of his daughter? no not really. i don't think leola would've wanted to see her beloved father destroy the world she loved so much, with the elves and the animals and the humans.

For me it's like I love the characters so much. They are my comfort characters and I care about them really really deeply. So when unfair shit happens to them and hurts them for no reason it pains me so much.

So I just have to completely ignore canon. The canon isn't real. Fuck the canon.

Finished all 6 seasons of the dragon prince. Now I must be confused about Viren, grieve for Leola, break my heart over Aaravos, pray for Sorvus, daydream about Rayllum, hope for Ruthari reuniting and read fanfic after fanfic after fanfic, until I get my beloved season 7

I really am hoping that Leola might come back in season 7. Not just because she’s an autistic cutie who didn’t deserve what happened to her, but also because think of the potential her character could have! Especially if arc three gets green lit and we get another time skip?!

Leola could still be adjusting to a world that’s changed in the last thousand years, she’s also still coming to grips with the fact that she was freaking dead for that whole time, and that her father lost himself in his grief and became someone she wouldn’t even recognize.

And unlike Claudia, who follows in her father’s footsteps, Leola is afraid of, and trying her absolute damndest to avoid going down the same path her father did. And whereas Aaravos excelled at creating rifts between entire nations, Leola works towards building bridges between people. Hell, she might have already gotten a head start on doing just that if she hadn’t been executed for trying to help humans! Aaravos said so himself that she befriended people regardless of their race of species.

And think of the intersections Leola could have with the main cast members as well!!! She could be like a little sister to Callum and Ezran, and be the mischievous youngest sibling using her magic to try and help them keep in touch with their inner children. Same with queen Aanya. If she can’t take their royal duties away from them, she figures she can at least make them easier to handle with harmless shenanigans. And if she ever comes in contact with Claudia (assuming she lives to see the timeskip) I could see Leola trying to guide her towards a path of healing and recovery from the dark path she’s followed up to that point, if that’s even possible. Even if it’s not, Leola strikes me as the type of person that would try to help Claudia at least, even after learning about her history with the Katolis royal family and how it fell apart.

Like I said, Leola’s character has some juicy potential if she’s revived next season. Here’s hoping!🤞🏼

I was going to do a quick double image post here with Harrow and Callum, but when I went to get the screenshot I wanted from S2, I realized something else:

King Harrow was visited by a mysterious and powerful figure in his dreams.

We didn't learn until S4 that Aaravos could pop into the dreams of kings and queens. But who else would have such cosmically perfect timing as to visit a king on the very night he inherits his throne?

Lady Justice is Aaravos, in a form Harrow needed to perceive in order to trust him.

So, what was he doing with King Harrow?

Getting him to choose the blindfold, of course.

Aaravos stole a relic staff from the top of the Starscraper in order to give humans a better chance in a magical world. It was how he evened the odds and made things a little more fair. Surely the world would be better all around if it were fair to everyone no matter whether you're born as an elf or a human, right?

And this made sense to Harrow, and to Sarai, too.

I wonder when Ezran started dreaming of Lady Justice. Did Aaravos wait until he knew he was king? Or did he start on the boy that first night in the forest with Callum and Rayla?

Was his anger getting away from him in the short story "Deep Below" because he'd been dreaming of fairness and realizing the world he was living in didn't have enough of it? Maybe we'll find out.

In the meantime,
