Jenny Everywhere and the Even More Annoyingly-Titled Sequel to "Jenny Everywhere and the Rather Annoyingly Titled Sequel to "Jenny Everywhere and the Very Short Story""

"Aaaaaaaaaaaarghhhhhhh!" screamed Jenny Everywhere, in what was typically regarded as a blood-curdling screech*.

"Well," I said, for the bit where I added in parenthesis after "narrator" that the narrator was, in fact, me was getting rather tiresome, "I'd already ruined the joke of the first story, so I thought I might as well carry on. And these are rather fun, I must say."

Jenny Everywhere groaned. This may have been because she had an elephant on her head, or else it may have been because she was rather pissed off at me.

I suspect the latter, in hindsight.

Just then, because I couldn't think of anything else to put here, in a daring act of outstanding fanwankery, I suddenly revealed that I was not, in fact, a mere ordinary narrator, the likes of which you might find in an everyday story, but instead I was the Narrator in Grey!

"I!" I cried, in a daring act of outstanding fanwankery, "Am not, in fact, a mere ordinary narrator, the likes of the which you might find in an everyday story, but instead I am the Narrator in Grey!"

"The who?" asked Jenny Everywhere, still decidedly peeved at my antics.

"The Narrator in Grey!" I cried, "You must have heard of me!"

"Not ringing any bells," said Everywhere.

"Oh," I said, disheartened, "Well, then, let me rectify that lack of knowledge, and inform you that I, the Narrator in Grey, am very evil and such, being the Man in Grey's evil cousin! And I am here to stop you!"

"Stop me doing what?" asked Everywhere.

"Why, having adventures of course!" I said.

"Yeah, figures," said Everywhere, "I mean, bloody hell, you really are evil!"

So Jenny Everywhere gave me a very stern telling off, and told me not to be evil any more, so I became very good and we both went on lots of lovely adventures together, and we all lived happily ever after until the very next day, when the universe in which these stories took place imploded, because it didn't particularly fancy another one of these Tumblr flash-fic things.

With Twitter's state in the air, I thought I should preserve a semi-important part of 925 Universe history. Presenting "What Went Down at Facebook", a satirical thread about what really caused Facebook to go down on October 4th, 2021... turns out it's eldritch horrors beyond mortal imagining.

The main thing of note here is it's the earliest published reference to the Man in Grey, a character who'd later become one of the main trio in the 925 Universe series. Whether or not this story is canon to that series is up in the air, but it's not not canon.

Another Fictodim story, this time with an original character I created based on the open source Cyclock race. She has to ascend a menacing tower in the midst of Fictodim in search of answers, an assignment

Some minor connective tissue to the first fic but largely just sets up some new characters, most notably Nova.

References to other open source things such as Jenny Over-There are present but I didn't want to overload it with that as this is mostly to establish the tower and Nova.

Hrm, so I commissioned art from @rosenkranz-does-things again, this time about this very uh, gay fic. AND I AM GOING INSANE OVER HOW GODDAMN BRILLIANT THIS ART IS!!

Aaaaah! After writing a fic quite recently in which Jenny kills someone to save Vastra, I felt inclined to commission Roz because just LOOK AT THEIR ART! Gosh the sheer SKILL in this! I love how vibrantly, agreesively red the blood is! It contrasts so well against the background, Jenny's clothes, and Vastra's face. Gosh, the way Vastra is so still and calm in her worship of Jenny and the intimate kiss!?? AHHHH this is just perfectly captured, and then Jenny's despair, her clinging to Vastra for dear life with her hand and gosh her facial expression!! Can we talk about her face! Because she looks SO hot with blood on it! Roz you mad genius! (Hey also, two of those splatters look a little bit like kiss marks on first glance, and it's driving me insane! (positive. VERY positive.) I don't know if it was on purpose or not, but omgggg) They're just everything to meee, and Roz you deliver every single time, you never miss! Just. AHHH! People, go commission Roz for beautiful art!

All the outfits and styling of Sandra Oh as Jenny Yum in Quiz Lady are just so AH. YES. So perfect for the character but also so so so good? Constantly over the top in a way that could be just ridiculous in a different movie, but this movie doesn't want us to think she's ridiculous. Look at that last outfit. That's the end of the movie. All the growing and changing has happened and she still looks that way because that was NOT something she was supposed to outgrow. (And actually it works exactly the same with Awkwafina's character, she also does her fair share of growing and changing but her personal style? Still the same, because THAT was not the problem) Sandrah Oh is 52 and she looks amazing in this style, and that is frankly so good to see. Do what you want forever, stop living in prisons inside your own mind.
