Current Weight: 242.4 lbs.
Height: 5'9
Age: 16
1st GW: 200 lbs.
2nd GW: 180 lbs.
UGW: 140 ish.
Today: So today is the first day of August. I set an alarm to wake up earlier, I prepped my bullet journal for my habit Tracker, so I've already done my morning skin care routine and have drank half of my water bottle. I will not binge this August. I'm heading to an All Time Low concert with my friends next week, and they don't know what's going on with me and Ana, and I'll try to say I'm just not hungry and sip on Diet Coke and water all night. Anyways, I start school on the 15th, and I really wanted to lose more weight this summer, but I'm going to keep starving and try to ignore my body so I'm not suicidal 24/7. Wish me luck, and stay safe.💕

I need to lose minimum 4lbs a week if I want to be 20 lbs lighter going on hols.
700 cals a day is too much , even though I usually got the 600-650 mark anyway
Plan: fruit and veg diet only ABSOLUTELY NOTHING PROCESSED is going into my body
No more than 300 cals a day
Exercise everyday without fail to burn 300+ calories so that I'm always in the - cals
3litres + of water a day
2 cups of green tea a day (I hate the stuff)
24 hour fasting every day. So only eat breakfast/lunch just so my bf doesn't suspect anything
Kiwis are 55 cals so I'll get my fibre from those. If not I have laxatives.
Reading walking meditating every day at least 2hrs a day
I'm determined to make this work. I've only lost 7lbs and I've hit a plateau already.

I love makeup. Love it.
Thing is, when I’m around people I keep it really minimal.
Why?
Because I just know what people would think otherwise
“Oh look at that fat girl.. Did she really think the makeup would make her pretty enough for people not to notice how fat she is?”
When I’m skinny I’ll be able to play with makeup and go out in public with it, because people will actually notice the makeup and not the fat girl underneath it.

Body check. When I first got these shorts I couldn't even button them. Now they're falling off and don't pinch my thighs . Still fat and ugly but it's comforting seeing progress.

I've had enough.
I am so sick and tired of beating myself up over what I've eaten. My self control MUST be stronger from now on. I. Am. Serious. The rules are very simple: 1. Anything with more than 3g fat is FORBIDDEN. 2. More vegetables than fruits. 3. Only one 'cheat' day a month. 4. No more than 800 calories a day. 5. Record everything. Easy. 5kg in 5 weeks. Let's do this.

Weigh-in 10.1.17
I’m always so anxious about weighing myself, and haven’t stepped on a scale for a month+. My digital scale doesn’t work because the battery is dead and I didn’t bother getting a new one. I used my parents’ analog one so there is a precision issue. 
Anyway it showed 53 kg (~117 lb).
It’s a step in the right direction, but still very far from the goal - 45 kg (100 lb).
