Writing for my Mental Health Falling in love with myself has been a monumental obstacle while dealing with hydrocephalus. Hydro has been my entire life but the scars -were hidden.

I need to lose minimum 4lbs a week if I want to be 20 lbs lighter going on hols.

700 cals a day is too much , even though I usually got the 600-650 mark anyway

Plan: fruit and veg diet only ABSOLUTELY NOTHING PROCESSED is going into my body

No more than 300 cals a day

Exercise everyday without fail to burn 300+ calories so that I'm always in the - cals

3litres + of water a day

2 cups of green tea a day (I hate the stuff)

24 hour fasting every day. So only eat breakfast/lunch just so my bf doesn't suspect anything

Kiwis are 55 cals so I'll get my fibre from those. If not I have laxatives.

Reading walking meditating every day at least 2hrs a day

I'm determined to make this work. I've only lost 7lbs and I've hit a plateau already.

Got my second dose of COVID-19 vaccination at Walgreens, here's my record to prove that I'm certified. The staffs at the Pharmacy once again we're great, I'm in so much pain but cause of the shot but cause I got hurt back at Labor Day 😅 my drunk ass was racing with a few of my co-workers and I fell and hurt my right wrist. The important thing is I'm doing alright, I got my second shot and there's nothing wrong with me other than the sore pain. 2. I am INTSP- on the personality scale- introverted and sensitive
