They usually pay your child for the candy and send the non perishables to the troops over seas * Check out http://www.halloweencandybuyback.com for other businesses participating in the program. * Google these charities to see where you can donate: Operation Gratitude, Operation Shoebox, Ronald McDonald House Charities * Set a bunch of it aside to use to decorate gingerbread houses with friends/family * Freeze it for a treat every now and again * You can always purge it from your pantry so the temptation isn’t there. (I know, no one likes this option, but it is an option!) With all the treat that are out during the upcoming holiday season, taking little steps now let’s you enjoy the season without over indulging or depriving yourself. And this is what good health is all about. Creating great habits! Grilled or smoked chicken instead of fried. Oatmeal with fresh fruit instead of waffles covered in syrup. Water instead of soda. Reason number 1 why i still have 2 shakes a day. This past weekend we went away and over 3 days i had 1 shake. I feel fine and all that, but in a matter of days my weird dry skin thing started up again. So jumped right back on it tonight. Skin should be all back to normal in a couple days. I have no idea what ingredient has fixed the eczema. I don't really care. When a shake can help fix what no doctor, lotion, or prescription could why would i ever stop. The shakes combined with intermittent fasting and 24 to 48 hour cleanses have changed my life.
