EDDIE DIAZ tells EVAN BUCKLEY that he’s not expendable. tells him exactly what he needs to hear. that his life IS worth it. that he DOES matter. looks into his eyes and tells him he wants him to stay in this world to take care of their son. and from that moment on, as an audience we see buck stop being so careless with his life. because hey, he has a family to go to home to. people who need him around. and you expect me to move on.
