what i would give for a ghost based cod campaign. can you imagine if they pulled from the comics and had roba come back and want to get revenge against ghost for destroying his empire? the 141 slowly learning about simon riley and banding together to kill his ghost?

ghost being so certain he killed roba to set up an unreliable narrator; taking this unfathomable soldier, the nightmare of the 141, and realising he bleeds humanity. playing as ghost through flashbacks of mexico and his torture under roba but in the current time, little details break down; little inconsistencies of enemy numbers or base layout or what people look like, things that you can't be sure if you the player just missed something or if it’s really ghost seeing things that aren’t there

ghost starting to question how much of his memory is real, both what he went through with roba and what he’s currently experiencing; if it's his trauma bleeding through or if he's breaking for the last time. he doesn’t know if he can trust himself ("just make sure you can trust yourself. start there") and he has to reckon with completely trusting the 141 when he realises he can't

i need a sequence of him just losing his shit; hearing roba's voice in his head, his taunting “english” telling him he never left his compound, seeing the dead prostitute and his father laughing, always laughing, the tear of the meathook between his ribs and sting of the scorpions in his flesh, the coffin and the rotting stench of the dark and all of it culminating in ghost almost accidentally shooting soap when he tries to talk him down

whether it ends up being someone pretending to be roba or they just change it to roba still being alive, either way i need a ghost based campaign with personal stakes and character depth

something I don't talk about enough is that hello can not only enter desktops, but also individual programs if they're open. in software this mostly allows her to play around with ui elements, but in video games she can turn into a full gameified version of herself!

I feel so conflicted because I've been begging for a new Endless Ocean game on Switch for years, but I'm... kinda disappointed by what I saw in Luminous's trailer. There was no mention of a singleplayer story, which makes me feel like this is just a party exploration game.

The thing that made Endless Ocean 2 for me was how hard they committed to its story, characters, and settings. It was a full-ass RPG.

Comparing Lum to Blue World, it... doesn't look better either. Lum seems to have reduced caustics, light rays, distance fog, and blue lighting, which makes underwater environments feel fake and sterile.

Top is new, bottom is old.

Plus, I've never been a big fan of the Switch era's phone-app-game-style UI design... Especially compared to the original's very Y2K look.

I know I'm being nitpicky, but this was my favorite childhood game and it's been 15 years since the last installment. I'm still gonna buy, but it'll be a hilariously cruel twist of fate if the 15-year-old installment is not only more impressive in scale but also looks better than what we're getting now.

erik is pretty much a complete loser irl and online and barely has any friends until he meets charles at the first trial and joins his online friendgroup (aka fc xmen) when he gets the first key

everyones avatars are more based on their comic looks so they all look a bit silly but its the oasis so its okay

thats pretty much it so far my brain is slowly building some kind of a story but it hasn’t gone into details yet

i dont even know if im gonna write this i just gotta dump my ideas here otherwise they’ll be sent to the void

Just a couple of notes regarding the stickers:

- This is my first time making these and I just wanna give stickers out to people, so I set it up as pay what you can. If you feel like pitching in some money, I appreciate your generosity! If you just want some stickers, I have the minimums set to just cover the production and delivery stamp costs.

- I've sent letters before to friends via snail mail so things should go the same for these stickers as well. They will arrive by mail in a cute lil envelope within 7 business days of me confirming that I've sent them out if all goes well with the postal journey.

I've been wanting to play more digimon stuff but there's not much from bandai and like. I dunno I wanna see if there's anything cool and multiplayer.. I'll even take pokemon fan games I dunno. Or if anyone knows any cool unique ones coming out. I really wish there was some with like, uniquely colored or mutated or whatever variants of creatures and stuff....

Just saw someone saying that "multiplayer" in the game they liked completely changed their mind to play it (but still played because there wasn't "talking" and "chatting" functions, still sounded like they weren't happy) Was surprised, because "multiplayer" games as an "open world" are one of my favs, I didn't know it can push people away? Not a lot of current ones but old ones, where you could just open this one online site with this game and there are hundreds dudes all over writing funny stuff in chat and you have fun just for the sake of fun. The ones I used to play on were all cancelled or changed to the extend where "fun" is no more fun. And I think games where you play as a quiet creature among similar creatures who's ability to talk is only through your body language is wonderful. You don't have to talk, you all mind your business, but there are little occasions where you might interact or help each other and this happens so natural, it doesn't feel forced, it gives happiness. And you both just quietly stare at each other and give any sign that game might suggest you to show the gratitude. Such games are so sweet in their comfort of being quiet
