Ultimately what kills me the most is how useless I am because I only feel like I deserve to live if I'm helping other people or contributing to something important and when there's nothing significant I can do for anyone it's like. Well what's the point. I'm certainly not living for myself. But I'm not very good at anything and the areas I'm sorta good with are already overstaurated to the point where I'm even getting rejecting from doing volunteer work. Do you have any idea how soul crushing that is for someone like me. Everyone is always offering ideas lile "do yard work or grocery shopping for the elderly" but like. I'm someone who needs help with that myself, I can't do it for someone else no matter how much I want to. Not to mention that finding paid work that agrees with my limitations is worse than pulling teeth and I also get rejected there over and over and over again because there's always someone more qualified or more experienced or just someone who can do more. Making a living out of that is literally impossible, I have to beg people to work for them for like 3 dollars an hour and even then I get one small gig after 99 rejections IF I'm lucky. You can't live like that, there's no way. Everything is so fucking expensive. The disability aid the state gives me is less than 80 dollars a month and that's not even enough to cover the medical needs. What the fuck do I do. Literally what do I do.

Something that I have noticed is I know almost nobody my age that goes to a food pantry. I know people who regularly run out of money for food and in general have to eat an unsuitable diet because that’s what they can afford and they still don’t go to a food bank, im not sure if it’s because they’re embarrassed or maybe if you didn’t grow up going you don’t know much about it but if you’re financially struggling I really recommend it. And look into other options for food assistance too like community fridges and gardens and other programs that can assist you, where I live Salvation Army pays for an allotted amount of grocery delivery for low income people every month, in the summer farmers take excess produce to the library to be taken by anyone who needs it, etc. There are a LOT of resources for free food that you can look into especially if you are literally not eating because of your financial situation
