أبوظبي تغرم وزير العمل السعودي 45 مليون دولار

أصدرت محكمة إماراتية حكما بتغريم وزير العمل السعودي "أحمد الراجحي" بمبلغ 45 مليون دولار، لصالح رجل الأعمال الفلسطيني الكندي "عمر عايش" في القضية 127/2017، المعروفة بقضية "شركة تعمير القابضة للاستثمار"، التي كان "عايش" مساهما فيها بنسبة 25%.

ونص حكم المحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة دبي، الصادر بتاريخ 25 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني، بتحميل "الراجحي" قيمة فائدة على مبلغ الغرامة بواقع 9% سنويا، تبدأ من تاريخ 12 مارس/آذار 2017 وحتى تمام السداد.

كما ألزمت المحكمة "الراجحي" بأن يدفع لـ"عايش" تعويضا عن الأضرار المادية والمعنوية قدره 2.8 ملايين دولار.

واعتبر "عايش" أن ال��كم "يفتح الباب واسعا أمام الملاحقة الجنائية لأحمد الراجحي وأشقائه"، مضيفا: "مع أنه جاء بمبلغ أقل بكثير مما توقعت، إلا أنه يمثل انتصارا كبيرا للعدالة في مواجهة الفساد والظلم"، وفقا لما أورده موقع "عربي 21".

وأضاف: "بصدور هذا الحكم، فإن مؤسسة العدالة الدولية في واشنطن باتت اليوم قادرة على تقديم ملف متكامل ضد أحمد الراجحي كاف لإدانته ومحاسبته على فساده من قِبل هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد في السعودية (نزاهة)".

وكان "عايش" قد أكد، في وقت سابق، أن "قضية (تعمير) تعتبر قضية رأي عام، لأن المتورطين في هذه القضية هم شخصيات عامة، على رأسهم الراجحي، ولأن عدد الضحايا كبير وبالمئات ومن كل دول العالم، بالإضافة إلى تواطؤ وتورط أكثر من جهة وشخصية عامة (إماراتية وسعودية) مسؤولة مع الفاسدين، فضلا عن أن (بنك الخليج الدولي) المملوك للحكومة السعودية أصبح متورطا وطرفا في القضية، من خلال الإدلاء بأقوال كاذبة في المحكمة؛ للتغطية على فساد واحتيال وزير العمل".

Wally had been scouting the area for the enemy when he found the boy. He'd noticed a particularly weird shaped clump in the corner and when he removed the tarp, he found a body. At first he thought the body was dead since he had no pulse and was cold to the touch. But then the boy suddenly sat up causing Wally to have to back up (he did not yelp from the sudden movement thank you very much).

The boy backed up towards the warehouse wall and pulled his knees to his chest as he studied Wally. For his part, Wally studies the boy back. He was clad in a black suit with golden accents and more knives that Wally was comfortable with. His golden avian eyes seemed to bore into the young hero. They seemed to size Wally up as opposed to being full of fear. Additionally, despite being huddled away in hiding the boy displayed no signs of fear. Overall it felt less like he was cowering away and more like he was silently judging him. Wally really didn't like how it felt like this kid would slit his throat if given the chance.

As the two continued their staring contest, Wally felt a gust of wind and Barry was suddenly by his side. "Kid Flash, what's up? You weren't answering your co-" Barry trailed off as he noticed the boy.

He side glanced at Wally but the sidekick only shrugged back. Barry stepped forward. The boy tensed, muscles suddenly tight and body ready to spring. Barry quickly put his hands up.

أرسلت مؤسسة العدالة الدولية في واشنطن ملف كامل الى الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد في المملكة العربية السعودية نزاهة يحوي وثائق وأدلة تؤكد تورط أحمد الراجحي، وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية الحالي في السعودية، وشقيقه، عبد الله الراجحي، رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك الراجحي، أكبر بنك إسلامي في العالم، في مخطط احتيال بمليارات الدولارات على مئات المستثمرين عبر عمليات اختلاس وابتزاز وتزوير ورِشى وتهديد الشهود

مؤسسة العدالة الدولية في واشنطن، وهي منظمة غير ربحية تركز جهودها على محاربة الفساد في القطاع التجاري، توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج بعد أن أجرت دراسة شاملة لوثائق مسربة، أظهرت كيف قام أبناء المصرفي الشهير سليمان الراجحي وموظفوهم بتنفيذ مخطط احتيالي تضمّن عمليات التلاعب ب قيمة الأصول وإعداد تغطية قانونية لمخطط الاحتيال، وإعداد ميزانيات مالية احتيالية، وشهادات زور، وابتزاز وتقديم رشى، والنصب على مئات المستثمرين، ومنهم عمر عايش، المساهم المؤسس لشركة تعمير، وهي شركة تطوير عقاري إماراتية بلغت قيمة أصولها أكثر من خمسة مليارات دولار

بالإضافة إلى عمله كوزير، فإن أحمد الراجحي الذي كان يرأس مجلس إدارة شركة تعمير وأشرف بشكل شخصي على مخطط الاحتيال الكبير. حيث تم جمع مئات المستندات من الأدلة التي تدينه، ��بر سنوات من العمل، وقُدمت إلى السلطات المعنية في المملكة العربية السعودية بعد أن تم نشرها من خلال دراسة قانونية معمقة أجراها الخبير الأمريكي بروس كازينو,، وهو خبير متخصص بجرائم النصب والاحتيال المالي. إذ وجد كازينو أوجه تشابه متعددة بين الجرائم المرتكبة في هذه القضية وجرائم الاحتيال في قضايا شهيرة مثل بيرني مادوف وإنرون وآخرين

وقامت مؤسسة العدالة الدولية بتقديم نتائج الدراسة إلى معالي السيد/ مازن بن إبراهيم بن محمد الكهموس، رئيس هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد في السعودية نزاهة ، ومعالي الدكتور/ بندر بن أحمد أبا الخيل، نائب رئيس الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد لحماية النزاهة، ومعالي السيد/ عبد المحسن بن محمد المنيف، نائب رئيس الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد

الجدير بالذكر أن نزاهة قد قامت مؤخرًا باعتقال 172 فرداً باعتقال 172 فردًا بتهم تتعلق بالرشوة وإساءة استخدام السلطة والنفوذ والتزوير كجزء من حملة للقضاء على الفساد في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأعلنت السلطات السعودية عن تلك…..
