i miss this game…

favorite male: stahl, always and forever. sweetest man in the world. ricken is up there too i miss my son boy

favorite female: sumia and olivia. picking between them is impossible so i simply will not

favorite pairing: ok this is one of the few games where i actually like a lot of canon/canon pairings. sumia/gaius, sumia/sully, sumia/cordelia (these won’t all be sumia ships dw), lon’qu/olivia, vaike/miriel, lissa/maribelle, ricken/nowi (the only morally correct pairing for both of these characters in my onion), lissa/henry, tiki/say’ri, every child unit/a therapist (/j), etc etc

also i will forever be salty that stahl and sumia don’t have supports those would be ADORABLE

least favorite character: i’m ngl i don’t hate any awakening character. i guess i don’t get the appeal of tharja? but i wouldn’t say i hate her

who’s most like me: nah is the reason i made my main fire emblem oc a manakete!

Who's the Most Likely, Least Likely, or Maybe Fathers for Gerome based on Classes, looks, supports, and/or mannerisms?

Most Child units inherit the hair color from their fathers (with the exception of Female Morgan, who inherited her mother's hair color, and Lucina). But some parents are more fitting for some child units then others based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc. I'm not looking for who would make the kid stronger. Just a parent who would make sense for the Child Units.

Here's what I've gathered about Gerome.

1.) In Gerome's support with Cynthia, she concludes that he wears the mask to hide the fact that he never entirely got over his fear of heights. Gregor reveals he has a fear of heights in his support with Cherche.

2.) He seems to be better at something then everyone else. A successful chick magnet (see Gerome's support with Inigo), stronger than Kjelle (see Gerome's support the Kjelle), he's even taken seriously when he speaks theatric while Owain isn't taken seriously (see Gerome's conversation with Owain in Hot-Spring Scramble). Virion, although considered a boaster, most of his statements about himself seem to be accurate. Virion is a very talented dancer in Olivia's support, He's resistant to Tharja's hex, he beats Robin in strategic games, he can read people in his supports with Miriel and Cordelia, in Sully's A Support he won a duel against somebody the entire rest of the army was having trouble with, and His supports with Lissa and Frederick have him demonstrating a talent for political intrigue.

3.) He and Lon'qu have similar "Distant from Everyone" personalities. But the uptightness also reminds me of Frederick

4.) Gerome's always training hard to become stronger. Like Lon'qu (see Lon'qu's support with Gregor)

5.) Gerome's A support with his dad has his dad tease him in regards to his and his Minerva's close relationship. It might seem out of character for Lon'qu but he does have his silly moments (see Lon'qu and Nowi's support and Lon'qu's Summer Scramble conversation with Gaius and Virion)

6.) He can sew, according to his event tiles. Gregor can sew (see Gregor/Cordelia's B Support), Frederick can knit (see Frederick & Chrom's C Support), and Gaius is good at making embroidery (see Gaius/Lissa support). But Gerome probably learned how to sew from Cherche.

(?) Both Lon'qu and Henry have some unique dialogue with Gerome. Here's a part of Lon'qu and Gerome's B Support dialogue " Lon'qu: Don't get your smallclothes in a twist, Gerome. Cherche sometimes calls her wyvern Minervykins, too. Eventually, I picked up the habit. Gerome: Oh… Er, right. I knew that. Lon'qu: You know, you're kind of adorable when you're flustered. Gerome: …… Lon'qu: Are you glaring at me? Two can play at that game. …… Gerome: …Enough. This is foolish. Lon'qu: I must say, seeing you so angry reminds me quite a bit of Cherche." Here's a part of Henry and Gerome's B Support dialogue "Henry: Nya ha! No need to get your smallclothes in a twist, Gerome. Cherche sometimes calls her wyvern Minervykins, too. Eventually, I picked up the habit as well. Gerome: Oh… Er, right. I knew that. Henry: Heh heh. You're kinda adorable when you're flustered. Plus, Henry has another unique dialogue in his A Support with Gerome "Henry: Sooo… what did Minerva say? Gerome: Hmph. You claim to be part of the family, but you can't understand her? Henry: Usually I can, yeah. …But she was mumbling." There does seem to be an error with Gregor and Gerome's A Support. In Gregor's support with Cherche he can understand Minerva but in his A Support with Gerome, he can't. Same goes for Libra

(?) He'll remove his mask during certain S supports; either female Avatar or female Morgan, Severa will walk in on him washing his face during their S Support, He stops wearing it in The Future Past DLC, And Inigo removes Gerome's mask in their conversation in Harvest Scramble. So you'll know what's underneath the mask and get an idea who he looks like more.

Who do you think is the child's units mostly likely, maybe, and least likely parents based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc?

I'm not sure if I got everything. There's always a chance I'm missing something but I'm willing to listen to any input and reasons why you think whatever father is suitable for Gerome.

21. Underrated couple. idk how popular they are but i would like to call everyone's attention to miriel and vaike's supports. i stand by my opinion that they have the best supports in the entire game, i'm physically incapable of pairing them up with anyone else now </3

Oh, absolutely right! Henry!Laslow, Frederick!Selena, and Lon’qu!Odin are my current verdict for the Trio's parents! (Although I will admit I have done Libra!Severa in passing before for similar reasons of having Severa have two "perfect" parents, just like with Frederick.) I'm flexible when it comes to HCs though, so I do like seeing other people's ideas for parents too :)

Robin!Lucina and Chrom!Morgan are pretty standard for me too! (Although I think my very first Awakening playthrough had Sully and Chrom marry, for some reason, lol. They were neat!)

Kellam!Kjelle was also a unit I had in at least one playthrough because I just wanted to bulk Kjelle up as much as possible, lol. I don't pay attention to unit stats much, but I wanted the defensive angle for her (also because I was probably pairing the spares at that point; I don't typically use armor units, so Kjelle didn't see much of a fight typically and neither did Kellam. But she was bulky!)

I don't have much to comment about Stahl!Yarne other than I think the brown hair suits him! And Panne and Stahl get along well!

Gaius!Cynthia is very cute! I like her as a redhead! (Although I default to her as a blond or with dark hair more often in my mental image of her; maybe I default to Stahl as her parent more?) I think I did Gaius/Maribelle once before because I remember their Epilogue together, but Gaius & Sumia are cute too.

I also really like Vaike!Laurent and did have Miriel marry Vaike on my first playthrough, lol. Blond does not suit Laurent well, but I did really like his Support with his dad as Vaike because the "you seem to have gotten everything from your mother and nothing from me" sentiment carried more than with other dads, imo. (Also, I really love the family dynamic of Researcher Mom, Researcher Son, and Man Who Could Break Coconut With Skull.)

Ricken!Nah works well! I like her with brown hair, and also I like that they're a tiny family :) Also his bookish personality fits well with her.

Donnel!Brady is nice! Like Vaike!Laurent family dynamics, I love the combination of Extremely Refined Mom, Ultimate Rural Dad, and Son Who Knows How To Be Refined But Also Acts Like He Was Raised In A Barn. I usually prefer Brady blond, but brown hair also suits him.

Virion!Gerome! I think I had him at some point too. It's easy to pair up Virion and Cherche, and I like imagining a pouty Gerome with his overly doting dad Virion next to him.

Libra!Noire is also a fave of mine! I like her with dark hair, usually, but I really liked Tharja & Libra's supports, and I like Noire with her Evil Mom and Pious Dad. I think I had her on my second Awakening playthrough (as first was Donnel & Tharja).

romanced chrom bc it was clearly the canon thing, plus my morgan is an unstoppable force of nature now. he’s getting hitched to noire, who now has a wonderful support network comprised of libra, morgan, and also me, and tharja and libra are very good for each other and i am happy

The first character I first fell in love with: INIGO IS SON. I already loved him as Laslow from Fates, and I love him here too.

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Can we just say Owain? He’s silly, but once you look past that, he’s a very deep character.

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Tharja? I mean, I’m pretty neutral towards her and don’t write her often, but she is incredibly popular in the fandom for some reason.

The character I love that everyone else hates: Laurent. I don’t anyone hates him, but he’s definitely one of the least popular characters in Awakening. I adore him though and sneak in almost any opportunity to use him in my fics.

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Uhhh. I don’t think there’s anyone like this in the game.

The character I would totally smooch: Inigo. On his forehead. ...Though the poor boy would probably blush.

The character I’d want to be like: This one’s tough... I supposed I would go with Lucina? She is pretty badass and manages to have the determination to keep moving forward, despite everything that she had gone through...

The character I’d slap: Virion, and only because he would probably try to hit on me.

A pairing that I love: I really love Lissa/Robin. I feel like pairing them together really explains why Owain and Morgan are the way that they are, and I love the support chains between this family.

A pairing that I despise: Chrom/Sumia. Despite the popularity of the ship, I really, really wasn’t a fan of their Support chain and honestly prefer Chrom with all of his other marriage candidates more.

alright folks, I’m back for more of those results from the anniversary poll; once again, I’ll be counting them as properly as I can because IS sure as hell can’t, and in the process, I will also judge whether the fans have spoken good choices

this time, we’ll be counting and criticizing the top 15 dancing duos! (disclaimer: I don’t dance. I still will attempt to comment on everyone else’s dancing)

#1: BERKUT & RINEA (9313 votes)

tumblr won’t let me simply put two images next to each other in a text post, and I can’t be fucked to put them together in such a way that doesn’t make them un-transparent, so I’ll be putting them together with a simple color background; it’s a spot uglier and I will probably fail to spot some wonky pixels, but c’est la vie

anyways, I don’t like it, but like Byleth before, this is a natural afk pick; they’re some of a very small subset of characters in the series that we actually see dancing with each other, in a proper cutscene. a cutscene that, in fact, basically exists to tell us that they look good dancing, so one’s not wrong to vote for them here, I suppose. there are, in fact, a lot of people in this world who are fantastic performers and also would throw their spouses in a fire if they figured it’d make them feel good about themselves again

#2: OLIVIA & INIGO (2474 votes, including Laslow)

this is actually sweet, though, mother-son dancing duo and all. one thing I do have to mention, though, is that you’d have to hope that our hypothetical dance-off was announced plenty of time in advance, there’s so much that could bring a performance between them crashing and burning if they don’t hash it all out for themselves first

#3: EDELGARD & DIMTIRI (1871 votes across all appearances, possibly with uncounted change)

they sure do look fantastic, dancing with other people with their backs completely to each other,

might as well stuff this strangely popular nothing-of-a-choice with a little additional note: these paired votes are going to be especially harrowing on the split vote front, because any combination of two characters who both have split votes means they can be combined with each other in 4 different ways. like, most people probably won’t combine, say, someone’s PoR self with someone else’s RD self, but properly unsplitting votes in this is going to be a lot more of a challenge. and that’s to say nothing of byleth; there is a whopping 16 different ways to combine Byleth and any one Three Houses character

ETA: I. completely forgot about the thing where edelgard tried to teach dimitri to dance when they were young. okay, that kind of tracks. but also like, whomst the fuck got the idea that whatever they were doing there was building up to elegance

I’m getting the lingering feeling that this fandom is a lot better at pointing out good dancers than good teachers-

this one’s another amazing pick; sure, not one you have to think a lot about, since they’re oft-shipped and one of them is an actual dancer -- but the beauty of it is that even the ostensible weak link still has much offer, between his flawless elegance and a love of dancing that we at the very least knows is in his lineage

let’s just hope eliwood would still prefer to keep the “special dances” private though-

#5: BYLETH & CLAUDE (1163 votes across all appearances, possibly with uncounted change)

speaking of the ballroom cutscene again, man, Claude sure has left an impression on us all back there-

still, we don’t actually see the dance, and it’s probably better that we don’t -- I wouldn’t bet that Byleth is any more expressive with their moves than they are with their face. there’s really not very much of a reason to vote for this other than wanting to insert yourself into a situation where one dances with Claude. and I mean, mood, but let’s focus, please-

#6: OLIVIA & AZURA (996 votes)

this is just a copout, though. this is like if I asked you about the best food in your town and you just told me that technically Gordon Ramsey was born there. ooo, hot take alert, two unrelated professional performers can probably put on a decent performance together!

at least their theme colors together make the trans flag, so I’ll give all 996 of you that much-

#7: ALM & CELICA (990 votes)

was there like an actual thing where they dance, or were people picking this just because they’re good-looking and married? because like, in the absence of evidence, I cannot and will not assume that Alm is a remotely passable dancer.

in fact, here’s the drill: for this section, I can’t actually blame people if they’re just hornyvoting -- being hot is kind of a point-plus for this -- but I can and will blame them if they’re voting for their ships with no regard as to whether they’d look good dancing. so, accusations of hornyvoting shall make way -- to accusations of shipvoting! I believe that’s also going to happen on the other paired category, even if that one is a lot less about the chemistry (presumably)

#8: NILS & NINIAN (884 votes)

this kind of a copout again, but it’s also a family dance again, BUT most importantly one of these two is not actually a dancer. like, sure, he plays the flute, but this isn’t a flute-and-dance duo poll, it’s a dance poll! although I mean, it does mean he must have a good notion of rhythm, and from the sprites we can definitely tell he’s got a spring in his step when he plays, and Ninian can teach him too, so... maybe? oh well, it’d be cute to see them try

#9: SIGURD & DEIRDRE (790 votes)

eh, I’m gonna call shipvoting on this one too. like, sure, they’re both hot and they’re in love with each other, but even if you leave aside the likelihood that Deirdre was raised too shelthered to have danced like ever, any dancing they’d know of would be totally incompatible, considering their entirely distinct backgrounds.

I suppose I will lend credence to the idea that Sigurd’s at least experienced as far as dancers go; it’s not like he was studying back at that academy,

#10: BYLETH & EDELGARD (735 votes across all appearances, possibly with uncounted change)

since most of the votes on this are for post-timeskip edelgard, this appears to be unrelated to the ballroom scene, for once

that said, I can’t think of anything to this other than regular shipvoting -- and not even shipvoting of much quality, because besides the above-mentioned on whether byleth can dance, I have a nagging feeling that the kind of dancing Edelgard would genuinely be interested in would be strictly for fun, without any sort of elegance or other things that an outside participant would enjoy watching

#11: TSUBASA & CAEDA & KIRIA & THARJA (687 votes)

don’t let the fact that I found a transparent tsubasa but not a transparent kiria distract you from the absolute trainwreck that resulted from the naming scheme used in FEH for TMS#FE characters crashing into the notation I’m using for the duos here- ahem, well, please be distracted from both of those things, anyway

assuming this is just between the two mirage users and we’re not talking about the most awkward foursome in history, well... I once again have not played TMS#FE, so uh, they sure are both pop idols and I think people ship them, I guess?

I mean... there’s a lot that can be said about their individual qualities and their dynamics, but I have absolutely no idea how any of it would translate into a ballroom. and if we’re any inclined to believe that skill with words and skill with bodily expression tend to be opposite skillsets, then theyyyy are both screwed.

Things to remember in Fire Emblem Awakening

I'll try not to spoil the story!

1. Game mode-

When you start up a new file, you'll be asked to choose your game type. Normal, hard or lunatic, if this is your first time playing Awakening or a main line FE title, choose normal.

After that, you can choose between casual or classic. Again, you should probably play casual if you don't understand.

In casual, your units merely retreat when they lose all their HP. In classic, they're dead.

Chrom and the avatar are exceptions, if they die, its game over even if your other units are fine.

2. Avatar creation-

At the beginning of the game, you have a choice to create your avatar. You can choose between male/masculine or female/feminine. You can customize their height, hair, face, hair colour, and voice. You can give them a name and a birthday.

Asset and flaw affects their stats growths, Luck is an okay flaw to have. Depending on things like what classes you want or who your spouse/kids(s) might be, this can change your thinking a lot. You should probably go for something like HP as your asset.

3. Options-

After you start, you can press A on an empty tile to bring up the menu, you can choose options like the music volume or how fast the gameplay goes. You can also access the in game guide from the menu.

4. Characters-

You'll start off the first couple of chapters with- Chrom, Lissa, Frederick and your avatar. Slowly, more people will join your army as you progress through the main story or play paralouges.

Some child characters are connected to their parent.

Chrom -> Lucina

Robin/Avatar -> Morgan

Lissa -> Owain

Sully -> Kjelle

Miriel -> Laurent

Sumia -> Cynthia

Maribelle -> Brady

Panne -> Yarne

Cordelia -> Severa

Nowi -> Nah

5. Recruitment- These units will not join you unless they are recruited!

Other characters will join automatically.

First generation:

•Have Chrom talk to Kellam.

•Have Chrom talk to Gaius.

•Have Chrom talk to Tharja.

•Have Chrom talk to Libra.

•Donnel has to level up at least once in order to join. Make him kill low HP enemies, and have him pair up with another unit, like Chrom, to gain a stat boost.

•Have Chrom talk to Anna, keep in mind this Anna is in the paralouge that appears when chapter 9 does.

Second generation:

•Lucina automatically joins your army after Chapter 13.

•Have the avatar/Chrom talk to Morgan.

•Have Chrom/Lissa talk to Owain.

•Have Chrom/Sully talk to Kjelle.

•Have Chrom/Miriel enter the village on the left.

•Have Chrom/Sumia talk to Cynthia.

•Have Chrom/Maribelle talk to Brady.

•Have Chrom/Panne talk to Yarne.

•Have Chrom/Cordelia talk to Severa, then assist her in making her way to Colin.

•Have Chrom/Nowi talk to Nah.

•Noire automatically joins on turn 2.

•Have Chrom/Olivia talk to Inigo.

•Have Chrom/Cherche talk to Gerome.

There are special streetpass characters you can get by going to Wireless -> Bonus Box -> Bonus Maps. But you can't play them until the endgame...

6. Classes-

The avatar can access basically any class, barring gender specific ones. F avatar can change into a pegasus knight, which M avatar cannot.

Your units start off with their base class, and a couple of reclass options.

You can advance their class by using a Master Seal, or change their class by using a Second Seal. They can be found in chests, dropped by certain enemies or bought on the world map.

Units learn one skill are level one, and then another at level 10. When at an advanced class, they learn a skill at level 5, and level 15.

There are special classes that can't be accessed by other characters. Only Chrom and Lucina can be lords, only Olivia can be a dancer.

7. Inheritance-

The children that came from the future to save the past from the clutches of Grima.

Technically, Lucina is the only child unit you have to recruit. But who wants that?

Your child units base stats, and stat growths depend on some crazy math shit that I dont understand. Some characters base classes depend on magic, like Nah. While others depend on physical attack, like Yarne. But most of this stuff is up to preference! Any character can be great. (Their hair colour also depends on the father. Not Lucina though)

Your children will always inherit the last active skill in their parents skill slots.

The very bottom skill (left), would correspond to the middle skill (right), if it was filled.

Chrom is a special case, his daughters will always inherit Aether from him, while his sons will always inherit Rightful King from him. Even if he doesn't have those skills yet.

His grandchild, Morgan, if the avatar marries one of his kids, will also get those skills passed down from the sons/daughters.

8. Supports-

After like, chapter 3 or 4, you can see support conversations. Some characters can only reach A with each other, but others reach S. S rank is the marriage support, characters will confess their undying love.

Some supports will grow faster than others, like Mirel and Stahl is a very fast support! To even grow your level, have them stand beside each other in battle, or pair them up.

Chrom and Sumia are picky about their romantic partners, supposedly it's the canon pairing but it doesn't have to be that way. If you wanted to pair up Chrom with Olivia, for example, you'd have to keep him away from his other potential wives. (Try not to get at least C support, it makes things easier)

so obviously henry is a great dad. amazing dad. birb dad. BUT how does his pareneting style differ depending on who his kiddo is? Is he a different sort of parent with Noire than he'd be with Cynthia? Would he do the same activities with Owain that he'd do with Brady? tell me.

       for the most part, henry has a very distinctive parenting style -- protective, cheerful, a little strange, deeply loving. i think that by the time he’s a parent at all, he’s changed entirely; his entire character arc revolves around his journey of discovering what it means to be ❝ human ❞ -- to be someone who derives joy from the company of others, and finds personal fulfillment in helping rather than harming. to understand the range of his emotions and allow himself to feel and express them fully. so if he falls in love with someone enough, he’s primed to see having a child as the single greatest thing he’s ever done with his life, hands down. 

       so there may be nuances, but nothing drastic. it is, incidentally, this very reason that i find it so hard to comprehend the tharja - henry - noire family, not because i dislike any of these characters ( catch me loving the entire full cast of fire emblem awakening with my whole heart, thx ) but because if henry’s at the point of having a child, nothing will ever harm that child. if i ever did write this relationship, it would have to be fundamentally different than how it’s presented in-game. ( and i’d love to, bc noire deserves someone who will fight to the death for her, but i don’t want to retcon a whole character yknow ?? ) 

       ultimately, i think he has little rituals with whomever his child is. with cynthia, they bond over flowers and animals; with inigo, it’s performing. his relationship with morgan would be rife with little pranks -- owain, too ! but different ones, softer ones ( ones likely initiated by lissa herself ). henry would be quieter than he usually is with gerome. with brady, he’d be constantly urging his son to express himself honestly. he tries to goad nah into having fun, and yarne into peace. he lets laurent teach him things, is a constant cheerleader for severa, and never quite understands kjelle’s need to train but does, in fact, give it his best go.

Oh ok! Just was curious. Who do you ship Henry with the most? For me, its usually Tharja but his supports with Brady are adorable so Maribelle too.

Personally, my preferred partner for Henry is Olivia!  While I might not be a fan of Inigo, I love Henry’s supports with Olivia, and the way she sees through his smiles and recognizes them for the mask they are, going so far as to try helping him find other ways to express himself beyond forcing a smile through everything up to and including pain.  She doesn’t do it because she has to: she does it because she recognizes a pain in him that he’s buried so deep that he’s forgotten it’s not normal, and she wants to help him process the trauma he’s suffered, starting small by teaching him how to get in better touch with his feelings.  The way he breaks when he thinks he failed to dispel the hex on her is such a moving thing for me, because it means that Olivia succeeded: she managed to reach him, and helped him break the mask that he’s been wearing for longer than he likely remembers.  

Also, while I might not be a fan of Inigo in general, having Henry as his father does add some pretty heartbreaking context to his constant smiling: Inigo probably remembers his father’s ever-cheerful grin, and Henry’s last words to his son were probably encouragement to smile as much as he can, because sometimes that’s all it takes to keep people going.

hhhh awakening rewrite reboot

Alright so forever ago I had an AU called “Fire Emblem: REAwakening, which was a novelization/rewrite of awakening, to in general let me do whatever i want with the plot, while keeping in the same basic structure, and changing character details, the works. But then I realized my writing was bad and forgot about it, and now I’m revisiting it. fixing the bad shit in Awakening, like Henry, Robin, and Tharja all being plegians (a darker skinned people), but because they join your party and are good guys, they are lighter skinned. Same thing with Olivia being of Feroxian descent. since this is in fic format, the characters would have unique designs, and still use only a few weapons, but be able to branch out more and more. Some characters have changed classes, or are pre-promotes, etc, etc. Lucina never pretends she’s a guy, she introduces herself as Marth, and uses she/her right off the bat. She also never drops her Marth persona until she reveals herself as Chrom’s daughter. because i’m me, i’d prolly write some supports? idk which though.  Emmeryn kind of comes back? Like, not in the weird way it happens in canon. Emmeryn is revived by Naga, but it’s really just Naga’s spirit keeping her alive, so she’s a lot more Naga than Emmeryn.

Tharja! My Girl Tharja was dONE SO CRIMINALLY DIRTY! In this AU, Tharja is actually a bit of an aristocrat in Plegia, being high up in the Grimleal, despite not believing in their teachings at all, really only there to fuel her real passion, Dark Magic. Because of that, she is FASCINATED with Grima, a being made of pure dark magic and despair. Because of that, Tharja can sense Grima slumbering inside Robin, and that’s why she follows him around. She is in no way interested in him in a romantic way, but more of a “hey can I study your heart and maybe like, see if you’re harboring a dark god?” which also gives her more plot relevance!

this is kind of a nitpick, but lore to explain why Falchion looks different in different games? Like, Falchion takes different forms depending on who is wielding it. It takes the classic Awakening look when Chrom wields it, or a spear styled weapon when Lucina has, etc, etc, GRIMA ROBIN SHOULD HAVE FANGS, SIX EYES, HORNS, AND WINGS, ATLUS YOU ARE FUCKING COWARDS-

kids are:

Lucina: The oldest of Chrom and Robin’s kids, and future exalt. Has Chrom’s blue hair, with streaks of Robin’s light pink. Has the Fell Brand and Mark of The Exalt in opposite eyes. (I do what I want)

Marc and Morgan: Chrom and Robin’s other kids, twins! Marc has the Exalted Mark, while Morgan has the Fell Mark. (Marc = Male Morgan, Morgan = Female Morgan). Morgan has blue hair while Marc was Pink with blotches of Blue. Owain: Maribelle and Lissa’s younger kid, wanted to be a dark mage as a kid, and now has dark markings over his face and arms because of botched curses.  His personality is virtually unchanged form canon. Owain’s already perfect.

Brady: Maribelle and Lissa’s older child, pretty similar to canon, except he’s a troubadour, because I headcanon him as GNC! AlsobecausehelooksuptoMaribellealotandwantedtopursueasimilarpathasherbutshhhhh Kjelle: Daughter of Flavia and Sully (because i do what i want). Similar to canon, but some of her supports mention her being technically royalty. She hates it Severa: The rebellious daughter of Sumia and Cordelia. She’s one of the class changed characters, this time being a horseback mage. She specializes in Wind Magic (get it cause wind magic is good against pegasus knights), and dyes her hair a lot to defy Cordelia, even though Cordelia really doesn’t care. She’s also Lucina’s self appointed Retainer. Cynthia: Sumia and Cordelia’s other daughter, pretty similar to canon in personality, but what was i supposed to do? NOT give her a cheesy medieval super-heroine outfit? C’mon! Inigo: Son of Olivia and Panne, and yes, he’s a taguel. Consider for a moment, a taguel dancer unit. He’s a dancer who uses beaststones because not only is that metal as shit, but provides a really interesting class idea! He’s pretty similar to canon in personality. ALSO GeroAzu rights

Yarne: Son of Olivia and Panne, pretty similar to canon because i have, few ideas about our bunny boy Noire: We all know that Future Tharja was a massive dick to her family, and especially to Noire. Basically, Libra divorced F!Tharja, and they lived seperately. F!Tharja’s curses were still deep-seated into Noire, and created a bit of a specter haunting Noire. If you’ve seen BNHA, imagine Dark Shadow, but it looks like Tharja, is Noire’s shadow, and constantly feeds her insecurites. because of this, Noire has taken up being a kick-ass priest/light mage, in order to undo the damage her mother did. Reclaimation and Redemption babeyyyy

Gerome: Son of Anna and Cherche because I do what I want?? Not much but he’s also a big fan of merchanting. get it? cause dragons? he hoards gold? haha? Also he’s apart of the justice cabal fuck you Laurent: Son of Miriel, other parent unknown. I don’t really pair Miriel with anyone that often? So I left her spouse ambiguous. Laurent is still Laurent, and shares all of the child units brain cells with Lucina. Nah: Similarly to Laurent, I left her parentage ambiguous because EW! Nowi does not enter a relationship, because ew, and it’s implied Nah is from another timeline where an older Nowi had her. Maybe Manakete’s produce asexually? THe world may never know! Her hair color is a green-purple gradient, because it’s pretty I’m also considering adding more kids? Specifically for Kellam/Henry, Tiki/Say’ri, and Frederick/Gaius, but we’ll see. --- this got out of hand, so like, hmu if you have questions! i’d be happy to awnser.
