It's a silly thing, but I never had something that I was really into. I'm in a lot of fandoms and I can ramble about shit ton of things, but I never had that "favourite" something. Maybe that's why it makes me so excited when I see people who have that.

I liked potential Kriselle dynamic from the first chapter, got more into it on second and all. But it was just that, especially since it was more of a rare ship than anything-

And relatively recently I stumbled not even on your art, but on your reply about Kriselle and it made me so happy for no reason. "Look at them, they love it so much, pinecone god, this is the best thing ever, I need more of that, pretty please, I think I'll die if I won't get something with exact energy this instant" kind of thing.

Your attention to details when drawing Kriselle quite literally almost made me cry happy tears and I had to clean my gallery after impulsively downloading about twenty-something pictures- I don't think I ever regretted being unable to purchase something as much as I do about your anthology, but I'm bravely fighting my yummy art addiction by writing fourth times the amount I had in a whole year.

You're the goomiest the amaziest the interestiest artist, and I hope you'll always enjoy what you're doing (⁠ﾉ⁠◕⁠ヮ⁠◕⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠*⁠.⁠✧ If someone tries to ruin that I'll eat them.

THIS IS SO SWEET.... probably one of the sweetest messages i've ever received... i'm really still so surprised that people seem to value my input on them to the extent that they do... i feel like im just saying words half the time. my brain is a tangled mass of wires and thoughts and i try to straighten them all out and form my feelings into actual words (everything i cant communicate then goes into drawings)

i know eventually i'll probably run out of things to say about them but for now i am having fun... even if the (checks calendar) 14-month long hyperfixation starts to fade, chapter 5 is coming out next year anyway, so it cant stay away for that long... i just know in my heart they're going to get so much worse. disgustingly so

i love lucisev in any flavor its given to me but in particular i really enjoy 1) lucisev thats been together since pre going back in time and dont even remember when they “happened” theyve just always been a forever constant and comfort without having to label it or eachother until they dont have it anymore (being separated post time jump) and 2) lucisev that has never happened and its been a pining disastrous mess for years on both ends but then selena leaves for nohr and when laslow and odin ask what she’s holding herself back for she doesnt answer but they already know. when they come back home, selena searches everywhere for her and sometimes, she’s too late. lucina’s already packed up and left the world behind, and for what? no one really knows. but sometimes, she finds her again, but it’s been so long and lucina’s not sure they can go back to being the same way they used to be, not after feeling hurt and betrayed by severa’s sudden departure. but things like this take time, and selena is finally at a place in her life where she can decidedly say she has all of the time in the world.

The first petal emerges with so little ceremony that nobody notices it except L. On screen the Yagami boy says, "Quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if Kira sees right through this."

The pink petal unfurls quietly in his hand.

L says, "Your son is clever, isn't he?"

The flowers come out wet. It's an ungraceful affair, but at least they're small.

When they're whole, the petals coil around in neat spirals. Sometimes they're buds, but usually they're just individual petals. There's a strength of emotion in what L feels, but yearning feels as much the wrong description as unrequited.

The flowers don't hurt, and after a while, they stop altogether.

On screen, Light Yagami blinks. He looks tired.

"Ryuzaki," he says. "What's it going to take for you to believe that I'm not Kira?"

Without turning the microphone on, L coughs once and expels nothing but air. Light stares beseechingly up at the camera for another long moment before he slumps.

L's throat stays clear until Higuchi seizes and collapses in the Chief's arms. Then, it isn't a petal at all. Light's shoulders are still heaving when L starts to cough. By the time he's spat up the irritant--one single yellow stamen--into his palm, Light's eyes are fixed blankly on the middle distance.

"Ryuzaki," he says quietly. Calmly, coolly, like he wasn't screaming himself hoarse only a second ago. "I want to check this out."

L coughs again.

The last petal emerges later, but it disappears into Light's palm, and L doesn't know anything after that.

This is, like, the third or fourth time (if not MORE) that I see a person apologize for talking about touken, showing enjoyment in the ship or needing to give some clarification. I know I'm not the only one who feels like the TG Tumblr space carries a negative atmosphere towards touken and it honestly kills my mood to post on here.

It also saddens me to see people show love for them so hesitantly. Like you're in the wrong for doing so. Like it's stupid. Like it's silly and unreasonable. Like it's almost shameful. Idk! That's how posting on here and see other people talk about them and acting ashamed about liking them makes me feel!

For how much TG tumblr advertises to be a welcoming space, I don't feel welcomed at all and more like just tolerated.

....idk in a fandom this gigantic how are people already coalescing onto a handful of popular headcanons and scenarios that just become the baseline now, when the source material gives us literally limitless possibilities to work with
