Carlos looks a lot less at home in this diner than he did in the woods.

After TK had changed back, he’d realized how impressive the wolf looked with the human scope of color and in the dapple of morning light. The browns in Carlos' dark fur had been more pronounced, lighter around his muzzle, his expression open, the tips of his ears pointy but with an adorable tuft of hair making them look incredibly soft. His hazel eyes glowered near orange in the sun. They change colors when he transforms, grew as dark as his fur had been, look as soft as it had felt beneath TK’s fingertips. 

If Carlos’ wolf was beautiful, his human form was stunning. Ripped out of some magazine TK had stolen as a kid, with his messy curls, the bow in his upper lip, the tiny dip in the tip of his nose and chin that he gets caught up in, the defined muscles under smooth brown skin. As wolf turned to man, Carlos’ thighs had remained spread, smooth skin with the only patch of hair trickling down to an image of his cock TK tried to delete from his retina. With little success.

Covering themselves with blankets in the trunk bed of TK’s pick up, they had made generic introductions as TK’s mouth dried as he breathed through it to not give into the electric air between them. It only coated his tongue with a taste of them. Made him ravenous.

At the grumble of TK’s stomach, a line formed on the bridge of Carlos’ nose. He’d leaned forward toward him. “Of course, you’re hungry. I’m sorry for keeping you.”

“It’s alright. I’m the one who made you go without dinner last night.” TK shook his head. “And I didn’t even offer you the beef jerky I promised.”

Before he could get up to grab it from his front seat, Carlos’ hand shot out to his wrist. “Do you want to grab breakfast together?”

His thumb had started rubbing over TK’s pulse point, his eyes so eager that TK had no choice but to agree over a thick-pumping heart.

Actually I can’t really leave this post be without mentioning the blorbo I kinda have who is a ghoul that occasionally uses guns to hunt.

I was really curious about the medical side of ghouls and came up with hypokagunate and hyperkagunate as conditions (partial or complete inability to use kagune and inability to retract kagune respectively, with other effects on the side).

So I have this guy with the former who can’t use his kagune to hunt so he just tries to shoot stuff and avoid everybody hearing him.

i only just thought of this… why dont ghouls just conceal carry guns around??? like, okay, your basic ass kagune has no chance against this special class, but can they dodge a bullet though? no, they cant.
