I HAD this awesome stability workout planned for this evening. The week totally got to me and I could not get into. I did it and I did some cardio, I just know that I didn't give it my all, which is disappointing to me. As you can see my training partner was not really feeling it either. I look much better before I started then after. It does suck some being your own coach, I mean I have a coach for when I need her and I probably should made a call for extra motivation. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Nonetheless any movement is good. Alright I’ve got another one for you. This is an old workout, since I’ve been a bit out of commission due to injury but watching this gets me hyped to get back in there. All workouts listed below but just prepare to be mad at your legs and booty after this one. 💪🏼 The Workout: -Barbell Jump Down-Up Squats (made that name up) use a weight that you are comfortable with and start standing on a step height that is easy on the knees. Do 3 sets of 10 - Interval with the next exercise. -Barbell Step Ups: Again using a weight you are comfortable with but challenging, step up with one foot, engage gluten by pressing pelvic forward and step down alternating legs. Do 3 sets of 20 total (10 each leg) - Interval with previous exercise. -Resistance Band Walks (front and back) This is pretty self explanatory and as you can see, I have the heavy band around my lower thigh, squatting and walking forward keeping in a squatted position walking backwards. Do this 3x’s -Resistance Band Side Walks and again this is using the Heavy Band around my lower thigh, in a squatting position and walking sideways up and down a long hall like area (or room). This is going to work those outer glutes and your quads. Do this 3x’s. 💪🏼 Do you all enjoy these videos? First workout in weeks. From traveling and being sick, back issues and migraines, it has just been draining. I have worked out here and there but nothing worth writing about. But then I got to thinking and every workout is worth writing about because it is motivation for many. So after training @sky_renea I got a good arm and tricep workout in. I'm focusing more on correction, as I know most know, and tempo. I write about it often and more is coming. The majority of the clients that I have are correction clients. It is super rare that I get a person who doesn't have some kind imbalance or structure concern.
