I think that the maze that Ted is trapped in (in the bastards box) is kinda representative of his life (?), by which I mean that in mazes you are usually alone, desperately trying to find a way out and it's full of dead ends. just like how in Ted's life he's alone and meets a lot of dead ends, particularly in relationships (jenny, charlotte, Lucy and how all those relationships never really lead to where he wanted them to, they're stuck in place). idk to me the maze seems like a metaphor for Ted being alone, lost and trapped in his life just like he is in the maze.

FUCK. but like in a good way. i loved it! i watched it with my dad kinda and i was giggling the entire time. i love rob as hidgens but if hidgens was anyone else BESIDES jeff i would have honestly not felt the same about it. jeff did great in the whole thing.

I can’t describe it. Max Jagerman is just a perfect specimen to me.

I love how Starkid took every jock stereotype and said ‘fuck it’ and put them all into him. He’s stupid, he’s mean, he’s cocky, he’s a himbo, he plays football, everyone loves him or fears him. It makes him a really interesting and entertaining character.

I know the entire plot is based around him dying, ALTHOUGH. i wish he would have lived a little longer. I want a nightmare time episode with him in the black and white or something related to NPMD.

I also like how despite being a jock, which is usually a minor conflict for shows and whatnot, he IS the villain. To be fair he becomes a ghost, but right from the start, he’s the villain.

I saw a video talking about how when he gets described as a God, it’s pretty much literal. From the religious references to the show, to him literally saying he’s a God. Grace says ‘I always knew something about you was so Old-Testament’ or whatever, but the old testament god was known for given out very harsh punishments, just like how max tortures the nerds.

Going off of that, the video also talked about the religious references HE makes. Sure, Grace speaks about him a lot, but Max makes direct comparisons. Breaking bread, forbidden fruit, etc etc

Not just that. HE IS SO FINE. Like. It’s not great to like people just for their looks, but Will Branner. That man.

Holyghost is such an interesting dynamic as well. Sure, it’d be toxic, but Max is absolutely SMITTEN for that woman. He freaks out when she talks about sex, which could just be his freakiness, but whatever. I know this is a fantasy, but in dirty girl he looks at her so lovingly and i just. UGH. When we first meet him and he interacts with Grace, he just goes from being big bad jock to stupid guy that’s ass at flirting (HAHA. SPUNK. YOU’RE FUNNY!)

Tgwdlm: I think ted just BARELY loses it to Hidgens, and that’s just cause Hidgens gets his own song and Show Stoping Number fucks. Sam would be really fun too tho. And I love Mcnamara but I might throw up if i had to sing Great Again

Black Friday: Ethan. you kidding me? Ethan. Oh but I would easily settle for a Frank Pricely
