HI fellow whump lovers!! I'm Aster! (my main is @ablatheringblatherskite!)

I have finally decided to make a whump blog. Mostly because I'm having a hard time sorting and finding the posts I reblogged on my main. My main will still be getting a bunch of whump stuff, but this sideblog will be exclusively whump!!

However! He brought Veneer along, and by the end of one of the songs he takes a moment to announce he brought someone special, saying that the audience might know who it is, and once Veneer walks on stage some of the audience are confused as to why Veneer is there, while others ( who may or may not have been shipping the two) are just ESTATIC Maybe they can sing together???Please and thank you! One final strum of a guitar marked the end of your “final” song. The crowd cheered, jumping up and down enthusiastically.

You smiled at the sight, grateful to have such adoring fans. Thanking the crowd, you caught sight of the man hiding backstage. You smirked, and nodded to him, signaling your next action.

“Hang on, guys!” You addressed the crowd. “No need to be sad just yet! I have a little surprise for all of you!” The crowd murmured excitedly.

You took a few steps back on the stage. After waiting a few moments for the people to cheer impatiently, you finally motioned for somebody to come on stage. The crowd went silent in anticipation. A familiar green haired man walked on stage, and everyone went wild.

When he finally was by your side, you put a finger to your lips to shush the crowd. Once they obeyed, you made your announcement.

“This is Veneer, my boyfriend.” Once again, your fans went wild. This time, though, much louder. The two of you each plugged an ear, smiling to each other. You and Veneer had been seen together on many occasions. Sensing something was between the two of you, both of your fans began shipping you. They thought that your intimidating looks, yet kind personality went perfectly with Veneer. While they were correct, you had kept silent about your relationship for a while now, waiting for a good moment to announce it. And much to your fans’ delight, tonight was the night.

After letting the crowd let their excitement out, you silenced them once again. “We’re gonna sing one more song for you guys.” You said. After confirming with Veneer, you signaled for the band to begin playing.

The crowd quieted down as the song started. The guitarist and drummer led most of the beginning. When it was finally time, you began to sing.

“You’ll soon be hearing the chime

You looked at Veneer, silently telling him that it was his turn. He nodded, and sang as well.

Your eyes met once again. And the two of you joined your voices together.

The crowd was highly enjoying this romantic collaboration. Their hands waved in the hair, and many bobbed their heads along to the beat. No one dared to sing along, though. They knew this moment was special to you. It was special to them as well, as they’ve been waiting for this for a long time.

You and Veneer continued the song. Most of the time, your eyes stayed glued to one another’s. This has been a dream for you; singing with your boyfriend in front of a large crowd. Now that you were finally experiencing it, you knew that this would be your new favorite memory.

I’ve just about had it with this fandom and the characters heights. “Levi is 6’8 Mammon is 7’2 Beel is 9’8 Asmo is 4’2!!!! 🥺” Grrrr….NO!!THEY’RE ARENT THAT FUCKING TALL.

The whole part of their human forms is too blend in with other humans so that they can hunt/corrupt them for their souls or whatever the fuck. It doesn’t make sense for them to be abnormally tall because that would mean they wouldn’t blend IN!!! THATS WHY THEYRE CALLED HUMAN FORMS TO LOOK HUMAN ENOUGH TO BLEND IN BUT TO BE RECOGNIZABLE TO OTHERS OF THEIR SPECIES!!!! >:(

Im not saying none of them wouldn’t be tall of course they would be but when you start putting most of them in the 7’0+ section that’s when things get a little wonky. Imagine being a demon trying to hunt a human in your slender man ass human form, you ain’t eating nobody like that lil bro.💀🙏🏾

The Celestials can’t whistle naturally, it’s kind like being flexible does that make sense? Like they can’t do it right away but with lots and lots of practice they can do it. Whistling isn’t common in the Devildom so when you did it while washing the dishes, Leviathan thought there was a bird in the house. 💀

Believe it or not but there are in fact humans in the devildom, average everyday humans, not sorcerers, living on Islands, deep forests, or lost somewhat at sea. Will you be able to find them? Meh probably. Will I write a fic about this prompt? Perhaps.

This is probably canon but Diavolo’s father never got remarried or even courted another woman after Diavolo’s mother’s death. He was so deeply in love with her that losing her actually broke him mentally. The only reason that he was existing was to rule, teach Diavolo to be a proper king, and command. That’s all.

Not sure if I spoke about this before but MC’s room is in fact the smallest room in the house. It’s the room where the butler stayed in when it used to be in the human world. Adorned with its own kitchen, bathroom, and small living space.

I have started to really fall out of Obey Me, plus both of those fics are very taxing for different reasons. I may just release a plot summary at some point if people want them?

16. What are your writing strengths? > I have no idea? People tell me I am good at characterization and I accept the compliment, but... I don't know how much I agree with that. (Y'all caught me on a down swing in my self-confidence, sorry)

17. What are your writing weaknesses? > I have always hated overly descriptive language so I am not great at it. If it takes you 3 pages to describe the couch someone is sitting on... I am out. No thanks. Not my thing. However, that means I suffer when it comes to vivid descriptions.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? > It's cool. I don't speak a second language, so I try to only use fictional languages in my fics so that I don't accidently say anything weird or offensive.

i might be taking a lil kind of semi-hiatus thingy???

reason being is that junior work is finally picking up, i’m gonna have to write lesson plans every week now for my kids and we’re doing block auditions for the viola studio. my recital is in the spring and i’m attempting to work through all my tough areas with the repertoire i want to do for that. i’m still kinda putting it together tho so we’ll see where that goes in the future.

also i’m kind of?? trying to work through all the fandoms n stuff i have here on my blog? i know i’m a multi so in theory i can write as many muses as i want but i kind of feel guilty for showing favoritism towards a specific fandom? i dunno y’all, if i’m being honest i’ve been really wanting to get back into writing my voltron muses and maybe working on my verse for voltron with ryan, but the thing is for me with this favoritism thing it kinda makes me think i should have separate blogs for all of them? so i can kind of have spheres for folks who want to see certain fandoms and stay away from those who don’t want to see things from a specific fandom? which i’ve already done with hiccup and toothless and even lucifer even though my other obey me muses are over here...it’s something i kind of need to figure out still. and i guess i may become more active as soon as i figure out what i want to do and if anyone expresses interest in interacting with my vld muses lmao. idk it kinda sucks on my end cuz i want to figure out what i want.

this also isn’t something i decided to do today, either...it’s been on my mind for the past week or so, probably ever since i began getting sick (and getting dragged back down into the hellhole of that godforsaken show skjdfhsdf).

but yeah anyways. i guess i’ll be around to maybe send people stuff and receive messages? i’ll mostly be on discord for that tho, moots can add me at dumb bitch energy#7000 if y’all want. i won’t be responding to any threads however...this is because, like i said, i need to figure out which muses i’m currently feeling. i’m motivated when people express that they’re interested in writing with a specific set of muses, and i’ve gotten maybe one response for vld so far? anyways, just so y’all know, none of this is your guys’ fault, it’s just something i have to take some time to think through. like i said, i might send memes or asks to folks and interact with posts, but i won’t be touching my drafts or asks on any of my blogs.

There's too many people leaving the OM! Fandom and as a fellow content creator I'm literally just thinking about leaving myself. All the kind and just overall good spirited people and vibes have just left, the fandom is getting smaller and smaller as time goes on. I can't even count on my 2 hands how many people have left and that's just on Tumblr and most of them are writers. But there are also people on Ao3 that said they would update and hadn't updated in eons and I honestly don't think they coming back. Not to mention instagram and Tumblr Artists in the fandom. Heck the person that I commissioned ain't even drawing no more, and I honestly wanted another commission from them. Idk it's just so saddening and disappointing 😞

But I'm also discovering new people as well, so idk what to think exactly. It's just something that's been on my mind lately 😐

Unfortunately it’s just something that kinda happens as fandoms go on 😅 I was in the MLQC fandom for a while and then I kinda fell out of it as I got more interested in Obey Me!, and I know a bunch of people in the OM fandom who have moved on to Genshin Impact. Life also happens, for a lot of people that haven’t updated stuff, especially those of us who are “older,” they could just be dealing with stuff, or don’t have the time or motivation anymore. Like me, I’m dealing with some stuff (that I’m not going to talk about here) & have been struggling hard with motivation, plus I’m tired a lot of the time 😅 I’m definitely not leaving the fandom, some of us are just... tired lolol
