Neurodivergent man here, thanks for this; however, I didn't vote because I feared the backlash (confrontation will always be debilitating for me) I would've gotten for picking any side (most of my family have completely different political opinions than mine), and I didn't like any of the candidates, plus I started to despise the two ruling parties (my mind told me one would hate me for my values, and me being neurodivergent, and the other would hate me for being a religious cis white man, so I wouldn't fit with either one), believing they only cared for themselves and would continue to divide the country for their own gain, and going third-party would be a wasted vote. Now I'm starting to regret my decision, I think that it was probably the worst decision I could've ever made, and it made the situation of other people way worse because of my fears.
