Bought two 20 gallon glass cubes a while ago, but was so exhausted after completing our webtoon contract that it was impossible to feel excited about doing anything with them.

But this week, I've been spending time browsing the aquascaping and fish keeping communities for ideas and inspiration, and I am finally getting that special interest excitement back again.

I really REALLY miss threadfin rainbowfish...so one tank will be dedicated to them [and corys].

The other will be for a green alien betta [and perhaps some kubotai rasboras]. I want to make a completely red planted scape for that one if I can. We shall see. I think it'd be really cool, though.

I love this one because I think Taylor is deliberate, because she’s a good songwriter and everything she does is thought out and on purpose. but because she’s a very good songwriter, her songs don’t always sound deliberate, they sound magic or natural, like you’re being swept away by a force of nature, like anyone who’s felt what she felt would’ve said it the exact same way. all of her songs except for one! where she wants the listener to hear exactly how careful she’s being with her words, and know that she didn’t say a single word that she didn’t fully intend to say. and that song is The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived. the whole rest of the album is purposely muddled but this song is a message to one person and she wanted to make sure the message was received loud and clear. even the bridge I think still has this quality, she gets carried away but she lets herself get carried away. the steadiness of the verses and chorus is all there to prepare the listener for the fact that she interprets this event very dramatically but with deadly seriousness: were you sent by someone who wanted me dead? I would’ve died for your sins instead I just died inside.
