🧃Kiddo snacks that aren't obviously for kids:🧃
🥮Animal shaped crackers or snacks, crackers are super popular as a snack so if they are animal shaped it won't be seen as weird🥮
🍪Dry cereal, they are yummy and colorful and often given to kids as a snack🍪
🍎Apple sauce, it's basically fruit baby food and I love it for regressing🍎
🍬Fruit gummy, almost everyone eats fruit gummies but they are still so connected to kid-hood for me🍬
🍮Pudding cups, pudding cups are yummy and don't seem suspicious in any way, plus there are some with fun colors🍮
🍓PB and J sandwiches, untoatsted toast with peanut butter and jelly always makes me feel comforted when small and it's just a normal sandwich to anyone around you🍓

Fun fact of the day: Sudan has the most pyramids in the whole world, the country has 255, in comparison Egypt only has 138

hello dear Jes, I am all out of good meal ideas!! I’m always in awe of your drive to cook and the great-looking meals you create. Any good recs for yummy and relatively easy / quick recipes? thank u 🙏
hello!! yes here are some very easy, low effort low prep recipes i love. the bolded ones are the ones i find myself making most often when i am like wow i do NOT want to cook but if i must do so, i wish to make the easiest thing ever.
shakshuka (all recipes are basically the same! i make it with canned tomatoes to cut down on prep, add a sliced jalapeno to make it spicier, and top it with feta and cilantro. if you are not crazy about eggs my sister often makes it with chickpeas and no eggs!)
thai peanut noodles (you can make as-is but i often add roasted broccoli and air fryer tofu if i have time!)
ricotta pasta with roasted broccoli and chickpeas (i roast the broccoli rather than broiling it as i am afraid of broiling lol but it's very easy and delish)
creamy corn pasta (my beloved)
spaghetti with onion-"bacon", corn, and basil
roasted sweet potato tacos (roast sweet potatoes, warm black beans on the stove with spices, and make easy quick-pickled onions if i have time - then you can add avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and any other toppings you like!)
potato egg and cheese breakfast tacos (i roast or air-fry small-cubed potatoes, scramble eggs, melt cheese into the eggs, and top with the salsa of your choice!)
migas breakfast tacos
tortellini with pesto and roasted veggies
caprese toasts (toast bread of your choice, then add pesto, sliced mozzarella, sliced cherry tomatoes, basil if you have it, and balsamic glaze... my all-time fave easy/no-cook meal)
pesto pasta with frozen peas (another super easy one i make when i want to barely cook at all - you boil the frozen peas in the pasta pot for the last three minutes of the pasta's cook time. then add pesto, grated parmesan, a squeeze of lemon, and halved cherry tomatoes if you have them)
easy asparagus soup (thinly slice a leek and cut 1-2 bunches of asparagus into half inch pieces. melt 3 TBS of butter in your pot, then saute the leek plus 5-6 cloves of garlic for 8 min. add asparagus pieces and 4-6 cups of veggie stock, bring to a boil, salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 min. transfer it all to a blender and blend, then add 1/4th cup grated parmesan and the juice of half a lemon. serve with crusty croutons and sliced chives)
roasted sweet potato & figs dish (you can also make with dried dates if you can't find figs!)
easy chana masala
nectarine, arugula, and feta salad (best in the summer when it's nectarine season but delish all year round... you can also use peaches. i usually serve it on a bed of quinoa so it's more filling/more of a main dish. the basil dressing is to die for i could eat it with a spoon)
avocado & egg sandwich (you can make this on a bagel, english muffin, or bread... just toast your bread, mash avocado onto the bread & sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and then scramble or fry eggs to your liking and put on top)

healthy foods and recipes that i use on a daily basis(>•<)💭🍣
these r just some recipes for foods that i eat every single day, and they r healthy and easy to make. they r also great if u have a busy lifestyle bcuz they're super easy and quick to make <3
remember to eat yummy food that fuels u 💗
Tumblr media
SALADS -
carrot salad - carrots! carrots r an amazing source of vitamin A and isn't only beneficial for ur skin, but also ur eyesight, and ur immune system; for the recipe i'd wash a carrot and shave it, then add one cap of apple cider vinegar and olive oil, with salt and pepper and i'll eat that as a side dish along with my meal
cucumber salad - cucumbers r also an amazing source of hydration and is great for ur skin. just slice a couple cucumbers and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
meditteranean salad - dice cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and make a vinaigrette using lemon, olive oil, and salt and pepper and add those all together with some basil for a hydrating delicious salad
SNACKS -
pan con tómate - its simply toasted bread with oil, grated tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper
apple slices and peanut butter
frozen grapes with lime juice on top
literally any assortment of veggies with lime juice and salt
sliced fruit bowls with lemon juice
DINNERS -
how i make tofu - so i always use firm tofu and i'll dry it with a paper towel just to make sure that its dry (make sure to drain the excess water) and on a separate plate i'd add some flour, and seasonings of my choice. then coat the tofu in the flour and put it on a hot pan (approximately 5 min per side of tofu) or until its crispy, and then i'll make a sauce, usually with soy sauce, ginger and honey.
cucumber sushi - i'd wash and shave cucumbers, then take the shavings and lay them out as though it was wrapping paper (if that makes sense) then dry it with a paper towel so that the ingredients can stick onto it. then i'd fill it with sticky rice, sauces, tuna sometimes, or literally anything u wanna fill it with and then roll it up like u would do with sushi and cut it into pieces.
SANDWICHES -
sandwich one - take a hard boiled egg and break it down in a bowl, and add some mayo and mustard (trust) to create a paste like mixture. spread all that onto some bread. then add some lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
BREAKFASTS -
overnight oats - in a container, add some oats, greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, fruits of choice (i often use strawberries or blueberries) and almond milk and then shake that up and let it stay in the fridge overnight for an easy breakfast in the morning.
chia seed pudding - add three tablespoons of chia seeds into a container, half a cup of almond milk, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and some honey (add coco powder if u like chocolate) and then put that in the fridge overnight.

The thing with Dawn’s peanut butter banana quesadilla confuses me. Because I’m assuming that in this context quesadilla just means that she is making a toasted sandwich on tortillas rather than bread, which sounds like a pretty basic idea that’s potentially very yummy, maybe just kind of meh at worst. And yet Dawn and Willow are acting like it’s the height of weird and gross? Did Dawn take the “quesa” part very seriously and still include cheese or something? I don’t get it.

do you have any healthy safe foods? I know all safe foods are different for each person but I'd love some recommendations from others with sensory issues or eating problems
hi ! yes i definitely have less safe foods that are healthy but here are some that are :
most fruit as long as they aren’t mushy. I tend to go for crisp strawberries and firm blueberries. mangoes are also nice. I suggest figuring out what textures you like most and looking for ones that match your preference
red bell peppers. I don’t typically eat ‘vegetables’ but these are sweet and crisp enough that they register as more of a fruit to me. (which i think they might technically be? whatever. vegetables are fake. )
yogurt + granola. I like banana vanilla yogurt or strawberry yogurt. sometimes you need to try a few different brands until you find one you vibe with but i personally go for stonyfield for the banana vanilla. you can also just snack on granola by itself !
peanut butter and jelly sandwich. this one kinda depends for me bc i’m picky about my bread, but for people w sensory issues i tend to recommend the kind of jelly that has like. zero chunks in it. you can also pair this with a glass of milk or water and it’ll go down easier. you can also toast your bread for some nice crunch.
yogurt smoothie/shake thingies. has the health factor of yogurt but for me, an easier consistency. again, i usually go for stonyfield (strawberry).
making your own smoothies also isn’t that hard if you have access to a blender ! and you can put whatever you want in them ! including some vegetables that don’t really tend to effect the taste (cauliflower, avocado, zucchini).
trail mix ! if you just kind of shove it in your mouth and don’t pick at it it’s easier to put some more healthy things in there that you can disguise the texture of with other more yummy things. my favorite mixes tend to consist of peanuts, pretzels, mini chocolate chips, m&ms, golden raisins, and almonds. i also suggest adding any other nuts you can stand, and possibly some dried fruit if you’re into that !
for meals, i tend to find that i’m more likely to eat vegetables and other healthy foods if they’re in something like a pasta salad (where i can just kind of spear everything on my fork and try to ignore it, or where the crunch of a cucumber or something adds to the texture), or in a curry where you can mask flavors and trick your brain into eating potatoes sometimes since they look a little like chicken in the curry (if you’re more inclined to meat). also, even if you’re having ‘unhealthy’ meals, eating a little fruit on the side is always nice !

I just had the BEST sandwich.
What you need to know is this: I'm basically an office manager for a place that helps troubled youth. And we have a person who is basically a trainer who does frequent classes for our workers, and she's very wacky and creative and always doing cool stuff.
Today she told me to go to the grocery store to pick up supplies for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. So I'm asking if she has any specific type of peanut butter, jelly, and bread in mind, and she said "whatever you want, it's going home with you."
So I completed my task and didn't expect to be left with much. One loaf of bread for her whole class?? But that's what she said so that's what I did.
Turns out, she had me spend company money on all these supplies to make a single sandwich. Some presentation, the making of the sandwich was a metaphor for working with our clients and their families, yadda yadda yadda.
So the day passes and everyone clears out and it's just me in the office. And woman of luxury that I am, I brought my work laptop out of my office to get cozy on the couch. I pulled up Spotify. And then...I went into the kitchen, toasted a slice of this fancy honey wheat brioche style bread. Slathered it in extra crunchy peanut butter. Topped it with yummy grape jelly. And then I ate it on the couch like the queen that I am.
There are a few takeaways here:
brioche style bread is 10/10
occasionally playing the office errand girl has its perks
being alone at the office is the next best thing to not having to work
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are underrated
life sucks sometimes, but life also rocks. and sometimes it's good to kick back on the couch and bask in the decadence of a truly delicious sandwich.
It's the little things, you know?

𓏲 ࣪₊diary entry : june twenty-ninth  .ᐟ
this summer's had a bit of a rocky start; with more rain than sun, my mood has certainly reflected that of mother nature's. and while i've had moments of sunshine peaking through the grey clouds in my mind, there's ultimately been a great deal of darkness — thunderous thoughts keeping me awake all night, with raindrop like tears that inevitably follow. i keep checking the forecast over and over again to see if the sun will soon return, but i realize it isn't up to the little app on my phone; scrolling won't change the present moment, and it certainly can't determine the unpredictable unstable some would even say patterns of both mother nature, and i. i can't wait another day, week or month for the sun to come out because the weather, like our emotions, are never for certain — and change as quick as a strike of lightning. so, rain or shine, it is important to make the most out of every day.
finally, amidst the storm, i see clear skies. i see the light peaking through the gloom in my eyes. and although i know rain will always return, whether we like it or not, i understand now it helps to cleanse the soul. like flowers, we cannot grow without a little showers. so instead i will embrace it — i will splash through the puddles and dance happily in the rain.
꒰ 📖 ꒱ؘ ࿐ ࿔*:・゚
today was definitely full of clear skies for me, and fortunately mother nature too. . .̈
first thing in the morning, i got up and did all my usual morning ritual — making my bed, brushing my teeth, doing my hair and skincare ++ putting on spf !! — all of which i can honestly say i have not been the best at for the last week or so. with that being said, this on it's own was an accomplishment for me & my first win of the day :3
⤷ always celebrate the small wins ! ! ! they are what lead to even bigger and better things in the future ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა
after giving my puppies some quick cuddles, i got dressed in my pink pilates princess uniform ( because yes, i always feel more motivated when everything is cute / 'aesthetic' . i can't help it. it's what i blame my shopping addiction on ) and then i went on a hot girl walk around my neighborhood while i listened to some lana del rey classics <3 ( today i walked 1.8 miles ! ) i'm especially proud of myself for doing this because my anxiety started to kick in this morning and i was having a bit of an internal battle over whether i wanted to go on a walk or stay in bed. in the past i've always let the devil on my shoulder, or should i say fear, control me, and even today i almost let my negative thoughts take over, but i didn't let them win. i pushed through them, even when they put up one hell of a fight.
⤷ gentle reminder : it's never going to be the easy option, but it's the one your future self will thank you for.
coming home from my walk, i could practically hear my stomach talking to me and she was begging for food . . . so for today's breakfast, i decided to make myself scrambled eggs and gluten free toast topped with peanut butter & bananas + freshly squeezed lemon water :p so so yummy !!!!
⤷ i try my best to always start my day with a protein filled meal! it stabilizes your blood sugar, preventing you from crashing, which would otherwise make you feel hungry and tired quite quickly after eating.
to complete my peaceful but productive morning, i did a twenty minute meditation using this video ( which ultimately turned into an hour long nap. . . whoopsies )
& that was my morning ! i completed all of this before 10:30 a.m. ᵎᵎ which may not seem like a lot to some, or nothing out of the ordinary, but seeing as i've barely been conscious before noon recently, this was an achievement for me (´。• ◡ •。`) ♡
p.s. it amazes me how much you can actually get done in the morning when you wake up early . . .
. . .
⌗ °. •♡ today’s affirmations 𓂃
i believe in myself .
i am filled with radiant light and love .
i prioritize my wellbeing .
i trust that i am heading in the right direction .
i am proud of myself and my achievements .
i give myself permission to shine bright .
. . .
xoxo, meg 💌

Hi luvie! 💕💕 just wanted to reply to your breakfast question.
Overnight oats are super easy to make and you can customize them with whatever you want for something easy and filling in the morning! I usually blend my mixture with raspberries, peanut butter and honey so it’s nice and smooth + fruity. If I need a little more I also add toast and I always have a latte as well. Or if Im not feeling oats at all, I do toasted hawaiin bread with peanut butter and banana slices.
For eating out or on the weekends when I have more time, Im a big fan of chocolate chip pancakes, any kind of protein, and fruit (w/ the latte ofc).
Sorry if this was long!! Hope your mornings are soon filled with yummy food! 💖🥞
this is so so helpful, thank you so so much for taking the time out and letting me know !!!!!!!!!! :') 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

my current fear foods and some safe foods + explanation
Tumblr media
(!!!! I don't eat meat or any dairy products because I'm lactose intolerant)
bananas: so tasty and doesn't have too many calories (I don't eat under 700 cal) and it's also full of potassium!!
any type of bars or industrial snack: even if it's low in calories it's so bad, they have a lot of additives and other chemicals that keep the body full of inflammation
nuts: idk I never liked them, I feel like eating any type of nuts, almonds etc is a waste of calories because they taste like wood
pizza: it's so high in calories, also I try to never eat a full pizza because it's not good for the stomach, I usually eat half and then eat the other half the day after
peanut butter: I recently tried it (I'm not American so here it's not a common food) and it was so sticky and had SO MANY CALORIES OMGG like I tried once bread with pj and it was awful, all I could think about was all the calories that I was consuming
eggs (without the bacon): I love eggs they are a good search of protein and they are low cal, I love toast with egg on top!! so yummy and reminds me of that Ghibli movie (sorry I forgot the name in english)
brioche/croissant: tremendous tbh, so high in calories, in fats, not healthy at all (especially industrial ones)
cucumber sushi: it's so good and healthy and fresh, also has not a lot of calories! but I try to not consume it often because the vinegar and other things that are used to make the rice sticky are not very good for inflammation
sugar: it literally causes cancer wth
cakes: soooo full of sugar and additives even if you buy them from a bakery, they are def a once a year meal, it's so bad for you, and the vegan ones have like double the calories of the normal ones
Starbucks thing? whatever: I never had Starbucks and I never will, it's so high in sugar and additives (and it's so expensive like wth just drink water) also I don't trust people with making my thing to drink
dark chocolate: if you eat a small piece of it quite often it's actually good for your heart and other cardiac things! also it helps me to prevent binges, and it doesn't have that many bad things in it
hamburger: lol I had only one hamburger in my entire life and it was when I was 7, it's just not good. like, I get making a similar sandwich at home, but buying an hamburger from McDonald's or smt? crazy, that's exactly why people are obese
pringles: they are SO FULL of chemicals and salt, they are so bad for health in general 😭 I'd rather have normal chips (where here the ingredients are just potatoes, salt, and usually seeds oil) but I prefer to avoid chips because first of all they are full of salt, and second they trigger my binges
toast: it's not a fear food but it's not even a safe food, I can eat it sometimes, it's okay, I mean it's just toast
cheese: any kind of dairy products it's so bad for humans, even my nutritionist explained to me that we are not supposed to eat dairy because milk it's supposed to be for babies (of that spieces), it also causes acne and other stuff that I don't want.
oh and also I try to avoid vegan cheese but just because it's very high in calories.
olive oil: healthy fat!! very good for lots of reasons, honestly I just cook with it (without frying things obv), I don't really add it to my usual meals but it's pretty okay
pasta: it used to be a fear food but now I tolerate it, ofc I try to avoid it because it still is a defined carb
meat: If you want to die of cancer or other terrible diseases, eat red meat. it's so bad for the body, even white meat.
smoothies: I love smoothies that I make at home, they are so yummy and they make me feel good afterwards, also they are great when doing liquid fasts 💚
sushi? cat thing?: same as the cucumber sushi, it's good but I try to avoid it.
m&ms: sweets in general are like so bad for you, so full of additives, chemicals, refined sugar, horrible for the body. and also they cause sugar addiction.
fries: they are literally fried potatoes, any type of fried food it's not good
tomato soup: here we don't have tomato soup but sometimes I make it with tomato sauce (basically the same thing) and it's good, low cal too! but I try to not eat it too often because tomatoes give me terrible acid reflux
cookies: same as the m&ms, also they trigger my binges so bad

Thinking about what to make for breakfast. What do you usually have on weekends? Is it different then on days you work?
My daily breakfast without fail is a pb banana smoothie: almond milk, 1 frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, scoop cacao powder, scoop peanut butter. I am a creature of habit!
On my weekends sometimes I will skip breakfast, but if I don’t it will be tea and toast with peanut butter and honey, or maybe some cereal. Sometimes I will go all out and make chocolate chip banana pancakes or poached eggs or something but not very often. If I indulge in yummy hot breakfast it is usually at brunch or out to eat with friends somewhere.

Protein drinks (I hate chalky texture but recommend either of these brands in general. second option shown here is vegan I believe but I usually drink the regular kind)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Baked Beans (good on toast, can add squart of ketchup+mustard+honey to enhance, they also sell other baked beans flavors like onion idk)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Beans beans idk (black beans and kidney beans are like non offensive starter beans and good with cheese/tomato sauce/meat. Mix with refried beans and whatever you have of cumin/coriander/chili powder (generous amounts) oregano/onion powder/garlic (medium amounts) cinnamon/nutmeg (small amount). U have now created a chili or dip good with tortilla chips cornbread perhaps a hot dog... U can freeze this and thaw for easy meal prep
If you hate bean texture eliminate the whole beans and just use refried beans. There are vegetarian versions available
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Protein yogurt + granola (zero prep, yummy, many possible fruit/flavor combos)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Eggs (scrambled if you don't mind cleanup, hard boiled is much less messy if you enjoy the texture, like eighty other ways to cook an egg. good to remember the protein in a bacon egg and cheese from mcdonalds is just as good as protein from one you make yourself. important thing is you eat)
Tumblr media
Other thoughts...
Edamame is pretty high in protein and there are salty snacks available if you can't cook. Peanut butter pretzels too
Tumblr media
Tuna packets have like 17 or 19g of protein, salmon also has lots of protein. You can also buy premade tuna salad
Landlords are very high in protein if you don't mind the prep time and cleanup
Cheese has protein, even a slice of plain pizza has like 12g of protein
Mushrooms apparently have protein but I'm not brave enough for that
Tumblr media
awesome

JCR Holiday Recipe Exchange
Tumblr media
Sixteen years have passed since we published our very first JCR holiday cookie exchange. Now an annual tradition, we look forward — every year — to gathering, baking, taste-testing, and serving delectable holiday recipes from our hotels and chefs across the globe. This year’s cookie exchange brings traditional yummies (chocolate chip cookies and Scottish shortbread) together with new, can’t-wait-to-try delicacies like French Madeleines from Paris. The famed Cifelli coconut cream pie (Anthony’s fave) which I make twice a year, Christmas and his birthday, is also included.
So make space on those kitchen islands, gather your ingredients, measuring spoons, and most festive aprons. Happy baking and be sure to send us a photo of your creations.
Happy holiday season.
Truevail: Coconut Custard Pie Hands down, a favorite holiday (and birthday) recipe in the Cifelli house: Janine’s famous coconut custard pie. Ballyfin, Ireland: Festive Biscuits What is tea in Ireland without these festive holiday biscuits?  The Safari Collection, Kenya: Chocolate Chip Cookies Who doesn’t savor a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookie, especially this classic recipe from Kenya.  The Aerial, BVI, British Virgin Islands: Raw Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Slice From the isle of wellness, try this amazing peanut butter cookie dough slice. A great source of plant-based protein, peanut butter is also known to help lower high cholesterol levels. Yum.  Kisawa Sanctuary, Mozambique: Baobab Chocolate Chip Cookie This decadent cookie may require a trip to an African specialty store (for Baobab) but the effort is worth it.  White Elephant, Nantucket: Spiced Molasses Brownies Nothing speaks (or smells) of the holiday season more than White Elephant’s spiced molasses brownies. So good.  SION: BEST Chocolate Chip Cookie Chocolate chip cookies are always a good idea, so we are excited to debut Sion’s version of the classic.  Grantley Hall, UK: Speculoos Fingers Cookies are not as much a holiday tradition in the UK as in the US, but Grantley Hall’s festive afternoon tea cakes are always a seasonal favorite. High Altitude Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Vegan)
Tumblr media
Yield: 2 dozen | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes
------------------------------------------------------------------
Being from the east coast, I'm used to baking cookies at pretty much zero sea level. But when we moved to Colorado for a month to a town that was around 7,000 ft above sea level, my first batch of cookies were a disaster! Seriously, like a cookie ball that didn't spread or rise, and was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. After a lot of experimenting, research, and learning to increase the liquid, decrease the baking powder, and adjusting the temp and baking time, I have finally created a delicious yummy cookie recipe that can be made while you're living in the mountains. These peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies turn out fluffy, slightly chewy, and so delicious.
Ingredients:
1 cup of creamy smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup of white granulated sugar
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/8th tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt (optional - omit if using salted chocolate)
1/4 cup (2oz) of chocolate chunks (I used 3/4 of a Beyond Good Sea Salt & Nibs Chocolate Bar)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 345° F.
Combine the peanut butter, sugar, almond milk, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Using a large spoon or electric mixer, mix them until evenly combined.
Add 1/2 cup of the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients.
Add the rest of the flour and mix until it's just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chunks.
Take a small scoop of the cookie dough and roll it into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter.
Flatten the ball into a cookie shape, about 1/4 inch thick. These rise but do not spread out much, so it's important to form them into the desired shape.
Place the cookie dough on a greased baking sheet.
(Optional: bake one test cookie first to see how they turn out before making the rest).
Repeat with the rest of the dough until you have 9-12 cookies on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies rest for 1 minute on the baking sheet.
Use a spatula to transfer the cookies over to a cooling rack.
Repeat with the rest of the cookie dough until all the cookies are baked.
Let them cool for a few minutes on the drying rack before enjoying.
Tumblr media
Tips and Tricks:
This recipe was created when we were in Kremmling, CO at an elevation of around 7,300 ft above sea level. These cookies will turn out differently if you are located in a town at 3,000 ft elevation. If you are around 3,000 ft, try increasing the baking powder to 1/4 tsp and decreasing the almond milk to 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp.
If the cookies are turning out slightly raw in the center, try baking them at the very top level of the oven or using a lighter-colored baking sheet.
This recipe is easily customizable. Try using one of Beyond Good's other flavors, like Toasted Coconut, Salted Caramel, or Orange Zest!
This recipe has not been tested with natural peanut butter. I used the Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter for this recipe.
Store the leftover cookies in an air-tight container at room-temp for up to 7 days. Microwave them on high for about 10 seconds for some warm, gooey goodness.
