🩹How to deal with unhealthy regression:🩹
🍼First of all what is unhealthy regression?
Ageregression or agedreaming is both a trauma response and a coping mechanism. As such it can also present in unhealthy ways. When that happens the usually beneficial behaviour can cause harm to the individual partaking in it. I will explain what that can look like in this post and which warning signs to look out for.
🐾How can unhealthy regression present?
If someone's regression is unhealthy it can show in a number of ways since regression itself is something very personal and is often very different from person to person. Unhealthy regression can show through tantrums, being easily frustrated, struggling with things like personal hygiene and maintaining a healthy routine, overspending, insomnia and nightmares or general issues around sleep, relapsing in addictive or other harmful behaviors and much more.
🍼What are some warning signs to watch out for?
Warning signs can differ from person to person but these are some I watch out for in my own coping/symptoms. Struggling to control your regression ie. slipping at work or in public without being able to regulate back to a mindset where you are capable of caring for yourself and performing necessary tasks. Experiencing mainly upsetting emotions while regressed. Falling back on unhealthy coping mechanisms due to stress occurring during regressive episodes. Struggling with properly taking care of yourself, (cleanliness, sleep, nutrition etc.). Basically any unusual amount of stress, symptom flare-ups, dissociation, mental distress or similar during or after regressive episodes is something to watch out for.
🐾What do I do if my regression is currently unhealthy?
First of all don't panic, it's okay to struggle and it does not make you a bad person to do so. If you can talk to a medical professional who might be able to advise you on an individual scale. On your own I would recommend a few different things depending on how much you are struggling. If it is currently not safe for you to regress try not to, don't do it voluntarily and if it happens involuntarily try your best to stay safe, be around people you feel safe with, let someone know what's going on, stay away from potential triggers or things that could cause harm towards you. If you can't stop regressing or don't feel it is necessary try addressing the issues you are experiencing. Journal about the feelings you are having, get them out in whichever way works for you whether it be talking, writing, drawing, singing, painting or anything else. I also recommend actively doing positive things like going to the zoo, having a playdate with a friend, playing a new video game or having a plushie spa day. Actively making good memories around regression can be very healing. The most important advice I have is don't force it, rather set aside regression for a while than risk harking yourself just because it is a coping mechanism that has served you in the past, sometimes we have to let go of things even if it hurts. Also don't be afraid to seek professional help, it does not make you weak to need assistance, stay safe.
🍼How can I help somebody else with unhealthy regression?
Ask them if they know any specific things that help them and act accordingly within your own boundaries. Try being there for them in any way you can safely do, offer an open ear if they want to talk about anything, send them cute animal pictures to cheer them up or just check in with them every now and then. Send them any resources you feel might be helpful, whether it be mental health apps, a recommendation for a great therapist or a self help group or just a cool colouring book. If you feel it necessary for their safety don't be scared to involve their family or friends for a wellness check. If your country has the proper means to execute a safe wellness check through police/EMTS or similar that is also an option worth considering but be mindful of their safety regarding such actions.
🐾How do I confront someone I am worried about?
There isn't one way to do this, if you are worried about a friend, partner, family member or even just a mutual the most important thing is to be kind. Don't accuse someone of something, throwing around big statements can be overwhelming. Indeed try addressing specific things you are worried about like "I've noticed that lately you have been isolating yourself." or "The posts you have been making on social media lately make it seem like you are struggling, I'm worried about you and would like to help if you'd let me." We can't make someone accept help especially not through the phone and someone else's wellbeing is not your responsibility (in most cases) but it is still important to check in with people who you think might be struggling. Explain your concerns as calm as you can, hear them out on their answers and do your best not to make any judgements on their struggle. If you feel overwhelmed with approaching them try contacting somebody close to them first.
🍼What if I can't access a therapist or afford to go to a hospital?
If you or someone you care about lives in a country without universal health care getting the right support can be hard. I personally do not so I can't give exact advice on this but I recommend calling things like mental health hotlines, reaching out to resources like the Trevor project and looking for things like local support groups and mental health charities. Getting help can be scary but you are worth it.

My (possibly) controversial opinions
Note that none of this is supposed to shame anyone these are just things that kind of bother me/I want to talk about but don't feel like making individual posts about! I am always open to discussions and other people sharing their opinions as long as you do it respectfully. Don't read when regressed as I talk about grown up topics as well. <3 :D 🐾
This community normalizes/encourages overconsumption way too much and we should all try to limit that for the environment and our mental health 🧃
A lot of the drama that occurs is unnecessary and people need to learn to clear things in private discussions instead of public call outs and such 🐾
Calling someone's content sexual because you don't agree with how they post/dress/embrace their personal healing is messed up and you are the one sexualizing them 🦕
Adults should not be caregiving for minors if there are larger age gaps (I don't mean 17 & 19 and such) with very rare exceptions 🍼
We as a community need to be mindful if we choose to utilize things like formula. Don't purchase it if you are locally experiencing a shortage 🦝
If you choose to regress in public be mindful of the people around. Your regression might not be sexual but strangers don't know that and their comfort is equally as important 🧃
While copying (whether it be art or posts) does happen be careful of how quickly you accuse someone of this, talk to them before making a call out or similar 🐾
You do not have to tolerate other people's political options if their "opinions" are against anyone's human rights, don't be shy to block them but don't be unnecessarily cruel if you choose to confront them 🦕
Calming you are anti kink and then purchasing from kink shops is hypocritical and weird. Mind your business and let people do their own thing as long as it's safe and consensual 🍼
Kink =/= sexual and if you choose to participate in any form of discourse besides stating your personal boundaries you should educate yourself fully before being hateful towards whole groups of people 🦝
Don't judge people by the labels they use, not everyone has found regression in the same way. If people are open educate them but don't police someone else's choices 🧃
Adults can have whole life's outside of their regression including being a part of kink in any way they choose and they do not need to disclose that on unrelated accounts 🐾
Being on the Internet beyond watching YouTube is not safe to do while you are fully regressed and should not be encouraged (I don't mean texting ppl I mean scrolling on social media) 🦕
Regression is not always safe for everyone and we need to talk about warning signs of unhealthy regression as a community to keep each other safe 🍼
Regressors that struggle with hypersexuality and intrusive thoughts during regression are just as valid as those who don't and deserve compassion not shame 🦝

i saw one of ur posts saying pacis are your special interest :0 ive been thinking about getting the lil comforts long silicone paci but i see mixed reviews. do u have this one by chance and if so do you recommend? :3
I sadly don't have one yet but a friend of mine does! They said that the PA is are nice and comfy but very different. They tend to be a bit harder so they are great for chewing! The shape makes them not as good for curling since they don't have an organic mouth shape. If you like chewing on fingers and straws and such you would probably enjoy them!

what does nsxl and noncom mean? googles not helping
nsxl means non sexual, it's just a short version so it's faster to type and read.
Noncom describes that someone is not part of a specific community. For example Im mit part of the agere community nor the kink community.
In combination these terms communicate that my content is not sexual and I do not identify with any specific community!

what do i do if littleforbig teats dont fit comfortably in my mouth? it causes me jaw and teeth pain and my tongue doesnt sit comfortably. i think it may be too short? is there longer ones i can get?
Yes! There are lots of other options! The cloudy mouthpieces are a little bit longer and could help with that. You should be able to find them on Etsy from stores like kittyscutecollection and if those are still too small there are a lot of packs on pacifieraddict 's website, they offer different sizes to try out. Else you can try ordering round bases from baby your doll since their mouthpieces are much much longer but not wider. If you want example pictures check out my post "how to pack"

hi!! Sorry for being anonymous, it’s hard to talk about. So I saw your post on hypersexuality, and it brought a question. I have this friend who’s hyper sexual and they say things all the time that make me super uncomfortable but I’ve never said anything because I know it’s something they struggle with, even if they’ve crossed my touching boundaries before which I don’t really wanna elaborate on. Is it okay to feel uncomfortable even if they’re hypersexual??? Thanks! (Side note: I have horrid sexual PTSD)
It is always okay to be uncomfortable and establish your boundaries!!! Someone struggling with something does not mean that it is okay for them to overstep boundaries you hold. Take for example that a person has aggression issues, that wouldn't make it alright for them to go around punching people randomly. I recommend talking to your friend about it, explain that you aren't mad at them but that you don't like their behavior and that you would like them to act differently. I personally find it helpful if I am given examples of how to act instead. Like if your friend makes specific jokes or comments that make you uncomfortable mention them. If they cross touch boundaries explain which forms of touch you are comfortable with instead, ie. if you don't mind hugs tell them that they can hug you but not do something else. The most important thing is that you listen to your boundaries and don't ignore them for anyone's sake.

🩹A tiny's tattoo guide🩹
I love getting tattoos and I got a new one recently! It is important to watch out for a few things so let's go through it together :3
1. Step one is always to find a nice motive and an artist you trust and can afford, don't be shy to cancel an appointment or drop out if the artist does something to make you feel unsafe, you don't owe anybody your business and your safety is the top one priority 🍼
2. On the day of the tattoo it's very important to eat enough, I like to bring along some home made baked goods to my appointments as well! 🧃
3. When it comes to clothes wear something weather appropriate that's comfortable and is not your favorite, there is a small chance it can get tattoo ink on it 🍼
4. If you don't want the artist to shave the place for the tattoo do it at home the day before unless they specifically ask you not to, it might feel awkward but they do it everyday 🧃
5. I like to bring along comfort items and chewies, for me tattoos are very nostalgic and the process, especially the nlises of the machines might make me start to slip 🍼
6. Bring along someone if possible, I always take someone with me if it's possible because I don't want to be on my own with someone I don't know (the tattoo artist) 🧃
7. Try to find an artist you like if you plan to get more tattoos, I go to two artists I am most comfortable with and feel safe around, I enjoy seeing them and they like seeing me and I feel safest like that, one of the artists I like to see is a friend of mine 🍼
8. Be aware of your sensory needs, for me getting tattoos is calming and healing but for others the noise and feel can be overstimulating and it's important to keep track of that, take breaks when you need to, wear sensory friendly clothes or wear headphones, it's not rude it's an accomedation 🧃

🩷How to paci pt. 1🩷
°×~.This post will be all about purchasing pacis, how to do it, how to pick the right kind, recommendations for shops, tips on what to look out for and terminology.~×°
Step 1. Terminology
Paci- adult pacifier. Teet- the mouthpiece
Centerpiece- a charm or image on the button of the pacifier
Gen 1/2 etc.- refers to the shape of the paci
Base- used with deco pacis to refer to kind of paci that will be decorated
Custom- a decorated pacifier made just for you
Deco level- how heavily the pacifier will be decorated

2. How to pick the right kind
°×~.There are lots of things to watch out for when choosing your pacifier, from shape to color to mouthpiece and brand. I explained all of the common ones here.~×°
Gen 1- these pacis are the ones you can see on top in the image with terminology, they have a comfortable sensory input and are the most common shape, you can get them almost anywhere and they are often the cheapest option, they can come in lots of colors and with a lot of teets
Gen 2- these pacifiers look a little like bones, and come in quite a few colors but not as many as gen 1 and they come exclusively with the clear teets
Gen 3- these pacifiers look a lot like classic mam pacifiers and come in quite a few colors but they are only sold by little for big which makes me recommend not to purchase them as to not support this brand
Bear bases- these bear shaped bases from land of genie are adorable, they have a great sensory input just like the others and come with a clear teet but only a selection of colors, plus they are very accessible as they can be found on Amazon
Butterfly bases- these bases are similar to hen 1 pacia but the little holes at the top of the shield resemble fairy/butterfly wings, they are also from land of genie and come with a clear teet
Moon bases- these bases from land of genie are some of my favorites, they come with a clear teet and resemble gen 3 bases but with a handle
Baby your doll bases- these round vintage looking bases are beautiful and come with a long beige silicone teet, they are exclusively sold by baby your doll and really comfortable
Silicone bear paci- this is a full silicone paco sold by baby your doll which comes in a few colors, has the same length mouth piece as the round ones and the "shield" part resembles bear
Round bases- these bases are the dupe version of the baby your doll pacifiers and visually very similar for the small detail of having 3 holes except 4 and some plastic dots on the handle, they also come with a different teet which is a lot shorter than the usual one
Smile pop bases- these bases look a little like a version of the gen 1 if it was drawn from memory and is super cute and very comfortable, they can be bought from smile pop or over resellers and come with a clear teet in a range of colors
No handle bases- these bases are sold by the same company as the smile pop bases and the same resellers, they come in the same colors and with a clear teet, they have a very unique shape and are very comfortable
Heart hole bases- these pacis look similar to grn 1 bases with a bigger button and heart shaped holes, they are very cute and comfortable and come with a clear teet which is different in shape to the normal clear ones, it doesn't deflate in these bases and is longer, they come in a range of colors and are sold by cutie plus you
Butterfly bases 2- these bases look like very classic baby pacifiers sized up, I have yet to try them but they come with lots of colors and prints and are very pretty and come with the same teet
Small shield bases 1- these bases resemble classic baby pacifiers in shape and size and come with a clear adult teet in lots of colors, they are comfortable and cute
Small shield bases 2- these bases look like classic baby pacifiers in shape and size, come in a range of colors and with a clear teet, some of them even have a print, you can get them on things like AliExpress and over resellers
Full silicone pacis- lil comforts sell full silicone pacis in two shapes and lots of colors, they are very pretty but u have yet to try them I do hear they are great for chewing

3. How to order a deco paci
°×~.Ordering a paci or other item can be overwhelming and scary so here is a small guide to walk you through the process.~×°
Step one- find a shop you like the style of, that has good reviews and the center pieces you like
Step two- message the shop about the pacifier you would like to purchase, if you want a custom make sure they are currently open for those kind of orders
Step three- now you and the seller will discuss details like shipping price, payment options and details if you are ordering a custom
Step four- now it's time to be patient, most shops are a small business so it may take some time to complete and/or ship out your order, it's okay to ask if you have waited longer than they said but be respectful, they are a person too
Step five- open up your package and enjoy, don't forget to leave a review and let the seller know you received your item
4. What to watch out for
°×~.when picking the shop you want to buy from you have to be careful about a few things, here is a list of important stuff to look out for. Don't be shy to ask people for their experience.~×°
Does the shop have good reviews?
Can you find photos of customers with their items?
Do you know someone who worked with the shop before, what was their experience?
Does the shop have a history of positive reviews and happy customers?
5. Shop recommendations
°×~.You can find all of these shops on instagram.~×°
@pacisbybunny an adorable shop from the UK with beautiful pieces and great customer service, you can also use my code 'bunnybab' for a discount 🐰
@littlestcreations another great shop from the UK with fast service, super cute items and one of the sweetest owners 🩰
@cozypacicorner an amazing shop from my darling sibby based in France with unique design, amazing communication and you can use my code 'bunnybab' for a discount 🍼
@kittyscutecollections a sweet shop from the UK with fast shipping, good customer service and a big array of pacifier bases 🦄
🧃You can also always message me here or on Instagram about a custom pacifier as I love to create them every now and then!🧃

🧁Games to play with your plushies/sibbies/cg's🧁
This list is mainly focused on games I like to play and aren't focused on proper pretend play but more things that follow a script of sorts as I'm autistic and don't enjoy playing differently
🩹doctor office, I love playing doctors office, I even make little patient sheets for everyone, set up a proper office, and waiting room, this games is great because there is a clear structure to play with and focus on🩹
🍨ice cream shop, ice cream shop is such a fun game, I have a Play-Doh set to make ice cream with that's really fun to play with, I like to set up my plushies in a line and give them fake money and then arrange them in groups to eat that candy together🍨
🦴puppy pound, playing things like animal shelter can be lots of fun with your plushies, you can make little introduction cards for each of them and makeup backstories, then you can lead another plushie or imaginary person through your shelter and introduce the animals🦴
🍼tea party, now this one is a classic, having real or pretend tea and cakes or other snacks with your plushies, discussing funny gossip or plushie land political issues, maybe even giving good life advice to your furry friends all this and more can be super great for playing tea party🍼
🪽funeral, this might seem morbid for some but for me it's very fun as I want to become a mortician, you can craft a pretty casket for the plushie, make a flower bouquet with paper, write a eulogy and set everything up nice and pretty, don't forget to make sure it worn make you sad though🪽
🧴beauty salon, I adore this game, giving a silly makeover to your plushies or human friends is so much fun, you can put bows in their hair, pretend to wash it, put makeup on them, paint their nails, give them silly outfits and talk about their life's🧴
🍥grocery store, playing grocery store isn't for everyone and I have to admit it's not something I like too much but for some people it can still be lots of fun, I especially like the organizing part🍥
📖library, this is a game I adore, you can make little library cards for your plushies and friends, set up books in piles, read story times to the visitors, help everyone find thr books they would like and give your recommendations📖
🌸flower store, for this game you can draw and craft lots of pretty flowers to sell to your plushies, advice them on the perfect way to put together their bouquet, add beautiful ribbons and lave to the flowers ans write nice cards for them, I think especially flowers out of pipe cleaners are amazing for this🌸
🩰ballet, now this could either mean you out on a show for or with your plushies or even going to a ballet with them, either way you can dress up beautifully and either dance together or watch a ballet on YouTube and pretend you are in a theater, I really like the Russian ballet's 🩰

Fun fact of the day: a cloud weighs around a million tonnes

🧸Comfort items🧸
First of all what are comfort items? Well it's pretty simple, any item that gives you comfort, it can be a paci, plushed animal, book or anything else! One of mine is always my headphones as they shield me from sensory input, another one is my plushie Benjamin.🩷
Why do people have them? Well it's pretty simple, it helps them relax or simply brings them happiness! My comfort items help me regulate in stressful situations or comfort me after breakdowns.🧃
What can be a comfort item? Technically anything can be one, common ones are plushies, pacis, blankets, pieces of clothing or toys. My main one is a disability aid, my headphones as they help me keep safe.🎃
What are your comfort items? Like mentioned before my headohones another one is my plushie Benjamin that helped me trough hard times and my toy spider Felix my sibby got me. When I'm regressed also all of my pacifiers but specifically the one my dd made me! Also some of my jewelry I wear everyday.🐾
Do you need to have comfort items? No of course you don't! It's totally fine not to have one or to have a lot, either way is totally fine!🎀
Do you have any other fun facts about comfort items? Yes! A lot of times comfort items are connected to special memories, places, people, hyperfixations or spins! They can also be changing based a lot of factors.🩷

Fun fact of the day: raccoons can make over 50 different noises!🦝
