i was never scared of dying
i actually thought about it quite often
the thought of the world finally going quiet
a null
i was never scared of how life would carry on without me
maybe my dad would be confused
my sister would probably take my room (my closest is a little bigger)
and maybe my mom would stop buying oranges from the grocery store
i was never scared of closing my eyes for one last time
maybe the weight on my chest would go away
and feeling of suffocation would fade
i was never scared,
until you ask me to stay.

I'm tired.
It's the fourth night that I've woken up from a nightmare at 4 a.m., and I can't go back to sleep because I'm too afraid of dreaming the same thing all over again.
