Hopefully this doesn't come off as snarky, but I find it genuinely hilarious that every "big-name" Leona fan that I've seen seems to like him against their will lol. I've always had Leona as my favorite, so it's fun to see the journey other people go through to liking/appreciating him!

Look 💦 I can’t speak for other L*ona likers (regardless of size, honestly; I'm a firm believer that one's level of internet fame isn't a factor in the devotion for a character) but for me—to quote Scar—“my words are a matter of pride.” And by confessing to (ick 🤢) LIKING LION… it’s throwing all that pride out of a window. It seriously does feel like these feelings exist against my will.

I have a summary of my story to explain my relationship with the lion lore 💀 I call it a summary, but it’s still kind of long— It's below the cut for those who are interested!

To begin with, the promotional materials didn’t sell me on him. Everything about how he initially presents—from his arrogance to his “tough/bad boy” design (seriously, that biker-cowboy combo of his dorm uniform is SO ugly and shows way too much skin for my liking…)—was so unappealing to me. He seemed exactly like the kind of character and tropes I tend to dislike. The only “good” thing I saw in him was his face (which, ironically, is what Vil says about him) and maybe his UM chant particularly the line where he demands you kneel before him. Then comes along book 2, which is easily the weakest of the main story and does a HUGE disservice to him, making L*ona seem a lot stupider than he actually is. At that point, I had basically written his entire character off. I claimed to all my Twst friends that there was nothing that would ever make me like him.

Around 2022, I decided to get involved in a round of EBG (Epic Bias Game) which is basically like a test of your will?? You’re supposed to compete with your friends to see who can go for the longest without talking about or acknowledging their oshi (which includes not being able to react to fan works of them). As part of EBG, each participant was randomly assigned a “new oshi” to replace the usual one AND GUESS WHAT, I GOT HANDED L*ONA BY THE WHEEL OF FATE 💀

One of my friends (who knew I hardcore hated him at the time) assured me that this would get me to change my mind. They even went out of their way to write a little story explaining how my OC was forced to spend more time with L*ona, which led me into writing interactions between them to build more of the lore. I managed to outlast the friend in EBG, but didn’t win the entire game. I came out of it not really feeling super different about L*ona, but I think forcing myself to write about him extensively helped me gain a little more perspective on his character. I still didn’t like him, but I at least appreciated his presence in the cast a little more.

AND THEN TWST HAD TO COME AND BASH ME OVER THE HEAD WITH L*ONA CONTENT… All the little vignettes and voice lines where other characters would talk about what a good leader he is (*glares at Epel, Jack, Ruggie, Savanaclaw mobs, etc.*), when he sarcastically claims to be a “delicate prince” or a “lost child”, those moments where he sasses others, times when he’s able to use his charisma and/or intelligence to pull ahead, rare instances when he whips out his royal manners, him respecting women… But I think the turning point for me had to have been book 6 OTL GOOD LORD, BOOK 6 FUCKED ME UP 😭 Him using his UM in a creative way to turn falling glass shards into harmless sand? And strategically turning himself in?? Willingly ceding control of the dorm to Ruggie??? Telling everyone about Styx’s lore???? AND THE BEEF HE HAD WITH JAMIL BUT STILL GIVING HIM WISDOM AND ADVICE… Sometimes I still tear up thinking about how L*ona says “You’re not like me,” to Jamil 😔 implying that part of the reason why L*ona guides others is because he has hope in their futures but not his own… (I’m still salty that EN messed up this line by changing it to “I’m not like you,” which makes him come off as way more arrogant 💦) Anyway, I blame book 6 for being the tipping point in my downward spiral 🌀 IT GOT WORSE IN BOOK 7 WHEN HE STARTED SHOWING HE'S MOTIVATED TO ACTUALLY GRADUATE AND TAKES ON AN INTERNSHIP THAT COULD BENEFIT HIS COUNTRY... Special shoutout to the Club Wear card for being especially hot-- I did my best to hold out against the steady drip of content that called attention to his… positive traits… (Not that I’m saying he doesn’t have any; I mean this in that whenever his strengths as a character are brought up, they really get to me as someone who loves intelligent, mature/responsible types and “big brother” figures OTL) BUT IT'S SO HARD WHEN TWST KEEPS PULLING STUFF LIKE THAT???

Then in 2024 came the stupid Lost in the Book with Nightmare Before Christmas event 💀 which finally introduced us to L*ona in full formal attire (MY WEAKNESS) and gave him the opportunity to be in the role of the "hero" and leader... and those Nightmare Suit vignettes 😭 Leona thinking about what it actually means to be "king"... Ugh, it was another strong showing of his character. I'm pretty sure it was this event that started the snowball of my friends (lovingly) bullying me about him and calling me a tsundere about it. Weirdly enough, a BUNCH of things started happening irl to push L*ona at me too. For example, my pet (who usually actively avoids or attacks Twst stuff) was actually eager to pose for a picture with a L*ona standee. In a group fan merch order, I had asked for the bonus Grim sticker but the artist (who had no idea about my complicated thoughts on L*ona) said they were out of the Grim sticker but they had L*ona stickers they could include instead. Most recently, I had just finished this last-minute artwork of Miss Raven eating pocky by herself to celebrate Pocky Day (11/11). Typically the fan art you'd see on this day would involve two characters playing the "Pocky Game" (in which the players try to eat a stick of pocky from either end; usually it's framed as romantic since meeting in the middle results in a kiss). However, I had chosen to do a solo Miss Raven art because I thought this suited her "I want to be taken seriously!" personality better. Well, guess what? I GOT A PACKAGE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION FOR THE TWST MERCH ORDER... WITH L*ONA IN IT 💀 Almost like he heard there was food meant for sharing and he came to claim it for himself... Like I literally did NOT choose for these things to happen to me, THEY HAPPENED ON THEIR OWN. I DON'T BELIEVE IN PREORDAINED EVENTS BUT THE UNIVERSE SURE IS WORKING IN STRANGE WAYS.

So now that the tables have turned, it’s really embarrassing. Everything is coming back to bite me in the butt… It truly feels like L*ona plotted this all along and was on the prowl, patiently waiting for me to get worn down before he pounces and delivers the final blow to my ego OTL Like, it's gotten to the point where many of my long-time friends in the Twst community are now joking that "It's over" for J word... ONE OF THEM EVEN TOLD ME IT FEELS LIKE I'M GETTING DIVORCED AND L*ONA IS THEIR NEW STEPDAD, HOW AM I SUPPSOED TO FEEL ABOUT HTHAT ??????????? ? ? ????? ? ??? ? ?? ?? ? ???? ?

But by the far the worst, the WORST part about everything here is that if L*ona were fully sentient, he would be so smug about recent developments 😡 It makes me SO mad thinking about how he'd look down on me with that hot smug rage-inducing smirk of his and make fun of me for eating my words so badly.

“What was that you said about hating my guts, herbivore? … Hah, it's written all over your face--you're terrible at hiding your true feelings. You can just give in, you know. Tell me how much you worship me. How much you want me. You'll give in eventually one way or another--so why not make this easier for the both of us and save us the time of playing the wait game? Jamil Info Compilation part 26: Jamil in the English-Language Adaptation

During Firelit Sky we learn that Jamil, much like Idia, does not like tradition and customs.

He was rewritten on EN, however, into a character that prioritizes his history and chooses to uphold tradition.

Many of Jamil's lines were changed for EN:

Original Jamil: If I did something like that and Kalim’s father found out, the Viper family would suffer for it.

EN Jamil: Not to mention the lecture I would get from my parents

Original Jamil: I’m sorry, but I’m not going to put my whole family on the street because of my selfishness.

Master/servant is wording that has been taken directly from Disney’s Aladdin, but it gets removed very often from the EN adaptation of Twst, disappearing from Jamil’s dialogue in Book 6, Jamil’s birthday and Jamil’s unique magic in Book 5, though it returns in Book 6, so maybe it was judged to be more appropriate for the STYX staff member than it was for Neige?

EN Jamil: Probably “Hello.”

Original Jamil: It's important to teach hierarchy, right?

One time Cater was working on a potion in class and dropped his phone down the cauldron, it completely melted away. Safe to say he never brings his phone to that class ever again. (Trey baked him goods to make him feel better about losing the phone)

Deuce’s mom got pregnant when she was young and still in Highschool. She became a single mother and had to drop out in order to support him. Deuce didn’t find out about this till way later in middle school and it became the main reason why he wants to become a better student.

Ruggie is crazy good with kids, he basically became the neighborhoods permanent older brother.

The horror movies in twisted wonderland are actually a lot more tame than in the real world.

One time Yuu watched a scary movie with the 1st years and everyone was shitting their pants while Yuu just stood there like “🧍this is goosebumps level horror”

Yuu explained the plot to Hereditary once as an example of what type of horror movies their world had. The 1st years never want to watch a movie from their world. Like ever.

Also medical treatments in TWST are a lot nicer and painless. They use magic for a lot of injuries. Got a deep cut? Magic! You’re sick with some virus? Magic! Magic cures all! It even works on ppl who can’t use magic

Oh but it doesn’t work on Yuu since they’re from a different world

One time Yuu got a cut pretty deep and needed stitches

Having to explain what stitches were to the professors was a strange experience. The students thought it was some form of torture method.

“So you just get sewed up like some ripped teddy bear?!

Wait until you explain to them what Shots are. Or how getting blood samples work in your world.

Oh but the dentist treatment is fairly the same in both worlds.

No one in heartslabyul can handle spicy foods (except for Deuce)

While at Scarabia spicy food is like the main meal and everyone LOVES it.

One time Kalim invited Riddle, Trey, and Cater to come eat dinner at his dorm. Let’s just say some things happened and Jamil now learns to tame down the spice whenever anyone from Heartslabyul comes over.

Cater has photos of Trey and Riddle from that day. He was threaten to never share it with anyone. (He looks at them sometimes to get a good laugh even tho he was also dying that day from the spice)

Yuu once made an Ice Cream cake for Malleus birthday. At first he was a bit disappointed that Yuu brought him a cake since he’s not a big fan of them, but was absolute flabbergasted when he bit into it. He now demands Yuu to teach him the recipe.

Sometimes the Leech twins will have full on fist fights in the Dorms lounge area. Not cuz they hate eachother or anything, that’s just how they are. Everyone at the dorm is so used to seeing them fight to the point where people start betting on which brother would win. Yes Azul was behind this.

Listen Rook would absolutely love the “Masochism Tango” song

Idia helped build an AC unit at Ramshackle Dorm only because Yuu kept staying over at his dorm when it would get hot outside.

There’s a story that floats around the school about Sams shop. Apparently a student years ago tried stealing something from the store and the student ended up turning into a frog, they completely disappeared after that. No one knows if the story’s true or not. Still no one dares stealing from his shop.

Kalim is surprisingly really good at Slide puzzles. He was able to solve a 6x6 puzzle in under a minute.

When Malleus was a child a frog wrapped its tongue around his horn and it freaked him out. He tried grabbing the frog but it was too slimy. Lilia ended up finding him curled up in a ball outside his backyard with a frog sitting on his head. Yeah he HATES frogs now.

Silver likes frogs tho he thinks they’re cute. Once when he was a kid he brought a frog into the house when Malleus was visiting. Malleus out of instinct SMACKED the frog straight into the wall.

Silver didn’t talk to Malleus for like a week straight after that. (Sebek was not so pleased about it)

The only person higher than Malleus in Sebeks mind is his mother. He’s such a mamas boy and want’s to become strong enough to not only protect Malleus but also to protect her.

Good morning! It’s still morning for me. I’m sorry Viper I’m gonna break character. I just filled up my water bottle actually so yes I am drinking water don’t worry! I usually drink about 32 oz or more every day because I fear dehydration. I hate seeing my veins in my hands and I was told it’s from a lack of water so I drink it as often as I can. Hello again! Anon who sent the vent over antis here. Thank you so much for taking the time giving me such long and encouraging response. To be honest, I am in the Genshin fandom, which is bigger and, sadly, full of antis, so I have experience when it comes to block annoying children. I also have like 80% of the EnTWST fandom blocked lol. In general, "proship DNI" account I see, is an account I immediately block (they're asking us to do that, so we're happy to oblige, right?). I have most of the vocal antis from the fandom blocked on Twitter, and even if it means less people finding my art, I don't care because at the end of the day I want to surround myself with people who support me and won't put me at the stake for shipping/"sexualizing" pixels. I'm really sorry to know that you guys got a lot of hate, but I'm happy to know that you will continue and that you have so much people defending you. Oof, anything I hear from the Genshin fandom is usually bad news (mostly because of how big it is – naturally it’s going to have more “bad apples”)… I’m very sorry that you have to deal with all this.

We totally agree, sometimes you really just have to block 80% of the EN fandom lol, but anyone with the “proship DNI” pretty much invites the banhammer themselves. It’s really helpful lol

Got the second volume of the TWST manga today, and Lilia showed up for the first time. It was such a cute scene with him^^

Bet it was the same as in the game, but I can't play that. I'm Idia's worst nightmare, I have a Nokia from 2009. His tablet won't stand a chance against my brick and then he'd either have to make a new one, or attend class in person

I have the first two volumes, i'm slowly collecting each of em' like pokemon as they get released in EN...heueheuehue. He's always adorable and makes me giggle when he pops up. Even tho sometimes I feel like he looks a little weird in the manga sometimes... (hopefully nobody hates me for that comment SDL:KFJLKJ I still love him)

In-game he first comes up during book two, I think? When he chastises Leona. It was kinda hot ngl. And then he pops upside down and scares you when he hands you the letter from Malleus, heuheu. But I also have horrible memory, so I probably forget.

LMAO your phone being practically bullet proof vs Idias fragile technology. He'd flame you for it. Even the shitty ass phone Crowley gives you is bound to be better (in Idias professional opinion)

Well I guess this my first post lol

1. Leona! Lion King has always had a soft spot in my heart, so not choosing one of the characters in Savanaclaw just wouldn’t make sense. (I did not know much about the game other than the fact that all the characters were based off the Disney villains in some way) (Made me confused why some of them were there like Kalim and Silver but oh well) I don’t think I would choose anyone else. After playing through the game I’m quite fond of the lazy lion.

2. Riddle! His birthday bloom card.

3. I barely go in there so it’s small but it has a bunch of random limited time items.

4. Dorm Uniform Leona, Masquerade Malleus, Dorm Uniform Azul, Birthday Suit Idia, Birthday Bloom Riddle

5. Kalim’s Oasis Maker! As weird as it may be I love just watching rain fall.

6. First was Dorm Uniform Leona technically, but first pull not from the tutorial(?) thing was Birthday Boy Idia. Most recent is Dorm Uniform Idia.

7. I play on EN servers so I don’t even have access to it yet, but I really want Mermaid Fin Jade.

8. Idia. I don’t know what it is but I just keep pulling him. Like I meant to pull him you know so I didn’t really care that much at first but it’s kind of ridiculous at this point.

9. I don’t have too much that I’m really unhappy about, but I do wish Yuu or the MC had more of an impact in the story.

Haven't been on here for a bit, but I just have to talk about the Fellow and Gidel name change in TWST EN because it's actually so insane, and like it still hasn't hit me completely- it's literally so unreal to me and I feel like I need to get these thoughts into some sort of way, so I'm putting them here lol

I'm just gonna start with- My concern about this is that Fellow's EN name, 'Ernesto Foulworth' IS NOT MARKETABLE. Personally for me, this name isn't memorable at all, I mean- people could remember it- but as a joke (like literally right now) and not as an actual name. Not only that, but while there may be people who will probably call him by that name, it will only be a minority and not the majority, and that isn't a good thing, especially when you're trying to market a character to someone for your silly haha mobile game 💀

Even if I wanted to call Fellow by 'Ernesto', it wouldn't personally work out for me, because I already have a favorite character with the same fcking name (cough cough Ernesto de la Cruz cough cough). Not only that, but I rp with my friend sometimes, and we kind of made it an unspoken rule that we wouldn't call two characters with the same name, it has to be either one character or the other. Even in general, it would be inconvenient for me to emphasize which Ernesto I'm talking about 😭

Also, I'm Latina, and when I try to say 'Ernesto Foulworth', it's in completely two different accents, and it just doesn't flow smoothly in my mouth like Fellow Honest 💀

Though, in term of Gidel's name being changed into Gino, it's fine- I don't hate it that's for sure-

Like I understand the meaning of the localized names- but at the same time...man- they just don't hit with me-

I mean, technically the EN servers could always end up updating the game for IF they change the names back to Fellow and Gidel if they end up getting backlash for it anyway, but idk- I doubt it, just because they've done it before with two other characters, as well as other things, even though they're saying it in English in THE JAPANESE VERSION??? 😭😭😭

TWST ch6 on EN and TWST EN's censoring - How the HELL?

Below the cut is spoilers for some major parts of TWST's storyline, particularly books 4 + 6 and miscellaneous spoilers for stories/events that aren't story-important (such as Ruggie's backstory and the Phantom Bride event)

Hey, Alpaca's back again with a TWST rant! So... with the leaks I've seen of the February schedule, we're probably getting Ignihyde dorm cards in February. Which means book 6 soon!

As an Idia Shroud enthusiast, I'm PUMPED for that dorm card and to be able to play TWST for an extended period of time because my attention span just can't sit there and grind with no purpose. However, I've also read translations for book 6, and with my combined knowledge of book 6, the backstory of the Shroud brothers, and the themes in the translation of TWST EN, I'm also scared.

Death and grief are a HUGE part of Idia and Ortho's characters. Ortho as we know him wouldn't even exist without death and grief. However, EN has a tendency to censor things regarding death and murder. [1] This is most notable in their censoring in the Phantom Bride event, where Idia is dragged into marrying a ghost named Eliza against his will who ends up ditching him for another ghost. In the Japanese version, they seem to be very on the nose with the fact that if Eliza were to marry Idia, he would die. But on the English version, if my memory suits me right, it's said that Idia would join Eliza in the spirit realm and not much else. They've even censored parts in Ruggie's story where it's mentioned that his mother died shortly after giving birth to him.

With their aversion to talking about a concept like death... censoring book 6 would completely undermine everything about the Shrouds. From Ortho's reason to even exist to why Idia overblotted. The entire book surrounds death to such a degree that separating the concept from the book will COMPLETELY alter the Shroud brother's characters.

I believe it'd end up similar to book 4. Book 4 also had an essential part censored - Jamil and Kalim's master/servant relationship. Their relationship is the entire reason why Jamil tried to usurp Kalim, it's the exact reason why Jamil holds a grudge against Kalim, even if their relationship isn't Kalim's fault. TWST EN avoids Jamil referring to Kalim as his master and avoids him referring to himself as a servant. I can't think of a solid reason as to why this change was made, maybe it's North American culture, but it just undermined Jamil's motivation for everything he did in book 4. If Jamil just worked for Kalim and wasn't born into being his servant, why was his jealousy so strong?

Just as the erasure of Jamil's role as Kalim's servant altered his motivations, Ortho not dying or the idea that he is dead would alter Idia's motivations. The loss of a loved one is the entire reason why Idia rebuilt him, accepted the fact he'd never be free from the curse, locked himself away, and basically attempted to kill himself just to be with his brother again. The "real" Ortho's death is why Ortho teams up with his other self in book 6 in the first place, he wants to be like the person he was modeled after so he can see his brother happy again.

If they remove death from the story of Idia and Ortho, they might as well make them different characters.

However, I can imagine one way that would be remedied. If Idia remembers that he "lost" Ortho in some way, didn't remember how, yet still felt responsible for it, the extent of his grief likely wouldn't change. Of course, it'd be a little upsetting they're erasing such an integral part of his character, but if they're going for censoring without altering the story, that's their best bet. Even then, Ortho dying would have to be somewhat implied. How else would he be in the underworld? How else would he have that conversation with Idia after his overblot convincing him to stay? (Oof... that whole convo would be censored too, wouldn't it? This entire book is DARK.)

some parts of that are true but magic is still mainly a subjective thing

you have to put your mind and prolly feelings to it to make it more effective rather than eating up the main rules like it's your last meal

but you wouldn't judge him for it, he's young and impressionable so he might figure it out by himself (hopefully)

Why do you play twst en if you hate it sm?

Firstly, I don’t “hate” TWST EN, nor have I ever stated that I feel that way about it. All I’ve ever done is point out differences that I feel impact how the work or its characters can be interpreted between the two versions and expressed my disagreement about some things in EN (albeit sometimes in an over-the-top way). It’s an area of great interest for me as a writer, as official content informs how I myself portray the characters and the world in my own works 💦 I’d appreciate it if you didn’t make assumptions about what my feelings are about the localization, especially if you’re going to use a word as strong as “hate”.

Even in my earliest discussions of TWST EN, I’ve only ever referred to the localization as a “mixed bag”. In my initial reaction post, I am fairly balanced about the matter and state things that I liked, that I disliked, and that I was neutral on. At no point do I blindly rage about EN, imply that TWST JP is somehow “superior”, or tear others down for enjoying EN or for working on the localization team. I try my best to speak mindfully and to explain my thought process when I point out a discrepancy between the JP and EN. Both have their flaws, and the original material presented in JP certainly isn’t without critique. (I’ve spoken at length about my feelings on Endless Halloween Night and episode 2.)

It is possible to enjoy media while also not agreeing with every single aspect of it and being critical of the changes made. For example, I personally enjoy the puns that are often included in the localized titles for the events, and I’m interested in seeing EN’s interpretation of the characters’ lines, even if they may not be entirely accurate to the source material. In fact, I think EN nails some of them super well (especially Ace and Idia)!! Others read like entirely different characters, and that’s important to make note of. Yuu’s dialogue choices also have a lot more personality and sass in them, which I like. However, I can also disagree with some of the decisions made in localizing TWST.

Sometimes there was nothing wrong with the original to warrant a change (like unique magic in JP to signature spell in EN). Sometimes a change doesn’t make sense or is inconsistent (like, why keep Floyd’s favorite food as takoyaki in his official EN profile, but also censor takoyaki in the text for the cultural festival scene and replace it with another food entirely). Sometimes there is cut content that contributes to a character or to the story (such as the erasure of weight, the uncomfortable history between Kalim and Jamil’s family, and a whole song in episode 5). Sometimes there are blatant mistakes (misspellings, grammar errors, incorrect information) in a professional work backed by Disney and Aniplex, whose higher ups can afford to put more money and marketing into the project.

These are perfectly valid points for anyone to make, and I feel that if players notice things, then they have a right to talk about it. (That’s why the game takes feedback and patches the app to fix stuff.) It doesn’t mean that I (or anyone else that critiques EN) dislike the localization as a whole. There’s plenty to like about it, but it also isn’t free from scrutiny.

Please recognize that there is a difference between “critique” and “hate”. “Critique” is analytical and is done with the intent of sharing knowledge, having a critical discussion, or because the person giving critique cares about the work and how others perceive and react to it. “Why does this not work well? What would work better and why? What was the thinking behind this move?” This does not hurt anyone. “Hate” is a passionate dislike for the work, oftentimes without considering other points of view or the good aspects of it. Hate does hurt and/or attack people, be it fans of that work, the dev team, etc. Sharing thoughts is not a binary of “love” on one end and “hate” on the other end; nuanced thoughts are allowed and should be encouraged in fandom spaces.

I’m playing EN for the same reason that everyone else is: because I want to experience it and to have fun in my own way. There’s nothing more to it than that.

Genuinely tho, is it bc the eng does a poor job translating mc and grims relationship progress, or did I really miss the parts where he is a much better beast? Of course you can ask anonie, and while I can't speak for others on why they like him so much, I can give my personal views.

Personally, I didn't like Grim very much in the beginning. I thought he was annoying to say the least, and didn't very much like how he would get MC into trouble along with the others, especially since it seemed early on most of the actions were taken by him to move the story forward rather than MC which I can understand since MC can't communicate all the time and someone else has too. But, it was getting annoying real quick how much trouble he would cause, but I guess as time went on, I got softer for him.

This is mainly because how others portrayed him and how they viewed him in fanfics and art that I started to change my mind. After all, Grim was one of your first companions in Twisted Wonderland and he very much parallels you.

He was the first one you met in twisted wonderland.

He has no ideas of any of the customs or backgrounds on this land.

He is alone as well and can’t recall where he came from.

He’s just trying his best to succeed and become strong.

He’s literally your partner in school as a 2 in 1 student.

He shows moments of companionship and softness towards MC.

At the end of the day, Grim is a friend and someone who is basically in the same situation as you.

Those are the reasons off the top of my head on why I started liking him more and more, but it doesn't mean I don’t want to sometimes shake him out of frustration or just keep his tuna away when he causes trouble.

Another reason why I started liking him more was because of book 6. I’m guessing from your ask that you are an EN Twst player only so I won’t expand further, but there are instances within the book where I started feeling softer for him and even sad. Basically, half the fandom went, “give my cat back right now.” 

I also think we all have a version of Grim in our heads as well, and how we perceive him that makes us like or hate (or both) him. I also know that his chaotic energy is attractive to some people and I know that some people just want to see him grow and see how he plays a part in the Prologue. He wants to be one of the greatest wizards and some want to see how he achieves it.

this is like a very small dumb au i made because of azul brainrot taking over and me and my friend playing twst and still waiting for book 4 to come out in en servers

• Zhongli and Childe are in TWST-verse(?) and are Azul’s and Malleus’s parents

• Malleus is Zhongli’s adopted child from years ago

- joke hc that zhongli accidentally made him immortal

• Childe is the one who founded Azul and adopted him

• Childe is also a mermaid in this, he’s instead a narwhal along with a horn that stays on his head

• running joke of Malleus taking traits of Zhongli look and manners. Whilst Azul takes his Zhongli’s trait of buisness but his criminal behavior of Childe.

• Azul’s is Childe’s favorite business criminal child meanwhile Zhongli sometimes beg to differ when he causes so much trouble

• Azul and Malleus also have an tough relationship of them either hating each other, but only because one sometimes refuses to talk to the other. Leading them to have a lot of misunderstandings

-though they never allow anyone else to try and talk shit about their brother :)

• Only few people do know they are related that being Yuu, and the Tweels

Mmm… maybe a lioness beastwoman?? If we're being actually realistic it would be a simple human but we're having fun here hahah

I don't really fit completely in either, but since RSA would be to stuck up, probably NRC.

What dorm would you belong to?

Ignihyde, but I refuse. I wish it were Savanaclaw, but I won't be xD

I would probably get along best with Rook? And Epel too. I'd probably get along with Cater and Kalim too, even if they'd be too extroverted for my poor introverted soul hahaha Also… Trey too. He seems nice to hang out with.

Well, I already can barely stand Idia and Azul without knowing them in person… so probably them lol

Well, the dream would be Vil, but he wouldn't like me back xDDD So maybe Leona or Ruggie?? None of them would like me back tho hahaha

Twst EN giving me whiplash with these word choices

Some don't bother me at all, but others are like WHYYYYYY ARE YOU DOING THIS THIS IS DOESN'T WORK

I HATE THAT FLOYD SAYING SHIT LIKE YEET AND BOI WORKS SO WELL WITH HIS CHAOTIC ENERGY! But Cater saying shit like Later Gator when he's clearly saying Bye bye in English just doesn't. Like half the things Cater says either works or doesn't it's like I don't know what happened with him. Sometimes it's ok to just directly translate things.

But in the end we get a bunch of a memes and access to the bois easier. I'll take the EN translations as a weird memey fan translation that I won't take seriously.

Athough Kill La Kill will always be one of the best JP to EN translations to ever grace this planet.
