so I recently became sick as a dog and one night while I was cooking alive in bed like a hotdog I decided that drawing this stupid beast was going to be my only goal for the next three or so hours while watching moistcritikal

What did/do you like about Pharah?

Uh, gameplay-wise, I really love characters in shooters who rely on three-dimensional movement techs. Chaining together hover and jump to stay in the air for as long as possible and keep momentum is so satisfying, and picking enemies off from the sky made me feel like a bird of prey. I was a good Pharah main.

Story-wise, there unfortunately isn't much to canonically go off because Pharah is so underutilized and neglected. Her personality's pretty boilerplate "heroic hero" (she's literally inspired by Captain America).

But it's the crumbs/bits and pieces that I really latched onto. Pharah's a confirmed lesbian; her short story with Baptiste implies she harbors a crush on Mercy (fucking thank you.). She's biracial Egyptian/First Nations. She has major mommy issues, having grown up both admiring and resenting Ana. She's the bridge between Old Overwatch, inspired by the idealized heroes who surrounded her childhood, and New Overwatch. She's one of the only inter-generational characters in the cast; someone whose experiences span the gap, which is why I seriously believe Pharah would make a great main character.

There isn't much to go off of, though; she's a very uncomplicated character (she's a soldier for a private military corporation, lol.). But that just means she's a blank slate character, so I've seen fanfic writers run wild and create some really interesting takes on her. My favorite interpretation of her's a dense, herbo gym-bro type (a lot of her liens are about work outs, exercising, and playing sports) who's easily excitable under her seemingly self-serious, armored visage. We see how she tends to gloat and hype herself up when she's on a streak too, so Pharah definitely has a competitive and boastful side under her more professional and militant performance.

Now Mercy? Mercy is a real complex character.

After they caught up Isla immediately texted Rae on comms and Everett and raemond finally got to meet their grandchild and one of his partners.

I THINK VAGGIE LOOKS SO PRETTY??? IS THAT JST ME? I think I kinda ate 😎 but yeah she's your average person (depressed. Edgy. Angsty.) And she wear jordans cuz she's just cool like that 😍 she listens to hard-core rock music and Tyler, the creator for sure. Idk she also gives off Mitski vibes (no... it's not because I'm listening to Mitski right now wdym.....). Her dad(Husk) couldn't afford a prosthetic eye so she opted for the eyepatch(she would wear it anyways she's a freak like that 😭)

Charlie design! Her horns stay out because she's not sure how to conceal them yet. When they grew out it became hard to hide them. She's a bit insecure about her demon features. Doesn't help her parents think of her as a failure and disappointment. Yeah, she's got some family problems 😔 my poor baby. Oh yeah and also she kills people for Valerie! It's apart of their deal, due to Valerie's gang stuff, she summoned a demon to protect her. And kill for her. Who knew she'd fall in love with that same demon and let alone become friends with her?

Human form! Her pupils are still goat like, plus her fingers look like claws to differ herself from other humans. Buttt... she still fits in as one so she's totally fine! She's kinda giving Sheldonnand I'm scared. She's annoying asf to everyone in the school she goes to with Valerie. People try to fuck her up but she doesn't want to risk getting caught as a demon so when that happens, Valerie is the one that protects her! So ykno, a good ol' switcheroo! Not one sided protecting here!! 😈

Dazai should have known better than to play stupid games. Sitting beside his boyfriend, he had the sudden urge to do the “I’m not touching you” thing- holding his finger inches from Chuuya’s cheek but never quite making contact.

“Dazai…” Chuuya didn’t look at him, but the tone of his voice made it perfectly clear what would happen if the brunette continued.

“Chibi?” He responded back, still hovering his finger. He wiggled it some, spinning it in a small circle like he was deciding where to prod. “What? I’m not doing anything~”

“You know exactly what you're doing, you son of a-” The redhead went to snark, but then stopped. He took a small breath, collecting himself and leaning back into the couch. “It won’t work, so give up.”

Dazai snickered, wiggling his finger more. “I’m not touching you~”

“Dazai-”

“Oop, almost did there, but I didn’t~”

“If you don’t stop-”

“Ooo, I’m just a poke away! Just a little further-”

Suddenly the world was shifted. Dazai found himself frozen in place and staring up at the ceiling, his view eclipsed soon after.

“I warned you, didn’t I?” Chuuya growled down at him, his gravity manipulation in full effect. “But did you listen? Noooo, why would you?”

“Ch-Chihihibi, wahahait! Nohooho fahahahir, yohoohu canhahan’t go u-uhuhuhusing grahahahvity!” Dazai was already laughing as Chuuya adjusted his control, pushing Dazai’s arms up and over his head before retrapping them within his ability. “I dihihihidn’t eheheheven do ahahahy-Eeheheheh nohohohohohohoo!”

“What?” Chuuya smirked, delighted. “I’m not even touching you.”

If Dazai could flip over to protect himself, he would. With very limited movement beneath Chuuya’s control, all he could do was laugh and whine beneath his boyfriend’s fingers. They danced in the air over his ribs, never touching down but still feeling so dang ticklish! “Ahehahahahahaha! Gehahahahahahaha! Cuuhuhuuht thahahhaht ohohohohout!”

“I’m not touching you~” Chuuya threw his teasing words right back in his face, fingers dancing like he was playing the piano on his ribs. “Almost did though, didn’t I? Just one poke away!” He ran his fingers up and down Dazai’s sides, ghosting the t-shirt he wore as he air walked his way towards his armpits. “Just a little further…”

“Ahehahahhaa- AhehahahhhaAHH!” Dazai tried hiding his face in his arm as Chuuya hovered over his armpits, making little grabby hand motions. His cheeks were on fire, his grin big and happy as he giggled himself silly. “Chihihihibi pleahahhahhase, I’m shhahahhaharry! I’m sahhahahharry aaheahhahahahah! Nohohohot thehehehehhere!”

“Aww, what’s this? Is someone enjoying this?” The redhead cooed at him, leaning in so they were nose to nose, drinking in his smile. “You are so loving every second of this, huh? You like it when I tickle you- that’s why you’re not fighting back. You could easily nullify my ability whenever you want, but you haven’t. What does that mean, Dazai?”

Oh that sneaky little-

Dazai only whined through his laughter, flustered and gasping for air. Chuuya briefly stopped, giving his boyfriend a much needed break. He waited patiently as Dazai laughed through his snorts and snickers, blinking away tears of mirth as he leaned his head back as far as possible. Closing his eyes, he took in deep, easing breaths.

Then Chuuya actually dug his hands into his armpits.

“AHH!” Dazai let out a loud shriek, his ability kicking in as he shot his limbs out like a bug. He quickly grabbed onto Chuuya, pulling him into his chest and wrapping him up before turning on his side, laughing in his hair. “Oohohohkay, ohohohkay stahhahap!”

Against him, Chuuya was trembling like a leaf, shoulders bouncing and hands clenching tightly into Dazai’s shirt as he howled. He couldn’t make words, his laugh near silent as he gasped for air. Dazai was soon giggling just as much, hugging him back and laying his face against Chuuya’s crown as the other let out a high pitched cackle.

“Gahahhahad! Oh my gahahhad, yohoohu’re toohohohoo fuuhuhuhnny!” Chuuya whimpered through mirthful tears, sitting back so he could look at Dazai. “I lohove you so muhuhuch!”

“Hehehe, I love you too.” Dazai grinned, gently brushing away Chuuya’s hair as he felt him get comfortable once more. “But you do know I’ll get you back, right?”

Chuuya only made a noise of content as he relaxed completely, falling asleep soon after. Dazai smiled and kissed his brow before getting comfy himself.

Revenge can wait. Right now, he was going to enjoy sleepy Chuuya for as long as possible.
