6. What's something you have in common with this character?

Vanny and I are both weird little trans furries that know way too much FNaF Lore. We can also both throw a model together in Maya though she's a lot better at that than me.

8. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

This is moreso a thing that cannon does so I can't reallly get mad at anyone for it but GOD GIVE HER AGENCY!!! PLEASE!!! LET HER BE A PERSON FFS!!

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

I WAS SO EXCITED when help wanted came out and we got a NEW Villain and then the MASK in the DLC. I cannot overstate my excitement at the prospect of this fucked up rabbit lady killing kids in the name of a dead loser because of his vile legacy. Then Security Breach happened and oh wow I was disapointed!!!

Then I remembered I can do whatever the fuck I want forever so I stole her sorry <3 She can make her own decisions again <3 She's soo fucked up and I love her so much <3 Yessss Vanny honey try and be the next William Afton say no to the haters- god forbid women do anything <3

the thing is that I literally love the idea of 3 star fam never wanting to go back to the pizzaplex and not feeling any sense of duty for what goes on there once they're free and just. only doing the mimic trapping and that's it and letting Cassies dad (if they even knew about him) do all the dirty work mimic duty of setting up mxes and they just finished it once he died but like. are they going to TREAT it like that.

would they treat it like 3 star being desperate to live normally and wanting nothing to get away from everything freddys but until they end things for good, as the only people left who can, and a reason that they HAVE to go back with cassie being manipulated by mimic, theyll never be truly free and they have to face their fears/abuser to achieve that, but their absence was purposeful this whole time because of them wanting nothing more than to be involved, or are they just not going to touch on it and their absence will feel random and meaningless and Cassies dad important for no reason without that 3 star characterization and itll be mid

The first message pops up on your screen when you’re at one of the corner tables in the cafe, on your mandatory 30 minute break when she texts, drinking something that wasn’t on the menu. It’s from an unsaved number.

[hey! It’s April]

The first time she’s texted you after exchanging numbers. An easy smile comes to you.

[Can we meet up tomorrow? I’ve got a lead on a few break-in cases]

You set your cup down to respond, wiping your mouth with your sleeve and start typing back quickly.

[i’d love to, but i’m working a 6-9 :((]

She types and sends another message almost immediately.

[does tonight work then?]

She sure was relentless.

[sure! any place in mind?]

[would your place be okay?]

Your place? Your quiet, empty, drab apartment?

[yeah that works ! lemme send you the address. i get off at 7]

You laugh quietly to yourself while typing down the complex name and your room number. April seemed nice enough from the little you knew about her. Strong, independent, gorgeous. Vern was definitely trying to tap that. You really hoped he didn’t, but she read as a woman that could hold her own. You liked it.

Your coworker coughed to get your attention, indicating you’re 3 minutes past your break. You pocket your phone, and then stand to clock back in and finish the last half of another boring shift.

April’s already beaten you to your apartment, leaning against the outer wall by your door and looking down at her phone when you get there. Her head lifts with a pretty smile when you greet her.

“Hey! Sorry I’m running a little behind.”

Your hands fumble the key ring before shoving one into the lock and it twists with a click. She’s understanding.

“No worries. I’m glad we could meet up.”

“Sorry,” you’re quick to bring awareness to the nearly bare space when the door creaks open, “I don’t really have a lot going on in here.”

April scans the room while you shed your jacket and shoes, walking in and taking in stride the plain couch and old carpet.

“Wow. Kinda lonely.”

Ouch. Painfully truthful but, ouch. Way to beat around the bush.

“Yeah,” you huff, “I’m not here a lot. Or anyone else.” That statement proves false when a high-pitched meow and tinkle of a little belled-collar comes from the kitchenette. The cat is patting her little feet on the counter.

“Hey there kitty.”

Your visitor walks over to give her a little scratch under the chin, which she accepts gladly.

“Oh yeah, she’s here too. Watches over the house for me.”

April chuckles.

“What’s her name?”

“Vannie. Like Van Gogh.”

You thought the name was genius when you first picked it out, poking a little fun at her one missing ear. It sounded a little bit ridiculous now, when you were saying it out loud to another person. April’s eyes get this curious, excited little light behind them when she turns to look at you. What it’s about, you have no clue, and don’t care to ask.

“You named her after an artist.”

“Sure did.”

It’s odd to you, how that seems to be the kicker, but that thought doesn’t even reach the processing department of your brain before April reaches into her crossbody bag and pulls out a laptop.

“I wanted to show you some of these recent reports on break-ins in lower manhattan. Maybe we could try and find your guy.”

“Okay miss detective,” it’s a compliment you mean, well impressed with her dedication. She was just so cool. April flips open the screen and sets the device on the countertop next to Vannie, wasting absolutely zero time. You feel a little guilty there’s not even a table or chairs for the two of you to relax at.

She opens a file on the Home page with two clicks. Vannie paws at the clicker icon that darts around the screen.

The two of you share a little amused laugh, and then divert your attention to one of the worded documents that she’s scrolling through.

“Rising illegal activity… here.” April moves her face back so you can move in and scan over the report. It read along the lines of a few specific perpetrators and their repeated offenses of theft and breaking and entering in around the block you lived on.

“It’s weird,” April rests an arm on the counter in thought, “You said some guy stopped whoever it was trying to grab you from your window. A ton of the reports and witness statements I’ve read over mention similar stuff.”

This surprises you slightly. She opens a different report and lets you freely scroll.

All of the accounts have about the same cookie-cut story. A shadowed figure, moving in, attacking, and then disappearing with little to no trace. No descriptions, no clues to who they were.

You knew though.

“So like… a vigilante.”

“Exactly,” April confirms. The way she’s looking at your face, gauging a reaction, settles weird in the pit of your stomach. It’s like she already knows the answer, the big picture to this case you’re still trying to put together.

“And all of them seem to be, what, a guy with a weird amount of strength that’s kicking ass at night and leaving the NYPD to clean up their mess?”

“Or…” she knows you know something, and it’s making you break a little sweat under the building pressure. You’re suddenly uncomfortable.

“Or… More than one. You can’t cover that much area in such a short amount of time.”

“Right.”

You’re cracking under the weight of her curious stare in the silence of the room.

April O’Niel is fucking baiting you.

She wants you to tell her the truth about who, or what, stopped your attacker a few weeks ago on the balcony. And poor, unsocial, people-pleasing you just spills it out.

“Okay, I-I know this is gonna sound absolutely crazy.”

The words come flowing from your mouth, a sporadic spout of words that you can’t stop. Her eyes grow wider and wider as you admit you really did know what the guy looked like, and how he’d come to your window intentionally one night just last week. Maybe it was the pure lack of having someone personable (and also not a cat) to listen to your insane story that just keeps tumbling out. By the time you’re finished, April has the same look on your face that you did when you first encountered the giant turtle, like she was practically reliving the story in her own head. You’re breathless.

“I know it sounds like I’m insane, but I just couldn’t tell Vern,” you’re quick to your own defense, “He would never talk to me again. Nobody would.”

She just stands there for a minute in the quiet, gears clicking in that quick brain of hers.

“I don’t think you’re crazy.”

You don’t believe that for a second. Her baffled stare just moments ago were a telltale sign of someone’s concern. April was probably already thinking of how to transport you to the nearest psyc ward.

“I get it, it sounds-“

“Look… I gotta take go take care of something,” she shuts the laptop and is already shoving it into her bag, while you stand there fumbling for something to say to try and convince her of your story, “I promise I’ll get back to you, this is just super, super important.”

She definitely thinks you’re crazy.

“April, please,”

She grabs your pleading hand in both of hers and pats it like an old woman pitying the poor.

“I’ll text you, when I get the chance.”

April leaves you standing, slouched with your arms just hanging defeatedly at your sides while she practically runs out of the door.

“It was good seeing you! Have a good night!”

It’s quiet all over again when the door slams shut. Vannie meows, like it’s a question and you look at her with a pathetic expression.

“She thinks I’m batshit crazy.”

But you’re so wrong, because as you prepare yourself for another night of restless sleep, April’s quickly walking down the stairs and out onto the street with a phone to her ear, and a satisfied smile on her face.

“Donnie?”

“Hey April! What’s up?”

“We gotta talk. I’m swinging by the lair in a few.”

The boys are all standing around their booth table (the really cool one they’d dragged down into the lair forever ago), mouths agape while April explains in confidence the situation at hand. Splinter is sitting next to her, with a wise, attentive ear.

Raphael is trying to brood at his friend practically snitching all of his secrets to his brothers and dad, but he’s still so shocked at what he’s hearing that his brows are curling in confusion rather than anger.

“I told you to stay away from her apartment, Raph!” Leo’s first instinct is to point an accusing finger towards his younger brother. He seethes at it but before he can get a snide remark out, someone’s talking again.

“I didn’t know Vern had a sister.” Donnie is stuck on the main focus of all of their surprise.

“Or, like, any family!” Mikey cuts in, “He’s a lone wolf.” He lets out a horrendous impression of howl, and performance of ripping a nonexistent shirt from his body like a werewolf. April snickers.

“Vern doesn’t talk about her much,” she defends, “I just met her last week.”

It really was a ridiculous coincidence that the pretty girl Raphael has been so unintentionally drawn to was stupid Vern Fenwicks younger sister. Though he doesn’t think it would have made a difference in the outcome of him silently following her home some nights to ensure she makes it there without incident. Thankfully, April doesn’t know this, otherwise she would’ve outed that information to everyone by now. The oldest of the four speaks again, desperate to turn this into some sort of lesson.

“If you’d just listened-“

“What’s done is done, Leonardo.” Splinter's voice is calm, but commanding, “You cannot change that she’s seen him.”

That finally silences Leo, but he’s visibly unhappy. Donnie speaks up again.

“So what does this mean for us?”

This renders all of them unanswered. It’s a complicated thing. They can’t make you just forget the multiple interactions you’ve had with Raphael. But how do they approach forward from here? April has a suggestion she’s been thinking of since she left your apartment.

“I think she should meet you guys.”

“WHAT?”

All four voices are overwhelmingly loud and surprised at the idea.

“It would only make sense. She knows you guys are out there every night, she’s seen Raph,” she lifts her hand to acknowledge the turtle who just grunts in annoyance, “And she totally thinks that I think she’s crazy. I feel bad.”

“I don’t know,” Donnie’s hesitant, “this isn’t a dire, life threatening situation where human interaction is necessary.”

“What if she tells her friends?” Leo adds.

April bites her tongue. As sweet and kind as you are, it would come as a surprise to anyone on the outside that you pretty much only talked to people at your job.

“She won‘t.”

“So many people have seen us out there, and they don’t need to know who we are. Why should she?”

“Am I seriously the only one here who digs the idea?” Mikey says, “We have, like, two human friends up top.”

Raph is the only one who hasn’t spoken up. Secretly, it excited him to think about meeting you with, hopefully, no repercussions. But also, so many things could go wrong. He doesn’t realize everyone’s staring at him, waiting for his input, until the silence draws on for just a little too long.

“Man, I don’t know about this one.”

“Come onn,” Michelangelo throws a soft punch at his shoulder, “You can finally introduce us to your girlfriend.”

Raph pushes the youngests’ face away with his palm.

“Knock it off, dumbass.”

“Splinter?” Leo looks to his dad for guidance. The party’s torn and he’s left to be the mediator. After sitting in thought for a moment, the rat speaks.

“I don’t believe it would hurt to indulge. If April trusts the girl, I cannot see a reason not to make an acquaintance.”

“She really is sweet,” April’s on your corner of the ring, and Splinter’s words credit her immensely. She can see them all look at each other and wordlessly cave in, one at a time. Mikey pumps his fists in the air with excitement.

“Okay so even if we do decide to meet her,” Leo’s already made up his mind, but pretends not to, “We can’t just bring her down here.”

A good point.

April gets another idea. She pulls out her phone and holds up her finger to pause the conversation.

“Hold that thought.”

And with another text sent, the plan’s set in place.

PLEASEEEE GIVE US THE LORE TIMELINE FOR UR AU

WELL I MEAN IF YOU INSIST-

I made this timeline JUST FOR THIS MOMENT. More rambling under the cut if anyone is curious 👍

So essentially I changed everything because I can. I've been in the fandom since like the first game came out and I was a baby so it's my right to mold the lore to what I want thank you very much.

I essentially just condensed it. So FNAF 3 and the events of the Steel Wool era are combined. It makes sense to me that a company like the one that owns the Pizzaplex would use a literal real life murder spree to make a haunted house. Did you guys see the Scraptrap arcade cabinet? Yeah. Exactly.

I took inspiration from the movie with how Will was able to have a weird psychic connection to the kids, and controlled them in a way to how Henry's relationship with the missing children is in this continuity. He was essentially able to convince them it was Will that killed them. Only Charlie knows the truth, because she hasn't revealed herself to her father and pretty much saw everything happen (yikes). I like to think that Charlie and Will kind of team up similarly to how Henry and Mike team up in canon? A perfect mirror flip.

I'm toying big time with some twists, I do like the mimic as a villain but I haven't decided yet if I'm going to use him for this plotline. Maybe! Who knows maybe Henry never made it to his 70s and the current CEO was the mimic all along ooh spoookyyy.

My OC Beau essentially replaces Vanny as the partner in crime to Springtrap. Though this time the goal is to clear his name and to free the souls of the children. Vanessa is still around but nothing bad ever happens to her because she doesn't deserve it and I love her.

I want Michael to get out of the Sister Location spot under the Pizzaplex and become a minor antagonist too because him, Evan, and Elizabeth all also blame William for what happened, what reason would they have to believe otherwise its fair.

So yeah y'know, drawing my stupid oc being silly with Springs ended up getting its own lore bible my bad. Autism moment.

So I started focusing on my boy glam freddy and what his lore would be. This is what I’ve got so far:

TW: TRIGGERING TOPICS SUCH AS - SUICIDE - MENTAL ILLNESS - ABUSE - TOXIC FOLKS - SH:

-This man has been through the shitter. He witnessed his father die in the hospital after committing, he is constantly abused mentally by the company to work harder and be a perfect celebrity figure.

-He was a child star/His family had the company until they all got into “accidents,” which resulted in him owning and becoming a star at the age of 13. This also damaged him mentally.

-He always loved singing until he was around the age of 17. He started to see it as what the company saw it as, pure profit. Thus leading to him to despising his voice. -He hates it when Monty talks down about himself and wishing he was the star, Monts thinks it’s because Freddy is prideful in his position but the truth is that he doesn’t want him to go through what he gets put through daily. That’s also why he wasn’t left the company. He knows Monty would replace him in an instance.

-Despite his constant torture, he loves performing for the children and tries to be a father figure towards them and anyone else who needs someone to talk to.

-My good sir is schizophrenic. Not a joke. He got it from his father (Toy Freddy, my AU!!), and he got it from his uncle (Afton/Springbonnie) due to some kind of poison.

-It’s definitely getting worse as he goes on, and slowly the gang starts to realize what going on with their boss. They begin to worry and recommend he finds help before it’s too late, but he brushes it off as ‘Guys, I’m fine! Don’t worry about me!,’ (Spoiler in second image..it gets worse😭).

-Vanny is not real. She is a figment of his imagination, but he believes she is after a little orphan boy named Toby McGregor (Gregory). So he does his best to protect him from her at all costs. Little does he know his efforts are for nothing, as he is fighting nothing…and protecting nothing.

-Also Freddy and Roxy are cousins, more on that later🫣

OOOOHHHHH MAN. I HAVE AN EXACT SCENE IN MIND, BUT CAN’T SHARE IT YET BECAUSE IT’S IN ONE OF THE LAST CHAPTERS. 😂 I’ll give a very brief overview of what it entails, because I feel like the fact that it happens isn’t exactly a spoiler since it’s kind of inevitable given all of Candybug’s general assholery, though I’ll put it in small text in case people want to gloss over it, but basically *cough cough* Vanellope flips her goddamn lid at King Candy (long overdue and well-deserved ofc lmao) and I just can’t wait to get to that part, she tells him off VERY HARD. My favourite scene for sure. :3 (tbh there’s a lot of emotionally painful shit that comes up in that particular set of chapters that I’m just so unhinged and not normal about lmfao CAN’T WAIT TO HURT YOU GUYS MORE <333)

AS FOR SCENES OF THE ALREADY-COMPLETED CHAPTERS THOUGH, MAN, THAT’S ALSO TOUGH TO DECIDE TBH 😂 Chapter 3 and Chapter 8 have been my favourites overall of the published chapters so far, and a couple of my fave moments from those ones was a) Ralph finding out that Candybug’s still alive and the general fallout from that, and b) Candybug reminiscing to Felix and Vanny that he went through Ralph’s mud pile on purpose before coming inside the penthouse specifically to annoy Gene ghfdsgxdhcfgvhbjnkvgf

I also like these two a lot, idk exactly how to explain why I like the second one tbh, but the first one I just find fun and silly lol: 

“Alright, pipsqueak, what exactly did you mean by Cy-bug-related–” She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw the beastly hybrid in front of her.  “Hello there!” King Candy chipperly greeted her, adding on a friendly wave. “Why, aren’t you looking lovely today! Is that a new hairstyle? It suits your character model wonderfully.” “Layin’ it on a little too thick, there.” Vanellope whispered to him, an anxious grin plastered across her face. “Hmm, you think so?” He tapped his chin with one claw, eventually nodding in agreement. “Perhaps the hair comment was a tad much.”

I just like the whole vibe of like…

Vanellope: For the love of mod, please be nice.

Vanellope two minutes later: NOT THAT NICE.

Oh, KCB and his fake-ass bitch energy. 😂

And then this one:

For the longest time, it had been so hard to look at him and see anything aside from Turbo, the monster. The arcade’s personal boogeyman. The bitter, vile, heartless fiend that gleefully stole the lives away from so many people, herself included. But, with each passing day, it was becoming easier and easier to see him as Turbo, the person. Someone with feelings and interests and problems… Oh, so many problems. But still a person, like anybody else in the arcade. If she were being truly honest with herself, she hated it. She hated the dichotomy that came with seeing him in this light. She hated the ways in which she could find sympathy for him despite knowing just how undeserving he was of it. Knowing full well all the wrongs he’s done.  All of it rooted in that one particular wrong so many years ago. That one choice that she had never been able to wrap her head around, no matter how many times she’d heard the story. Now, it was time for her to understand. 

BUT HONESTLY I JUST LOVE THE WHOLE ROADBLASTERS CONFRONTATION IN GENERAL AGHSFDGJVBJNK, I LIKE DOING “NARC CRASH” STUFF WITH KING CANDY, IT MAKES MY BRAIN GO BRRRRRRRRRR

There’s also some fun Calhoun + Candybug interactions coming up eventually, and even though they don’t interact a whole lot as compared to the other characters, I love their stupid dynamic and I’m gonna share this one scene from one of the later chapters of Calhoun completely trolling him because it makes me giggle 😂

They sat in silence for a minute or two longer, Calhoun’s head tilted slightly to the side as she watched the Cy-bug eat. One more question had popped into her mind, and though she already knew the answer, she wasn’t going to pass up the opportunity to have a little fun at this bastard’s expense. “So… Haven’t laid any eggs, have you?” King Candy immediately choked on his food, hacking and coughing while he tried, unsuccessfully, to regain whatever sense of composure he had five seconds ago. Turning away to jot something into her notebook (and hide the smirk on her face), she commented, “I’ll take that as a ‘not yet’.” “What do you mean ‘yet’?!” Candy’s distraught voice sputtered back, Calhoun trying very hard to muffle her snickering.

I JUST THINK THE FACT THAT SHE KNOWS WAY MORE ABOUT CY-BUGS THAN THE ACTUAL CY-BUG COULD MAKE FOR SOME VERY SILLY TROLLING SHENANIGANS. 😂

Here with another post on DB vs Vivziepop. Today, I'm still on the topic of POC characters, but this time, Latino characters 🎉🎉🎉

3 examples will be shown.

Here is Broly. Broly is a near-human alien. Even though he isn't human, he is a POC character. In fact, he had his own movie!!! I love it when POC characters aren't kept behind!! Okay, so Broly isn't exactly Latino (like I said earlier, he's an alien), but as a Latina, I most definitely headcanon him as Latino and actually, most of the Hispanic DB community has. My people praise him alongside other DB characters!! His skin tone even matches mine!!! This is what I love about both DB and Splatoon, show, not tell!! Vivziepop is always telling about her characters' sexualities and race, but doesn't really show it when it's not a harmful stereotype.

Here is Vannie. (not calling her by her actual name and also not using her outfit from the show because it sucks) Vannie is a demon. Vivziepop stated that she's supposed to be Salvadoran, yet there's no coding, besides her VA being Hispanic. So you're telling but not showing? You could change her skin tone to an actual Salvadoran skin tone, you could give her an outfit reminiscent of traditional Salvadoran outfits, but apparently that didn't happen. She doesn't even look Latina! I don't even know what she could be. Heck, Broly could pass as being Salvadoran easily.

Here is Goku. Just like Broly, he is an alien. He has some of the most unintentional Latino coding!!! He is my people's icon!!! He is one of the most loveable characters of the franchise and is the most recognized among our community. Goku may not be officially Latino, but in my heart (and in the hearts of the Hispanic DB community) he is. And like I said, coding is everything!! Show, not tell!!! Go wild!!

FNAF SECURITY BREACH RUIN SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT

1: I really like Cassie, more than I expected to. One of my issues with FNAF was that the human characters don't really feel like characters in the games, more like prop pieces. But Cassie genuinely feels like a character that I want to see get a happy ending.

2: I went in expecting that if I saw Eclipse, he'd be a bastard, and instead was pleasantly surprised. He's my scrunkly :].

3: I really love the Roxy redemption we got!! She was genuinely kind and gentle with Cassie and I loved it.

4: I kept expecting the V.A.N.N.I mask to turn Cassie evil at some point, tho I did enjoy the return of Helpy.

5: At first I was soul crushed when I saw what had become of Freddy, but I saw online that he was a prototype and not good ol' Freddy, so :]

6: Pour one out for Monty I guess. Dude forgot he wasn't a real alligator.

7: Bonnie enjoyers got fed at what cost

8: Yeah no, I refuse to believe Gregory left Cassie to die.

Why would he guide her to the elevator in the first place if he was just gonna kill her off? He went through hell to make sure Freddy was ok, and he knew that guy for less than a day, he wouldn't leave his best friend to rot.

The Mimic wasn't shown to be destroyed, just escaped from, and we don't know how much control it had over the Pizzaplex, especially after Cassie freed it. Maybe it was what sent her crashing down.

Or that freaky rabbit (which I'm pretty sure is Afton) hacked the elevator to keep her down below (will elaborate on)

9: I believe the shot in game featuring Vanessa and Gregory confirms that the Princess Quest ending is the canon ending, and y'know what? I'm ok with that, I like the ending, it's got three stars, and the Encyclopedia said that was Gregory's good ending, so I had a feeling it was gonna go that way.

BUT! In that ending, it isn't made clear if by playing the game we killed Afton, or we simply freed Vanessa.

So, what if that glitchy rabbit is Afton, but his vessel wasn't complete, so he got stuck in the system, and the whole 'Vanny Network' thing he set up to try to replace her.

(we don't know how long it's been since the events of SB, and if the three stars ending is the canon ending, then we also don't know what destroyed the Pizzaplex)

Maybe Afton was in control of the elevator, and used Gregory's voice to trick Cassie (like some people were theorizing before the dlc came out) into believing Gregory betrayed her so he could turn her into his replacement Vanny and get her to make him real again.

Are points 8 & 9 a desperate ploy to not have Gregory be an asshole? Probably

Will that deter me? Absolutely not

Also if there is an answer as to how the Pizzaplex got destroyed in the TFTP books, don't spoil please, I've only read Lally's Game, the main reason I know what the Mimic is that SuperHorrorBro kept mentioning it during his playthrough so I checked the wiki.

Also if there are more endings to the DLC, please be cool about spoilers! I've only seen what SHB posted.

Hero!Vanny/Vanessa x Villain!GN!Reader

A/N: I've wanted to write something like this for a while so here it is! It's more of a one-shot but just like my previous one-shot, I may make it a mini-series :3 but I hope you still enjoy it!

Vanessa reacted quickly to the alert upon seeing who the villain was. Her heart pounded in her chest as she leaped from the building's rooftops.

They were on the prowl again.

It became annoying rather quickly. Vanessa knew she could have easily let someone else handle this issue. But them? They were a danger—more than just a small threat that could be dealt with swiftly.

They were something else. Her mercy had been on the table; she had shown it to them multiple times in the past. However, they didn't give up easily, which eventually made her despise them. Vanessa knew a simple scolding wouldn't get through to their corrupted mind. She had studied them; she knew how their mind worked.

That's what she liked to believe, yet somehow, they always managed to be one step ahead of her and prove her wrong. Vanessa craved to understand the mind of a wretched soul such as theirs.

There they stood on a rooftop, observing their surroundings. Their powers were something to be feared—everyone knew that. They could set the whole town on fire in the blink of an eye, yet something kept that urge at bay. A loud thud could be heard to their left, but they remained still, looking out into the distance. They were familiar with the sound.

"Vanny, you sure know how to keep me waiting!" The villain mocked as they made their way to the edge of the roof to take a seat. Vanessa scoffed. The ears on her mask bounced with every step as she cautiously made her way toward them. She knew their temper; she knew they could snap at any given moment.

"And you sure love to play hide and seek, don't you?" Vanessa mocked back. The villain let out a chuckle, making Vanessa's muscles relax. Luckily for her, the villain wasn't looking to fight tonight. They looked toward the rabbit-themed hero, examining Vanessa as she stood a few steps away.

The moonlight hit the villain's masked face in a way that made their eyes sparkle—the soulless eyes she had stared into countless times during their heated battles. But tonight, they were different. It was almost as if she had seen those eyes before. No, Vanessa could have sworn she knew those eyes.

"Aww, is hero work not keeping you busy? I could burn you to ash right where you stand. You do know that, right?" They asked tauntingly. The mask on their face slightly raised as they smirked. "You act as if I don't know this." she said, placing her hands on her hips in an attempt to seem more intimidating than she currently felt.

"With someone of your… talents, I'd say I have more than enough to deal with. Thank you." Vanessa spat bitterly, her eyes never leaving the villain. They couldn't help but laugh at her comment as they began to rise to their feet.

"Thanks for the praise, Ms. Hero, but I've got better things to do now. See you very soon!" They slowly raised a gloved hand. Almost instantly, Vanessa began to sprint toward the masked villain. Before she could even reach them, a blaze filled her vision, and just like that, they were gone.

Vanessa eyed the door upon hearing the bell announce a new patron's arrival. A smile crept onto her face as you walked in. Quickly, she began to work on your order. It was nothing unusual for someone as kind as her to happily brew her partner's favorite drink.

"Almost done with yours, love!" Vanessa shouted from behind the counter. You waved in response as you began to unpack your sketchbook and other art supplies. Vanessa was your favorite subject when it came to creating a new piece. She often filled up your sketchbook and canvases. You couldn't remember when she became your muse, but it was obvious she didn't mind it—not one bit, especially after you two started dating.

"Thanks, Ness!" You smiled at her lovingly as she carefully set your drink down on the table. After doing so, Vanessa took the time to examine your newest unfinished piece, squinting her eyes slightly. "That's not me," she chuckled, making you quickly place your hand over the unfinished drawing, causing some of the other patrons to turn their heads in your direction. You were unaware she was still standing there.

The gears began to turn in Vanessa's mind, and panic began to set in yours as you two now stared at each other in silence. Nervously, you started to laugh, hoping she'd think nothing of your sudden outburst.

"I—It's for a friend! I'm not… satisfied with it yet…" You managed to stutter out, looking down as you played with your pencil. The sketch was rough, though you had managed to make something beautiful out of its unfinished state. On the page, a young woman lay on the floor as flames circled her. To anyone else, it was a normal piece, but to you, it was much more than that. She had been missing for days. Vanessa knew why. However, you couldn't be them. She refused to believe it, not even for a moment.

You were never one to hide your craft from Vanessa. She was always more than proud whenever you showed off your talents. Unfortunately, secrets can only stay hidden for so long.

"Right… I know she'll love it!" Vanessa exclaimed as she forced out a smile. She tried her best to hide the heartbreak that almost slipped into her words.

Hurt. She was hurt.

You'll never forget the way her eyes looked at you. It was as if she could see you now for who you truly are.

Vanessa didn't want to believe what she had convinced herself of as she stood there, staring at the person who made her heart swell with nothing but love and happiness. She didn't want to believe the love of her life was part of the evil that ran rampant throughout the city. But it all began to slowly make sense.

Your injuries, your sudden work trips—it all began to add up. She wanted to scream from the pain that began to rip through her heart as the lump in her throat grew bigger with anguish.

Yet here you were, lying once again to your girlfriend. No wonder the tyrant's eyes were so familiar that night…

It's because she'd stared into them countless times before. She refused to think someone as kind-hearted as you would betray her like this.

It must be some sort of setup. Vanessa thought to herself as her mind began to race, and little by little, the thoughts began to eat away at her.

You two were destined to fail from the beginning…

Things I would've changed about Security Breach Ruin

I loved Ruin, as I did a fix it post for Security Breach, I will only be doing a small list of changes since I think what we have is perfect already

The 4th ending aka ability to fix Chica, Bonnie, Monty and Roxy. We find Chica's voice box if we beat Chica's Feeding Frenzy. But I feel like there should've been an option to fix the Ruined Animatronics. How we fix Monty. There is a Monty Gator Golf Game in Ruin, simply put we must get the score for the Under Par Trophy. Monty's parts would be his legs. We clearly see his legs in that area behind his stage, but can't get them. So we get the needed score in Monty Golf and win Monty's legs in chapter 3. To repair Bonnie, it's required to deactivate the Wet Floor Bots and to find a specific part in the cut Bonnie Bowl game. Cassie inserts the part in Bonnie's remains and for a brief moment, Bonnie comes to life. As for Roxy. We know Gregory and Vanessa came back to set up MXES and seal the Mimic in the basement. So who's to say they could've have returned to return Roxy's eyes? They couldn't return them to Roxy as that would be too dangerous, so perhaps they could place it somewhere in Roxy's Raceway to return to her one day. Cassie finds Roxy's eyes prior to deactivating Roxy, Cassie finds her eyes and after she's deactivated, Cassie gives Roxy back her eyes. If we get all parts to Monty, Chica and Roxy and reboot Eclipse, they will all return and save Cassie from The Mimic. This will then unlock the 4th ending. The Glamrocks taking their revenge on The Mimic for ruining their lives, saving Cassie and Gregory and Vanessa comes to the rescue. The ending shows Vanessa and Gregory taking everyone down to Parts and Services to repair them. Freddy has his body back. Roxy, Chica, Bonnie, Monty and Eclipse are all back to their normal selves. Bodies restored and freed from the mimic. The final scene would show The Glamrocks putting on a private performance for Gregory, Cassie and Vanessa.

The Mimic would look like Tiger Rock in AR Mode. One thing I feel like should've happened is have The Mimic looking like Tiger Rock. We would be able to wear the mask during The Mimic chase scene and Tiger Rock would be after Cassie and have a unique jumpscare.

Two alternative stories of the same Ruin.

Replacing the Mimic with Burntrap and replacing The Mimic with Vanny.

Replacing The Mimic with Vanny will basically be the same story, but it takes place after the "Disassemble Vanny" ending. Vanny is Ruined. Vanny is shattered by the Staffbots, but she’s alive. Vanessa is dead, but Vanny remains. To keep her body moving she repairs herself with parts from staff bots and animatronic parts from Parts And Service. Vanny lives and she plans on getting her revenge on Gregory and any other child she can lure to continue Afton’s work and you could’ve replaced MXES with the actual Glitchtrap. She lures Cassie to the Pizzaplex. Vanny uses Cassie to free Burntrap from the basement. When it's too late, Cassie is on the run. She's running from both Burntrap and Vanny. There are 3 endings. The elevator ending where the elevator is dropped. The bad ending where Burntrap glitches Cassie to become Princess Rabbit(best name I could come up with, plus it's the dark version of Princess Quest) and the Brazil ending. the "happy ending" but with the reality being that Cassie is left at the mercy of Burntrap and Vanny art by azoinab.

Replacing The Mimic with Afton. Afton via Glitchtrap having control over the Pizzaplex is able to manipulate Cassie with Gregory's voice and Glitchtrap replaces Helpy. He's trapped in the basement after his encounter with The Blob. After escaping with Freddy, Gregory went back to save Vanessa. They developed the MXES system to keep Afton down in the basement and keep the anti-virus to kill the virus until Fazbear Entertainment can rebuild the Pizzaplex. We would later find out that won't happen because all of Fazbear Entertainment is glitched by Afton And the top follower is the CEO of Fazbear Entertainment aka the reason why the cycle keeps happening over and over again. I would have that CEO be Sammy Emily because what better fuck you to Henry would be to turn his only living child into the perfect embodiment to everything he tried to destroy in the fire, but that's just me.. We'd also find out Glamrock Bonnie was his first attempt at escape and Freddy and Monty were forced to destroy him. The Blob was controlled by Afton and Afton is using The Blob to collect more remnant/agony. Cassie frees Afton and we are chased. Burntrap's plan is to glitch Cassie. Gregory and Vanessa escaped, so he's using Cassie as his new Vanny. We have multiple endings. 1. The elevator ending. "You let him out. He infected you and I'm sorry Cassie, I can't risk you bringing him after us" 2. Cassie reaches a dead end and we get the bad ending where Afton makes Cassie into the new Vanny. 3. Scooper ending. Cassie attempts to kill Burntrap with the scooper, but the remnant in it just makes him stronger and this just leads to Cassie's death. 4. the Brazil ending. the "happy ending" but with the reality being that Cassie is left at the mercy of Burntrap

Always love that feeling of finding a new comic and binging it (even if it comes with that feeling of ACK when I inevitably get to the end of the released content, lol)

Anyways, so Freddy still has both Monty and Roxy’s upgrades, right? So he can see Vanny if she shows up. But what about the Daycare Attendants? I’ve seen that in Ruin(?) there’s a small piece of evidence (a drawing made by them of Vanny) that they can also see her, but we don’t really have explanation or reason, and also that’s not necessarily canon to your comic.

Loving the comic by the way! I especially love your portrayal of the Daycare Attendants :] Sun’s “Let me at him!!!” was SO funny <3

Although it’ll be explained in the comic sooner or later, I want mention that (at least in my canon) I feel that Sun and Moon actually can see Vanny, however they both remember/react to her in different ways. Muahahah
