The avocados:
#British stores label avocados as ripe or not because people don't know how to tell by picking one up with their hands#these labels are almost always incorrect btw#we stayed with my in-laws for passover one year and I brought a bunch of avocados that were varying degrees of ripe so I could#have avocado on matzah for breakfast each day#and my mother in law just looked at the stickers saying they were ripe and freaked out that they were going to go bad and had to be eaten#and just served them to everyone for lunch on like day 2#without asking me!#I was so mad#half of them were decidely not ripe yet#for context: I have digestive issues and brought a lot of my own food to accommodate for it so she didn't have to#and you know how she served them? cut in half#on a plate#with a spoon#no salt no dressing no anything just eat half an avocado with a spoon#we went out and bought a bunch more the next day and I showed her how to tell which ones are ripe but I'm a salty bitch and I'm still mad#it's been like 3 years#also if one more Brit tells me they've made guacamole only to serve me a bowl of mashed avocado that saw a grain of salt once from a train#I will lose it

in theory i would love to purchase vocaloid producer cds in the US. however the stores that sell them
even if that’s one of the limited edition ones (which it is NOT) that is pushing it c’mon man. that album sells for around 15 dollars (on the pricier side) in japan. you’re a big store, shipping did not cost you almost thirty fucking dollars for shipping

I got help from this website :D
#what I did in details:#I drew the artwork then filled in the form linked above#then the order was sent to test#around a week later I was sent (as a mail) the result of said testing so I could approve how it looked#then after I'd approved it then the rest (I'd ordered around 6-7 of each keychain) would be produced and send my way from the UK#disclaimer: if you - like me - live in europe keep in mind that UK is not part of the EU anymore so you might have to pay toll#and it might may be a lot#(I had to pay around 67 euros for my my package which I believe was a fourth of the already paid price#granted I'd bought more than just the keychains - I had some double sided keychains and two sets of stickers as well#but it did do ouch :'D)#I hope this helps otherwise feel free to ask for follow up information ^V^#replies

#before the pandemic i sold a lot of original paintings and such at conventions and shows in my area#well some locals at a gathering today kindly informed me someone has been selling copies of my plague doctor piece#and some of my mini prints and presenting them as their own same with stickers#its not only ai we gotta worry about now even the damn locals are doing this shit#i got a show in may coming around the corner and I'm thinking i might not even sell paintings and stuff anymore if this is going to happen#im a creator that loves collaboration and thinks art should be free to enjoy#if this person approached and asked if they could sell my work i wouldn't give a fuck personally provided they give me credit and or a link#back to my stuff hell if people want to print my work if they cant afford it go for it#but fuck dude you don't just claim you did all that work as if it was yours#this was disheartening news#and several other local artists found out too at this venue that their work had been turned into stickers that vendors bought off amazon#ill hop off the soap box in a minute#still scrambling to get kofi stuff set and donation links prepared#thanks for your patience everyone#im getting out of a depressive funk too with what happened at my work place#and im gonna be speaking with a legal aid rep next week#magenta is my safe word for venting

i finished spirit tracks!!!!
#the main story. theres still some side quests i wanna do#i had so much fun!!! I loved the game a lot <3<3<3<3<3 it is so fun. and so unlike other zelda games#its zelda! With trains!! AND playable zelda!!!!#She actually gets to do things and not just be a damsel in distress!!!#highly recommend. anyways shout out to the person i bought it from on mercari for peeling off the game sticker#so that it could be sold at a lower price!! it was the cheapest version of the game i could find that was not obviously a scam.#and i have had exactly zero issues with it the multiplayer minigame even worked

#i’m kind of really heartbroken right now#so i had tickets to the hot freaks concert and went tonight—which i don’t mind posting on here because i live several hours away#so basically i drove to the venue for several hours and stopped like once for food#it was my understanding that windsor was opening and then the hot freaks and then the happy fits i guess but i didn’t know the exact times#we were running a bit late bc of the road trip and walked in at 7:25 (the show started at 7) and i got to see the tail end of ‘boyfriend’#& i was like ‘oh okay i just missed their first song’ but then they walked off stage and my heart dropped. i missed everything#and yeah it’s on me because i must have had a misunderstanding about how the show worked#i’d never even heard of a show where an act performs for 20-25 minutes unless it’s like a variety show or something#i did cry about it already and just tried to have a good rest of the night since we’d already driven for hours#i got to meet the band at the merch table which was really cool and they gave me a free signed CD & sticker & friendship bracelet because—#they felt bad for me. which was very sweet (i also bought a shirt)#i know i should be grateful i was even able to go to the concert. and i still had fun but part of me will always be heartbroken#because financially/geographically it’s not smart to go to another show even further away just to see a 25 minute set when i’ve already got#the merch & all. plus i can listen to them on Spotify#i can only hope they come to a location closer to where i live#but there’s no guarantee because they’re so underground. they only resurfaced because of stupid tiktok & they’re only popular enough to be—#half of an opening act. so they could potentially never go on tour again#if i had more of a platform i would boost their music more but i don’t#i know it’ll be okay. it’s just a lot of things have been going shitty lately and i thought this would make me feel better and it just—#went to shit#tw vent#rose.txt

Went to yvero and the lady said the scent I was interested in is about to get discontinued, as it's the least purchased scent they have. =')
#they have a new one that literally went on sale a couple of days ago apparently and it's nice although totally out of my usual range#it's bergamot + vetiver + seaweed and initially it smells lovely -- it's said to be a mix of 'marine' and 'woody'#i'll have to check it out later again!#meanwhile the scent I thought I liked the most smells like your typical Men's Perfume an hour later :/#the saddest thing is that they didn't have those strips of paper for perfume sampling#instead they had ribbons but you can't really write on them SO i have a ribbon that i THINK is hoggar ? but I'm not sure OTL#i also bought hand cream and a bottle of pale yellow nail polish so that I can channel hj for that one (1) time. =)#i spent a lot of money today and I just wanted to get stickers ;;;
