#wheelchairusers I want some advice on my situation because I feel like I need a mobility aid but I keep getting denied it because “it will make your FND worse” or “it’s for people who can’t actually walk” I feel like I would use it part time but that option is basically nonexistent. I think I might want to get one once I move out but I hate having to struggle to walk when I feel extremely dizzy, nauseous, fatigued and when there’s tremors in my legs. I feel so tired of pushing for one because I’ve been given the same answer and I’m just tired atp. Feel free to give me advice or really anything. 👍🏽

A Doctor who got all D's is still a Dr. Why do they all get sent to the rez?

Newest intern at the rez clinic didn't write anything in my chart, renew my prescriptions, requisition my bloodwork, or send my referrals. She did absolutely NOTHING and it took me 2 months to get that appointment.

Damn right I complained. I don't have the money to go see any drug dealers so now I have to spend the next week screaming in bed.

It's so insane that I've had daily nausea for almost six years now, and they still won't prescribe me an anti nausea pill or even attempt to figure out what's wrong with me. They had me do a bunch of tests only to tell me they weren't even looking for a cure for my nausea.

I can't remember a time I wasn't nauseous. I've lost like eight pounds in a week before because I just couldn't eat, but no Dr's seem to give a shit.

It honestly baffles me that people I know aren't nauseous all the time, like that people I know don't feel like they're going to puke anytime they eat or drink.

I almost just threw up because I had half of a dinner roll and a drink of my tea. I can't drink water or even eat bread (things that are supposed to help!) because it's so bad. I think this is a new form of hell.

and then i get to the er and they go “your ekg is fine and you’re young so you’re fine. go home”

How was the sleep study?

I had breakfast today for the first time in I don't know how many years because I was out so early.. it's 6:58 in the morning right now and I'm not going back to sleep. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they had a mic taped to my throat too... It's annoying and I hope I actually get some answers but I honestly think it's just a waste of time and money..
