Some Dawn fluff!!

She and her husband where child hood friends! They had met after another one of her fights with her father, one that caused her to run into the woods our of frustration. Her darling soon to be husband found her by a creek, angrily grumbling to herself as she threw small pebbles into the rushing water. He knew of her --it was hard not to know when her father was a respected knight-- and admitted had a small crush on her but never thought of approaching her, until now that is. The two spend hours talking by that creek. The boy red hair boy quickly became a safe space for Dawn! Whenever she was distraught or angry, she would hide away by that small river. Only to be met by her new friend, eyes filled with a welcoming warmth she only felt with her mama...

Speaking of mama Malon, she and dawn were much closer compared to Dawn's relationship with her father. Malon was always there for her, whether the girl needed a shoulder to cry on or to help tie her braids.

Malon had tried to help rekindle her and her father's relationship, but soon stopped after an outburst from Dawn that left the girl panicking. Malon knew after that that the only way for Time to have his eldest daughter back was for him to make it up to her.

Dawn always called Malon mama or momma! She hated how distant mom and mother felt, cause she wasn't distant with mama! Mama was everything to Dawn, even as she grew older.

Dawn has four younger siblings! One pair of twins (both boys) and two normal siblings (girl and boy). Dawn ADORED them with all her heart, and she refused to let them struggle alone like she did. When Dawn wasn't busy with chores around the farm or running earns for her mama, she was right by her siblings side. Dawn taught them everything they wanted to know. And if she didn't know the answers to their questions? The girl spend NIGHTS in the castle town library, reading every book about that subject until she was SURE she had a proper answer for them. She took pride in her siblings and just how kind they were! How easily they laughed, how wide their grins spread. They were so...pure and soft. A softness Dawn had lost ages ago, but she's be damned if she let any of her siblings lose that spark!

Twillight is the BIGGEST mama's boy and you can not tell me otherwise! He adored the ground Dawn walked on, looking up at her with so much awe and joy, the new mom would have to fight back tears whenever she met his bright gaze.

Even as he got a little older, he never left her side for too long! Always bouncing back to her after he found a pretty rock or interesting leaf, proudly gifting the item to his mama with a wide grin. (Toddler Twi totally had that cute ass smile where his eyes crinkled so much it closed his eyes, showing off his baby teeth with one of his front teeth missing <3)

Whenever Twi got insecure about his place in the village (feeling out of place as one of the two hyilans in a human village) Dawn was quick to reassure his troubled mind. Showing off her ears proudly, adorning them with all sorts of handmade wire jewelry while telling stories of brave and might hyilan soldiers!! (Maybe even sprinkling in some of his grandpa if shes in a really good mood)

She was the one that pierced Twi's ears when he was a teen! She would jokingly shush him when he yelped, quietly chuckling at his theatric curses and swears.
