We watched Despicable Me 4 today and I’m still feeling like it was a freaking fever dream. I couldn’t believe that this total mess with barely any plot can be an actual instalment of a franchise from a studio which grosses a billion after billion in box office. What the actual hell was that. Were they high? Especially in the musical number in the end. There is NO WAY a sober person could write and approve that. What was that. We were questioning our sanity with each new “cameo” in that scene…

I mean I love this franchise but the way sequels keep falling lower and lower and lower under the bar of anything at least acceptable�� it scares me. It scares me to think for how much longer Illumination can get away with this. This broke our hearts.

Allow me to put on my tinfoil hat and go on a bit of a rant for a moment here.

I just got “age restricted” on tik tok. Im 21. since it did it, it's now suppressing my views (like I've gone from a average of around 500-1000 views to an average of 20) turned off my comment section and I can't turn it back on and you're not allowed to repost my videos anymore. Now the only way that I can appeal. This request is by taking a selfie of myself with my ID. Or giving them my credit card information so they can take out a small transaction to verify my age. Now I don’t wanna do either of those things for obvious reasons. And I honestly could see how they could mistake me as someone under 16 as I do look very young.

But then I started thinking and allow me to put on my tinfoil hat for this next part, and just strap in for the ride. Now I have two accounts, both of which show my face. the only difference between the two is on one I talk about me being trans and tag my videos with the hashtag trans and in the other, I have never mentioned it once. And again I thought nothing of it probably thinking I was being paranoid, but then I remembered that Facebook and TikTok are suddenly pairing together. Tiktok has a Facebook account in Facebook has a TikTok account, shortly after Facebook change their anti-harassment policy to basically allow homophobia and transphobia

And just that paired with the thank you Donald Trump message just made me feel weird.

Like I get that it's for children and I understand I’m putting in the tinfoil hat, but it's just it feels strange in general that they can just do that based off of genuinely nothing. And I mean genuinely nothing. Please remember that I have another account that is perfectly fine and staying up.

Bonus: I foresee some sort of meta-TikTok merge/ colab and I guarantee you it's gonna become unusable and suck after that sht
