I’ve had this idea for a while…

So there’s this song called ‘Cast the Bronze’ by Raynes, and the second I heard it, my immediate reaction was “oh. Oh this is SO Jason Todd”.

And I stand by that.

I mean, just take a listen:

And like. I would 100% write a songfic based on it, but Jason-centric stuff isn’t really my area, and I just KNOW that Tim-centric angst would slip in somehow if I write it… Especially because I can already see how some of the lines would relate to an “Alternate Universe - Jason Todd’s Attack on Titan Tower” fic…

I guess, my question to you all is: do I write the fic and risk Tim angst creeping in, or do I simply let this idea float into the ether and hope that a more practiced Jason-centric author picks it up and likes it enough to run with it?

What do I dooooooo????

Also, if any editors/artists/animators are listening: an edit/animatic of Jason to this song would be so UNBELIEVABLY heart-wrenching… I’ll write you a fic of your choosing if you can make that idea into a reality. Please. I beg.
