I love the idea that, whenever a Cybertronian space-faring vessel lands or docks within a predominantly non-Cybertronian space station or port, that it's required that they either confirm or deny whether their vessel is sentient or not before being permitted to land.

1. For proper accommodation and clarification, along with the chance for communication between the vessel and crews working the station/port.

2. Because there has been... incidents... incidents that have led to the requirement of the above reasons.

#an irate dreadnought with a brain and very big feelings could wreak all sorts of havoc on an unprepared station unfortunately #also. itd be a bit shocking to be just some guy working the fuel station. idly complimenting a shiny cruiser only for it to say 'thanks <3'#transformers #maccadam #tf idw #tf worldbuilding #???#i mean. yeah. its technically world building. we dont see much of that kinda stuff #but im sure as hell thinking about it rn #i love wacky sci fi worldbuilding. theres not enough of it on a broader galactic scale in tf sometimes #like. they mention other aliens and hubs in a few continuities i think. but then they only do so much with it #outside of crossovers ig #idk. i just like thinking of how beings other than humans perceive cybertronians and the colonists #like. they're new to humans. usually. but theyve had other alien neighbors for millions of years #transformers surely are quite talked about on a broader galactic scale. and obv taken into consideration either for good or bad #they're nigh immortal. they're constantly fighting each other and dying. they're peacekeepers. they're warlords. they're big. they're small #they're fucking weird. and somehow end up all over the place #they hate your kind. they love your kind. they think you're disgusting. they're offering to be your car #how many citizens of their galaxy nervously attempt to politely ask a vehicle if its alive or not on a daily bases in popular hubs/stations #its so funny to me #also. thinking about fic stuff relating to idw1. and like. all the background aliens and their factions fascinate me a bit. its fun inspo #mtmte #lost light #nearly forgot those. since other aliens and factions are featured in them a bit #slowly getting through robots in disguise rn. and all the nail stuff got me thinking about neutrals finding homes amongst other aliens #also like. some of the darker stuff thats mentioned about cybertronians being sold or indentured. like. hows that viewed broadly?

sorry to be a bit of a hater but i do wish youtubers weren't so scared of making their videos just like, "reviews", whys everything gotta be a "video essay" all the time. every day my recommendations are filled with 40 minute videos titled "_____: An Underrated Masterpiece" where the first like five minutes are reading the wikipedia definition of "masterpiece" in a somber voice with dramatic themed text on screen. please just tell me how good or bad you think something is and use the rest of the runtime to explain why. you dont need to put on all these airs

#i know the ahem. channel. of some awe....... that whole situation kind of scared people off from using the word review #but like we live in the future now. you can make a review. i believe in you #AND LIKE i like a good video essay!! but im picky. because i read academic shit for fun #when i see a capital E essay im expecting theses. im expecting sub headers. im expecting multiple examples AND footnotes with asides #(and i know this is a controversial topic but i do expect them to be long. because if you read aloud a 4 page journal article its gonna)#(take a bit of time LOL maybe i just read too much academia shit. but i dunno man. theres not a lot you can say about like a big huge)#(topic with multiple angles if you only have like 10 minutes. maybe i just talk too slow. i need to breath <3 )#theres other formats too. surveys. retrospectives. informative essays. persuasive essays. etc #and like i also read lots of reviews not just of like movies and books but of like gallery exhibitions and shit!! they can be extremely #interesting a lot of work and some really beautiful writing!! nothing wrong with a review!!! theyre important #but i do get annoyed with like. the odd air of pretention i see in a lot of video essays. especially cause its usually not backed up by #the content. i dont care for those airs in academia either. nor do i like it in documentaries #just talk naturally. you'll find your voice. there might be pretention in it in the end but it'll be yours #if im making sense. i hear a lot of people talking in a pretention that is not their own. something they put on because thats what they #think they should do. you need to find your own pretention. be pretentious in a way that feels natural to youuuuuu #hell im being pretentious. about this LOL but like its my own. it is a pretentiousness ive built over the past half decade #play around. write a blog. i dunno. find your voice dear youtubers. find your voice

You DO know that people can lie about their age, right? Having ages on a blog is in no way foolproof.

Yes! I even put in the tags of my post that people can do that, but that will be on them, it makes them a bad person, and is something for them to live with, and well- if they have no age listed that's not any better!

At least if they have an age, I can do my part in checking to make sure they're an age range that I'm comfortable talking to/interacting with, same way I check to see if any blogs I wanna reblog have dni of any category I may fit into

Never claimed that it's foolproof! The only foolproof way to not interact with minors/people of an age range you don't want is to not interact at all with anyone! But, it costs almost nothing for people to put some form of age range in their bios, and makes it feel more comfortable for a lot of us, so I'll ask it anyways~

and if people really don't wanna do that, that's fine! long as they don't follow my blog, it's not my business, and if they do, ignoring that I've clearly stated my boundary is to have age in your bio in some form, then I have no issue blocking them~

#prince's talk tag #this was the stuff I bought when I went to the city two days ago for my bday #it was a great day i bought so much b.l. and s.tar r.ail stuff #i did make a mistake on my part bc usually i buy one shots #bc i know its only one book instead of having to worry about an unknown number of volumes #i dont always follow this but i try to stick to one shots when buying b.l.#but with one of them i think i was really into the blurb that i failed to see the 1 on the cover indicating therell be more #eeh its fine if i like ill just collect it #but the other ones i read the blurbs and went 'oooo interesting! add to cart' and then physically put it in my shopping basket #the light novel tho that was intentional i love that series and i wanna see how sayaka's middle relationship played out #bc it did not end pretty from what we learned from the main series #i do have to finish it im up to vol 6 #the p.r.s.k. book i was not expecting to see at kino like i didnt know it existed. but its p.r.s.k. so ofc i bought it #and now the merch. kino had a table and wall dedicated to ge.npa.ct and s.tar r.ail (more the former than the latter)#but i went ham on the s.tar r.ail stuff when i saw faves 2 and 3 (they only had up to xi.anzh.ou characters‚ no pe.nac.ony)#but that was ok i bought what i saw #and they even had bookmark sized boards of the aeons so i got my faves #the cards in the last pic came in a box and at first i thought they were blind boxes so i bought two but both had the same cards in them #so imma give one to my cousin and kept one for myself #this was the only way pen.aco.ny characters were available and look its my number one fave!! hes going in my photocard book #so while i don't play ge.nsh.in anymore i do like the characters and the lore #and i like Alh.ait.ham so when i saw something with him on it and it was the last one they had i bought it #its a keychain and a standee so i have him sitting on my desk rn #and then i saw only one instance of mi.lgr.am merch in the form of those keychains so i bought two with expressions i like #they didnt gave 02‚ 03 or 04 tho i was curious what they looked like

check out my new and incredibly cool subnautica challenge!! i call it: Go More Than Ten Meters In Your Seamoth Without Hitting 17 Entire Fucking Fish. so far proving to be impossible.

#ive been replaying the game this past week and. either im the worst pilot ever (possible)#or every fish on this planet is just dyinggg to get hit by my car #those schools of fish. STOP swimming DIRECTLY into my path. my seamoth has nearly been destoyed like 3 times bc of small fish 😭#dont even get me STARTED on the mushroom forests. my god i cannot navigate the forests #it gets worse when im freaking out. which is 100% of the time im not in the safe shallows or grassy plats #i was doing real good this playthrough too!! swam in the sparse reef at night! swam straight down beneath the floating island for fun!#collected the dunes cuddlefish egg and swam there with just my seaglide!#and then i went to the lost river (a part of the game that im usually VERY comfortable with beyond the inital Locate Entrance)#and ive completely fallen apart again!! got actually nauseous with fear which has not happened since the first 5ish playthroughs #and thats only happened in the sparse reef before. this was like an entire hour of almost quitting or teleporting out of the river #seamoth almost got destroyed like 7 times bc i was panicking and running into Everything. every animal and wall got smacked into #which was NOT helping my anxiety ill tell u that much 🥺#ok wow im yapping. SORRY!! ok i need to go like calm down im like actually stressed rn i feel like im being hunted by tigers for Real #spadefish and boomerang ur population is steadily decreasing with each and every trip for titanium and quartz 🫡

this country is a joke for countless reasons but what do you mean i just won’t be getting my medication (that ive already been taking for months) until my insurance decides they want to press a button in a few weeks. Cool. set tge world on fire <3

#1) request refill at pharmacy 2) request refill again because it didnt get filled 3) get told i should contact doctors office4) i do that #5) i need ‘prior authorization’ (bullshit that translates to ‘your insurance wants to make you suffer for profit’)#6) check back with doctors office. they say yeah we sent that request to insurance 7) pharmacy says we still dont have it 8) doctor says #THAT IT WILL TAKE A FEW *WEEKS. * W E E K S. As in multiple weeks. MULTIPLE WEEKS.#WHEN I HAVE BEEN OUT OF THOS MEDICATION FOR A MONTH ALREADY DOING THIS BULLSHIT WHERE I CONTACT TWO DIFFERENT INSTITUTIONS SO THAT THEY CAN #CONTACT A THIRD WHO DOESNT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO ME #all the while my doctors office is like hey have you found a psych yet? NO I HAVENT. FUNNY HOW HAVING ADHD MAKES IT HARDER TO DO THAT #and add to that. not everywhere takes my insurance in the first place #i would really prefer to not go to some big practice so that narrows my options #and one that looked promising would mean i have to stOP SEEING MY THERAPIST BECAUSE INSURANCE WOULDNT COVER BOTH #are you out of your goddamn MIND #another that looked promising didnt call me back a third said Actually i Dont take your insurance even though i said i did but uou can do #sliding scale and then submit the claim to insurance!#girl i will not be doing that i dont trust my insurance as far as i can uuh. nudge a boulder with my pinky toe #another one might need me to get a Big Big Evaluation for adhd and those usually have long waitlists and cost $$$#so i wonder why more americans dont want free universal healthcare.#m

needing to exert massive amounts of self control bc a) i am feeling ill rn b) the second hand shop (which is in my street) is having a sale week again c) I Want Stuff and d) i do not Need Stuff

#i want to go and just buy the stuff (shirts specifically) in natural fabrics but like #i already have two silk shirts (probably 3 actually but im not sure about the last one) and i actually just want smth that i cant have #(i want more white linen and cotton button ups but i have a lot of body acne that just makes wearing white impossible #or at the very least implausible) but also i have some disposable income rn but also im on a low buy but also I Want.#shaking myself. YOU DO NOT NEED!#one last thing that might convince me if this happens again next month tho:#i actually Do Need a LITTLE BIT. like as in: yes i have enough clothes to dress myself daily and to function in society #i have more than enough clothes on that level #but i dont have a lot of clothes that actually fit in a way that makes me feel able to function on a professional / worksona level #like all the clothes that i DO have that are within the worksona category are either too big or they have various rips and holes in them #that i have patched but usually they are quite visible so they dont at all come across as profesh #its def not the end of the world but its hard when i work 3 days/week and want to look both profesh and also like myself #but i am limited </3 but that is life </3 and i dont need linen and cotton button ups like also #if theres one thing i FOR REAL do not need its more button ups. altho actually even there a lot of them are at the end of their life now #ugh i should maybe actually do a proper closet purge and mend what needs mending and throw out/donate/recycle what i cant wear #- to most situations bc thats an issue i have: i love my clothes but im aware i cant wear torn shit to my daily activities #but im not going to wear THOSE clothes at home holes&all because theyre not my ultimate comfy clothes #so then as it turns out i cannot wear those clothes so i should not hold onto them

#photo diary #1 - love this image of Noodle.. such a weird angle that makes his head look entirely round like a puff ball or something #2 - a more recent (still from months ago) collection of my pressed flowers and 4 leaf clovers I found.#3. Being one of the only people in 2024 still going 'hee heee I've just bought a new wii game!' but.. I have. >:3 #It's kind of like Wii Sports Resort but is like.. open world? so your character can actually walk around and stuff. REALLY makes me #wish I had the type of set up where I could record video from my wii and stuff like some gaming youtubers have. I think it'd be a really #fun game to play on video and to DOCUMENT it!!! I keep wishing I could screenshot my little guy walking around but I caaant..#I've literally just been taking out my phyiscal camera and photographing the screen which always looks bad.. augh..#4. Something in the froxen food aisle called 'Wellington Bites' a play on beef wellington. suprisingly good actually. but I guess anything #with like beef and mushrooms usually is. But it seems like.. oddly decent for frozen food stuff.#5 - boye looking Round again.. 6 - updated score in the wii fit minigame again. (Ok so little edit, i looked it up and it said abt 30-50 mins for 5000 steps so. Eh. But i was just. Normally walking. Nothing intense ish. HOWEVER the road i walk on is weirdly shaped and its ever so slightly curved and goes up and down so. This is why im so sore! Im not kidding. Its not consistent 💔 (also smth said step length but it doesnt make sense. My step length is 15.4 - 30.3 and it didnt line up so. Eh. Also according to iphone i have no idea bc i dont measure every step i take!)

#j’s a bloody mess #Also nearly fucked my switch again!#Ok so my switch isnt a button one its manual (or whatever) so the bar to close it again/lock it #Moved from the left to center. Like i think theres a rib on the knife. IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS WELL LOOK AT A SWITCH #and i dropped it. Bc i was spinning it but was completely fucking zoned out.#It seemed fine but i went to open if after a few mins (like 2) and sometimes if you dont do it hard enough #Its only like half way. (Haha sex joke) but when that happens i usually flick my wrist to open it fully #And i flicked it too hard and the bar went to the right side which it aint supposed to do!#I was havin a convo wirh myself about knife tricks and arguing that my switch is a fixed blade bc it locks before hand. And this mf (me)#Deadass said as soon as it did that “well i guess its a fixed blade now” LIKE MOTHERFUCKER YOURE PAYING 20$ FOR IT.#I got ir fixed. You kinda just have to. Press the bar back really hard. But yk. Not any less scary!#Also. 10.000 spesifically bc i want to surpase my father.#In this week his highest is just under 10.000 so. Also weirdly enough we have basically the same step length??#I say this bc. 1. My mother is wayyyyy too easy to beat. Unlovingly. 2. Im 15 while this man is 60???? He does have a faster speed tho #His was some ungodly like 2-3 mph while mines 1.1 - 2.9 #One time my mother checked on life360 when he was broke down and it said he was driving 3 mph #And it was literally him fucking WALKING.#So yeah i want to beat my father in this made up competition!
