Ch1 victim- Chiemi (I feel like she would host a party to lift everybody up but then die, like the classic fangan. Besides, she seems like the 'first death who didn't seem all that interesting but actually had more to her character' sort of first victim) Ch1 culprit- Chou (It's told that she becomes a completely different person when she's mad + 'fleeting' means 'lasting for a very short time', which implies that she won't live for long)

Ch2 victim- Rei (She's blind which makes it easy for her to be taken advantage of, and she also seems to trust people easily) Ch2 culprit- Satoru (Crazy culprit definitely, as seen in the not-yet-used-sprites)

Ch3 victim #1- Takeshi (No specific reason, I just think it would be easy if the buff character died before ch4 !!) Ch3 victim #2- Otome (The 3rd victim who dies right during their character development) Ch3 culprit- Kiyoshi (Crazy culprit again, I'm convinced he'll be all 'IT WASN'T ME IT WAS MY PUPPETS YOU DUMB FUCKS!!!1!!!11!1!!')

Ch4 victim- Hideyoshi (I feel like ch4 will be a Katsuhide chapter) Ch4 culprit- Kyouran (I don't know why, he just seems like a ch4 culprit... too early for ch3, and too late for ch5)

(Post ch4 trial we have an Akira talent exposing scene + doomed hetereos)

Ch5 victim- Katsuhiko (I believe he will become a pretty major character in the future + if the Morita twins are a 'one dies one lives' situation then Katsuhide will be a 'both dies' situation... for other reasons don't ask why i just have this feeling of intution) Ch5 culprit- Shion (Major character execution, and besides I need my angst comic to become true...!!)

Ch6- Izanami has a a dramatic death scene

Total survivors- Akira (She's the protagonist so there's a 90% chance that she won't die), Tomoya (He's too sigma to die trust me/j, Shion is a 'fully developed' character type and Tomoya isn't, put it like a 'post-death character development' thing), Yumeo (unsatisfied but also softened-up survivor), Itsumi (I want her to be like 'man fuck this killing game i'm going to live for Otome and KIyoshi's sake!!)

i think the Watchers are talented beautiful artists, they adore creating, but, i think that since a lot of them have access to a sorta ~creative mode, able to spawn in things, and are so, so, old, they lose their way a bit and take cheaper routes, just to get through their schedules.

why cook ? they can spawn in food. theres no use for grinding, they can build walls in seconds, theres no need to travel for supplies, no need to go beyond what they know, no need to be extra.

its much like a/i "art", its easy, but so soullessness, lazy, and cheap.

another layer of disappointment for Grian. at first, everything seems so beautiful, so overwhelming, but the food is bland, and he notices the asymmetry, he counts the stone tiles across the hall and down.

Hes looked at in confusion or even annoyance when he suggests doing things the longer way.

Ok so hear me out (prepare to share)

One of the things I love right now is how writers can all see the same idea and come up with wildly different ideas of how to pull it off. Well really programers. Chefs. Artists. Anyone really.

And they can all work.

Like my story has been bopping around in my head after seeing some post debating what races had the best whatever recipes. And I'm like...

I wanna make a cook book like that.

But I didn't. Because life and I was working on a comic and all. But then this contest on tapas comes around and I'm like.

Yes.

Let's do this.

ACTION TIME.

But that wasn't enough. Because I saw some of the races and I like "but why tho". I mean we all know there are some racist ideas behind various races. And honestly, some races are like... been there done that. So my brain starts finding new twists on them.

The elves are the wine makers, have glamor because they look like eldritch horrors, and are basically dnd bards. "Dark elves" are basically the holiest warriors. Orcs? Blue and red which got mistaken for blood early on. They leaned into it for interactions but they really like to farm and raise sheep like critters. The centaurs are half goat not half horse and their cities are a PAIN to get into because they don't need roads, they have walls they can hop up.

And all of this still gets me adding in recipes people can cook. More or less based on what's happening. While the MC Enoki runs around on hir own tasting food and trying to save the world. Because oh yeah, the gods need a feast or they start blowing up the various races!
