I'm sad today.
#zims stink#vent#ig#personal#im just sad today. it aint a bad thing but im upset about what happened#i couldn't sleep. i really needed sleep tonight and dont have much time before work#i barely got sleepy#anyway cant turn my brain ofd#ill have to work with what i call a shift nap#u rem cycle for 5 hours twice in a normal solid basic night. i can do those broken up into 2 parts given a good day but ill#like. have to work with 1 today#if i can even manage that#idk man i dont feel well and im sure gonna feel like shit later#thinking about june. makes my heart race. and i. start to feel angry until im just sad#and i know its not my fault and the more it sets in that i didn't. maybe cause all of it. that stuff just happened. that bad things just#sorta happened. it's making me so so sad. like yeah. lol im adapting back to a life that makes sense. after fully beginning to adjust to the#them. to there. to their. things. glassware and cabinet doors and the porch. the trees and birds. hills. windless now im back in windy plain#yeah. yeah its way better here but im still sad. im sad bc i left the quail and my mentor and my colleagues and my brothers#and they wouldn't even hardly look at me. they spoke to me as if I'd been shitty the entire time. talked in a tone you'd use on a toddler#if you are seeing this i need you off my blog btw#if i couldn't stay for a 5 hour nap and a munch on some. like idk even chips or something i DIDNt eat dinner. you cannot look here#anyway. tumblr is a diary and I've been not opening messages so i don't know who i have to turn to rn so ill jusg dump here#part of my issue. cant open up all the way. not when i need it more. its 8 am who will be awake around me anyway#me and all my loves are night birds. idk. im sad.

Ended 2024 being diagnosed with diabetes. Started 2025 being diagnosed with another mega iron deficiency and long covid. I love being me!!!!!!
#I’ve had a cough for THREE MONTHS and#no man dr has done anything about it when I’ve brought it up#went to see a lady dr yesterday about stuff#and she was immediately diagnosing me and explaining the cough#and how it will all tie in with the iron thing with my weakness and sleepiness#and she prescribed me all of this stuff for my cough#and today is the first time in three months that I haven’t#coughed my guts up and cried about it bc I’m so miserable#so make of that what you will!!!!!!!#anyway I’m still miserable#bc the moment I got home from the dr#I removed my cardi and badly pulled a muscle in my neck#have barely slept and can’t turn my head left

Snow is canceled forever and ever bc it's so so scary to drive in. I don't want to drive in snow ever again. It was not even an inch though. But it was still SoScary. Unfortunately I am a Hoosier, so snow driving is inevitable.
#speculation nation#me just barely starting to get comfortable with driving my beautiful Tesci then WHAM#just 2 days after buying her im hit with Snow Driving (for the first time in my life!!!!)#i went to walmart after my failed appointment to buy some shit for my car. bc i went Oh Fuck sitting in there with snow on my windshield#bc i bought this car Two Days Ago so i didnt have a fucking scraper or brush yet 😭😭😭😭#i changed that tho. also bought a winter emergency kit. complete with jumper cables flashlight and blanket. plus some other stuff#oh SHOVEL. apparently. idk how they fit it in there. i just kinda left it in my car lol i did not care to open it yet.#i also got some air freshener stuff for my car. bc it has a bit of a scent to it.#used to belong to a smoker i guess. tho it's not too bad + i actually kinda like lingering smoke smell#But Also i wanna have my car with a scent i chose. so i bought... Leather Scent (???) air freshener#'hearth. pepper. and bourbon' idk how thats Leather but it smells good. so i got it.#ALSO bought some gloves im gonna keep in my car as driving gloves. theyre kinda sleek.#and ummmmm i bought some christmas lights. ill hang them up Somewhere. no energy for that rn but they were cheap and i love string lights#so i got them anyways. i'll come up with smth to do with them eventually.#i also bought a few food things. as a way to cheer myself up. ate some cream puffs after dinner today... mmmm#and it felt rly nice to leave the store and load up a car and not have to haul all of that back by hand.#even if i was also Very Scared of going back out in the snow hfmshfmsbd#it's supposed to be a bit warmer today than it was yesterday tho (by today i mean tuesday. bc it is in that realm now)#but ahhh. i might have a presentation today. i need to rest up so i can get ready for that.#sleepy time for me time. yes

I rarely get personal on here but if you're on Sertraline (I think it's Zoloft in the states) and you have a lot of bad dreams or bad fatigue you have GOT to talk to your GP about it. I mean this as someone who's nightmare-prone and has fatigue issues anyway and that meant I didn't consider it abnormal for waaaaay too long. And it started after a few years on it. Change your meds if this happens to you. It'll suck dick for a couple of weeks but it's worth it.
#incidentally I got swapped to mirtazapine which has a different mode of action#it CAN make you very sleepy#which in a narrow set of circumstances is not a bad thing#week 1 I could barely keep my eyes open but your system evens out and it can work as a sleep aid#it's weird getting to sleep less than an hour after lying down
