Oisin had runes tattooed on his scales that prevented his conjuration spellcasting from being interrupted when he takes damage. In other words, he doesn't have to make constitution saving throws to maintain concentration on spells from that school of magic. He also was in the same History of Glyphs class as Adaine in freshman year.

Conjuration spells not only have to do with summoning, but with planar travel. I get the feeling that's going to have something to do with summoning a previously dead god or getting to other planes related to that.

If I can add my 2 cents to the previous discussion, I think they would be really good as a qpr. And as for what that means, if it’s still a slash fic, being afraid of getting everything wrong etc, the whole point of a qpr is that it’s an unconventional relationship somewhere between romantic and platonic, and that looks different every time. There is no one definition of a qpr and it looks totally different every time TLDR: it’s basically impossible to get it wrong so don’t be afraid of that. 

What you’ve described with Legend not wanting to label Ravio as his boyfriend and being fairly uncomfortable with the mention of romance. But the way they look at each other and act around each other is like they are in a relationship. They don’t kiss, but they show physical affection in other ways. Legend is ace? So they don’t have sex. They live together. This is all definitely qpr territory.

Whether you still want to mark it as slash or not is up to you, either way is valid.

I'm absolutely LIVING for the increase in luke and percy parallels, but something that's been rattling around my brain since I last listened to the lightning thief musical is that without luke, percy WOULD become him. I think that it's seeing the example of the cruelty and betrayal in luke that prevented percy from following the same path. he's horrified at how luke betrayed his friends, but luke believes he's doing it for the good of the demigods, just as percy would believe he's doing it for the good of his friends. percy is regularly disloyal to the gods by being loyal to his friends. he is saved from luke's fate simply because he came second and watched it unfold before him. I'm so sorry luke but you really are doomed by the narrative. you were always going to turn against the gods, even it it wasn't you. it had to happen.
