Finished the second bout of mending on one of my favourite jackets! (It's going to need a third and probably a fourth eventually, but I think I'm good for the next ~year or so.) (The patches with the white stitches are from the first round, the black stitched ones from this one.)

#is this a slightly excessive amount of stitches to put into *ironed on* patches? probably. i don't care.#this jacket was expensive. i love it a lot. i want to keep wearing it for a couple more years.#took great care not to stitch the lining into the lining of the pockets this time that was a mistake i made the first time #realized only on the last patch that a white patch is actually prime 'draw on it and do embroidery' material #well more extensive embroidery next time i guess #kaj rambles #mending #visible mending #(ish)

For everyone who wanted bullfighter Nando when I mentioned it the other day, here you go :D

+ this one I don't feel like coloring yet(imagine he's in Ferrari colors!!!)

Finally bit the bullet a few months ago and decided to make my own pride flags because I really wanted some but literally nobody was selling cotton ones and I couldn’t bring myself to buy the polyester ones. They’re hand stitched because I don’t have a machine and the bi one took me like 5 days of on and off work, the Gilbert Baker one took probably like two weeks? But I’m not sure because I didn’t work on it for a month. Anyway it took much longer because it has so many stripes. I’m so pleased with them I luv 2 make things❣️
