I keep seeing complaint posts about all of the free creative content people get on here. This is the second post I've come across on nicknames in stories alone in the past few weeks. Three quick things:

1) If you don't like a nickname or whatever about a story, simply click out of it and go about your day. Or engage with the writer and explain (respectfully/constructively) why you don't think the nickname fits that character/scene, etc.

2) You are literally getting this creative content for FREE. Someone who took time out of their busy lives to create content for a character/ship/fandom for YOU to enjoy. Rather than sit there and make fun of the story and/or writer with your buddies online, again move past it. If it's not your thing for whatever reason, then it's not your thing. It's as simple as that. No need to make shitposts that you purposely put in tags where said writer will see it so you can make them feel badly and possibly give up writing altogether. Just because they may have written something you don't like doesn't mean they're a bad writer.

3) You don't like a nickname in a story or whatever? Here's a question: how about you give writing a shot yourself and see what YOU come up with? And let's see how YOU do and how YOU feel when people start making shitposts about you and your story. Writing is not an easy process. Even the most successful published writers on the planet will tell you that. Even someone who sneezed which typed out 500 words of a fanfic randomly. So give it a shot for yourself and see what you come up with. And who knows? Maybe you'll get lucky and find a new hobby for yourself. Something for you to enjoy rather than tear down for once.

Enough with these shitposts already and putting them in the tags for writers to see. If you have a complaint, make it to the writer directly in a respectful manner. Or just simply click out of the story and go find one you actually enjoy. There's a surplus amount of fanfiction on this site for various characters/ships/fandoms. It's really not that hard.

Kingdom Hearts 2 - Bulky Vendor

Been thinking a lot about these two scenes in GoF and how heartbreaking it must have been for Sirius. His Godson has just been attacked, not only by the return of the wizard who killed his best friend, but yet again by Peter, somewhat doubling down the betrayal he made against Lily and James.

But then, he hears that Lily and James were there. Actually sprung from the wand that murdered them to help their son. He had spent 12 years in Azkaban just wishing to see their faces one last time, to hear their voices and remember that they were real people that used to laugh with him. They saved their son again, even after death. He could not see them, but they were not lost.

So, in the aftermath Sirius stays with a horrified and grieving Harry. He insists, despite the danger that puts him in. He shifts into dog form and lays his head on Harry's stomach, feeling the slowing of his breath as he drifts to sleep, and is reminded of the last time he had done the exact same. A pregnant Lily, just starting to show, trying to stay awake while James follows through on his last Order mission before he officially resigns to stay with her and the baby.

After hours of worry, she had finally drifted to sleep, cradling her stomach with one hand and petting the tip of his ear with the other. He laid his head on her stomach, hoping, praying, to hear the door open and James to appear like he promised. The alternative is not an option. He closes his eyes and focuses on the sound of Lily's breath, straining to hear not one but two heartbeats coming from her center.

Regulus couldn’t remember the last time a fucking TV show had gotten him this worked up. He felt ridiculous as he shifted, a bulge forming, the tightening of his pants all too noticeable. Clearing his throat, he adjusted himself on the sofa, trying to appear casual.

“Everything okay, love?” James asked, his eyes still fixed on the screen. His voice, however, was different—strained.

Regulus looked down at James’ crotch, and his breath hitched. “Yeah,” he breathed. 

James knew Regulus’ voice, a single shift in how Regulus pronounced a vowel and James recognized the tone. That particular breathy tone —the one that betrayed excitement—never escaped him. James grabbed the control and immediately stopped the show. 

“Are you sure?” His eyes were glistening in anticipation. This was a game they both knew too well. They could admit to being so horny it made their heads spin, but where was the fun in that? James loved the chase just as much as Regulus.

“Mhm.” Regulus hummed, tilting his head back against the couch, locking eyes with James.
