OK IT'S COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE PROBLEM ISN'T ON MY END, IT'S SOMETHING UP WITH THE GAME. like i looked further into the issue (which in hindsight i obv should've done way sooner) & it turns out there are a bunch of ppl having the exact same problem that i'm having, and most of them are in the same region as me. so the GOOD news is that my internet is pretty much fine, especially now that i've moved my setup into a room closer to the router & have a better connection. the BAD news is obv that i can't actually DO anything to fix the problem, i just have to wait around hoping namco will fix it. ugh. i just wanna play some tekken man, this is such a bummer

#this shit's really killing my vibe lol i was so fuckin excited about this game #and like i still am #the game is sick the visuals are sick the music RIPS & i just overall think the game is great #hopefully this issue gets fixed soon #cause as soon as it does i'm gonna be ALL OVER THAT SHIT #oh & i've decided on my secondary characters too #it was hard to narrow it down to just 2 secondaries cause like 3/4 of the roster looks super fun #but i decided on lee & steve #maybe i'll get online play as them & suddenly realise they aren't fun at all LOL but as of now those are my picks #the way they revamped lee's just frames (and gave him some new ones) is like 80% of what's drawing me towards him #& then with steve he's just so fucking SICK that i can't not play as him #like yea t8's not exactly been kind to poor steve in terms of design #yea from some angles his face looks really really weird #yea the voice acting on some of his lines sounds absolutely terrible #yea his default costume is the ugliest shit ever #none of which changes the fact that steve is like one of the top 3 sickest characters in the whole series #i think he's significantly cooler than any other boxing character i've seen in a fighting game #and he also has some of the fun execution stuff the i tend to enjoy in a character #so yea reina lee & steve are my characters for t8 & i'm gonna try really really hard to stick to just those 3

honestly i dont even think i care about putting any specific name to any particular diagnosis for myself at this time. brains disorder is brain disorders man. i just cant see how it would matter what specific ~name~ someone assigns to Your Problems, when targeting the symptoms is pretty much always gonna be the best course of action for all of them anyway.? like why not just skip the middleman and address the symptoms directly . wouldnt that be a better approach over "well you could have 'brainsdisorder', but you could also have elusive ''looks like brainsdisorder' disorder', so watch out! but thankfully, the treatments are similar" like huh whuh. why does that distinction even matter in the first place then. truly WHO give a shit

We did it boys we got our first game crash in oni 🎉

#rat rambles #oni posting #it's not even that far past cycle 300 yet my laptop just sucks ass #Ive made it further with more colonies and dupes before without a crash so I was a bit surprised at first #but also this is my first time coring out my starting planet so thats probably why #Im going to try to stick with this save as long as I can handle it but Im definitely not going to be able to make more colonies #or at least not any like active and populated ones #my current plan is to use my current dinky rocket to help me make a shit load of databanks and then research straight to the radbold engine #I've never rly worked with radbolts outside of research stuff so I thought it'd be a good experience to have #plus I usually use petroleum and well quite frankly I dont think I can do that rn #well I mean. I Could. but Id rly rather not until I can get my rocketry program set up properly #mainly because I rly don't wanna rely on the teleporters for my renovations of my teleport planet as I want at least a digger and a #scientist going over there and prefferably an extra dupe or two as well #theyd be there in atmo suits to activate the material transporters and dig into the oil biome and set up pipes and shit for the oil wells #and then Im going to transport the oil back to my home planet using the transporters and refine them there #then I can Finally get a gas range going and hopefully set up some extra generators #Im not sure if I want to use either full time yet but depending on how many oil wells there are Ill consider it #once I get all that set up then Ill probably start working towards setting up more farms so I can upgrade my food quality some more #and then grab jorge 👍#after that idk if Im super interested in doing too much more #I might do the rest of the story traits for funsies but other than that Im not sure if I can manage this world for long enough to get to #the real late game shit considering it's already chugging like hell rn #Ill probably have to deconstruct a bunch of latters and shit pretty soon to try to manage the lag better #and also sweep everything outside up even if itll take forever #Im at a good point where everything is rly stable eccept for my power gen #my power gen is currently perfectly acceptable and it will keep being good for a good while but its definitely not a permanent set up #I just dont have enough hatches and pips for my coal production to keep up and my pip ranch us become increasingly more and more of a issue #mainly because of how cold my base is and how annoying its been keeping the trees alive #another future issue I have to worry abt is my water tank overflowing #but thats a much easier problem to fix I just need to build a bigger tank

I loved those games too! Espescially the cake one.

There is an updated version of my original post, most of the other G3 games have been added to the Flashpoint Archive, a website that hosts old Flash games!

Unfortunately the version with Minty is not up, but the updated Core 7 version is playable! It doesn't seem to work today, I'm not sure why, I haven't run into this problem with Flashpoint yet, and this game worked fine the other day. I sent in a report, so hopefully it's repaired soon!

In reference to the On Sight Speedsters post, Jason tells Batman that he(Jason) can't work with the Flash anymore because his girlfriend WILL refuse to talk to him for a week. Bruce is extremely confused until Jazz starts ranting about time correction missions during the next family dinner.

Bruce stared in a strange mixture of exasperation, exhaustion, and empathetic concern as Jazz ranted and raved with her hands moving around in dramatic gestures.

"— and how the hell does it make sense?! Every time they use the speed force, they inevitably mess up the timeline and create a world where everything goes wrong! Just yesterday, I had to bail on a date with Jason in order to prevent the fifth apocalypse of the month!" She turned around and stared at Bruce intensely. "Don't you see?! The Flash family are even preventing Jason and I from being in love!"

After living with overdramatic and theatre student wannabes for so long, Bruce just nodded numbly. "I see."

Jason stared at her with a lovesick, besotted look on his face like she hung the moon and stars and sun and was now even turning the Earth. Bruce almost wanted to ask him why he made his life harder by wooing a princess from another world, but then he would've had to scold and lecture the rest of his kids and none of them listened to him anyways.

Bruce resisted the urge to sigh tiredly.

Life was hard as a father.

Dick looked exasperated. "We should find a way to fix it, so Dan won't attack Wally again. I think he even bit Wally this time."

Jazz paused in her rant to wince. "Oh yeah, I remember that. Dan had to go and prevent your death again for the third time this week."

This time, everyone winced and grimaced.

Bruce finally sighed. "I will go and talk to Flash, and hopefully, we can prevent future issues. How often does this happen?"

Jazz glowered. "Every other day. Sometimes, multiple times a day."

Jason nodded, rubbing Jazz's shoulders. "Can confirm. I've seen Dan sometimes go out of his way to hunt down one of the Flashes. And if this isn't fixed soon, I won't be working with any of the Flashes anymore."

"Jason, no!" Dick cried. "What about Wally?!"

"Screw him! He's making my girlfriend mad!"

Jazz nodded vehemently, looking like she was ready to get fired up all over again.

Bruce sighed again.

Why on earth did he allow his kids to date interdimensional beings? And better yet, why did he even adopt kids in the first place?
