Hoodoo Lemon House Cleansing.

This working involves using lemons. Now why lemon's? Because lemon's is a good cleanser. It's such a good cleanser that there a lot of house cleaning products with lemon.

This cleansing is for someone who feels like when there in there Apt/House it just done feel like home. Like you don't belong. Then this will help.

Get a bag of lemon's and cut them in half. Put one half of a lemon in a corner of each room. Then sprinkle some holy water through-out the house. Last take two white candles put one in the by the front door and one by the back door and light both.

While Hoodoo is a closed practice, the MAJORITY of tips/tricks are present in many cultures and are not Hoodoo specific, with the exception of the usage of Florida & Kananga Water. Non Hoodoo, Brujeria or ATR practitioners can use holy or blessed pagan water as a substitute.

SALT will cleanse your house better than any sage will. Put some salt in the palm of your hand and pray over it. Then throw it all around your house, especially around your bed or the enterance to your home. This will keep out unwanted visitors and spirits.

Simple ways to cleanse yourself

a continuation to this post!

The easiest way is to make a cleansing bath with hyssop and pray psalm 51 over it.

Not a christian? Make your cleansing bath with salt, lemon and rosemary. State your intention over it in whichever way you prefer.

For something that isn't a bath: take a white candle and rub it all over you. Always moving that candle downwards your body, never up. Pay special attention to your palms, back of the neck, chest and belly area, and the soles of your feet. When you're done, place the candle on a plate of salt, planting it in the salt, and light the candle. Pray that whatever was ailing you be burnt and destroyed by it's flame. If you know someone has sent a particular spirit to you, when the candle burns down to it's half, quickly turn it over and set it to stand bottom up, then light it on the bottom and demand that the spirit be returned to sender. Let it burn all the way down and discard the remains away from your home. Preferably, throw them at a river, facing the water so that it's running away from you, and go back home without looking back.

Camphor has some medical uses like anti-inflammatory, coughing to name a few.

But spiritually it can be used to protect, cleanse a space from negative energies, spirits, hexes, curses, and evil eye etc.

Now the truth is, it's not that good for protection but as a cleanser its Great. 👍

I would recommend if using raw to add it to water to dilute it because of its strong smell & it's also toxic keep away from children. You can also buy the premade wash like the wind down below I would recommend a wash.

If your going to use raw camphor, because of its strong smell you can just open it and leave it out for a bit for cleaning. (Again be careful its strong because some are made now with turpentine oil)

Last: As a cleanser it can push everything out all spiritual activity kind of like tar water so don't keep your camphor near your ancestor altar.

Simple ways to cleanse your home

Let me begin by saying cleansing =/= banishing. Banishing is finding your shirts dirty and throwing the whole thing away because it can't be helped, now you need new shirts (and that's why when you banish, you should do some sort of blessing afterwards). Cleansing is washing the shirt so that it's good and wearable again. It's up to you to decide which approach suits your situation better.

Recite psalm 91, 9 or 10 while smoke cleansing your home. Pay special attention to every entrance: door, window and opening. Also behind doors and little nooks. Make sure to always move the burner in downward motions. Go from the toppity top of your home to the floor, and from the back to the front.

If you don't work with the bible, It's fine. Instead of leaving it there, after smoking every space in your home, top-down and back to front, place the incense burner at the center of your home, and place open scissors on top making a cross, then place the house keys over this. Let your incense burn entirely and throw the ashes away from your front door, then sweep outwards.

A good cleansing incense mix would be frankincense, rue, rosemary or pine needles, and 4 black peppercorns (a bit of extra protection to prevent more buildup doesn't hurt).

Remember to keep windows and doors open when you're cleaning. Everything you're stirring has to go somewhere or you're just making things worse.

AND KEEP YOUR FLOORS CLEAN!!!! Tidy up and do a floor wash. Trust me. Something as simple as soapy water with a splash of florida water, while mopping outwards, will get rid of any bad feeling in your home.
