Glamour magic ✨

Daily

Use moisturizer and serums as a barrier between you and unwanted energies.

Brush your hair as if you were brushing away the negative energy.

Say beauty affirmations while braiding your hair.

Set intention for your mascara to help you see through lies and people’s masks.

Put corresponding sigils onto your makeup, maybe carving them onto the lid of your lipgloss or into your blush.

Extras

Make more intricate beauty spells that last for longer periods.

Give offerings to Aphrodite.

Use pink, white and red candles as wards against jealousy.

Carry rose quartz.

Make love salt to use in your space and spells.

Visualize your aura exuding a bright light, me personally I visualize pink sparkle too, that both attracts and gives love to and from the world around you.

Aphrodite Rose Lip Oil 💋

Ingredients:

2tsp petroleum jelly

3 drops rose oil

1 drop collagen serum

2 drops argan oil (can replace with olive, jojoba or almond oil)

1/2 tsp coconut oil

1/4 tsp honey

Vitamin E capsule

2 drops vanilla essence for flavour (optional)

1/2tsp beeswax for added firmness (optional, use if you want a balm rather than an oil)

A sprinkle of body or edible glitter (optional)

Mix all ingredients together, slitting the vitamin E capsule open and squeezing the contents into the mix.

As you stir, say: "Lady Aphrodite, whose beauty glows, please make my lips as soft as the rose."

Put in an empty lip balm container (the one I used is from a travel sized set of empty cosmetics containers). It will be goopy at first, so put in the fridge until the coconut oil and petroleum jelly solidifies. If still goopy add more petroleum or 1/2tsp of beeswax. Apply morning and night for extra soft and rosy lips.

Coconut oil: moisturising, anti-inflammatory

Petroleum jelly: locks in moisture

Rose oil: heavily associated with Aphrodite, pleasant smell, soothing, adds a pink tint

Vanilla extract: adds flavour and scent

Argan oil: rich in vitamin E, fatty acids, moisturising

Collagen: improves elasticity and texture, moisturising

Honey: helps retain moisture, anti-inflammatory, adds sweetness, associated with Aphrodite

Vitamin E: antioxidant, healing, moisturising

Body glitter: sparkle ✨

My recipe for a glamour shower ritual for cleansing and recharging your energy

Keeps your blinds open a little bit to let in sunlight/moonlight depending on what time you shower. Sunlight is good for recharging motivation, moonlight is good for purifying and calming energy.

Keep the window open a crack to let in fresh air. It promotes health and grounding. The open window also lets out any unwanted energy you are getting rid of.

Put on some music that puts you in a spiritual or meditative mood.

Take a moment in the shower to really connect with the element of water. Let the water cover your body entirely and acknowledge the cleansing energy.

As you wash your hair, picture a gold halo around your head getting brighter and brighter as you clean.

As you wash your body, imagine a white light surrounding you getting brighter.

As you clean your feet, imagine cold circles/plates underneath them getting brighter.

I would suggest having enchanted skin care products but if not that's fine.

After the shower, use something along the lines of moon water, holy water, or some other magical water, cologne, or oil on your hair or wherever you feel is best to add protection.

Take a moment to do some energy meditation. After cleansing yourself, your intentions for your energy will be reset, so you want to recharge yourself with the energy you'll need next.

I like to do this by meditating however you feel most comfortable and focusing on imagining the white light surrounding you turning brightly to a new color. For example, if you need luck, imagine the light turning a bright shade of green. And focus on your breathing. As you breathe in, you accept this wanted energy and as you breathe out you reject any unwanted energy from inside.

Aphrodite

My experience with Aphrodite as my matron 🌷

As I previously mentioned before in this post, I first began doing witchcraft when I was 17 years old. I had a reading done about which deity wished to work with me and Aphrodite wanted me. I was hesitant because I was a tomboy + alternative in high school so I didn't feel like the Goddess of beauty and love was for me. I questioned her choice in choosing me even though I was seeing signs from her (white doves landed on my windowsill for a year straight). What I didn't realize was that Aphrodite was known more for her beauty and grace, she was also the goddess of war. Over the years Aphrodite has been nurturing, loving, and caring towards me. She has given me the strength and guidance when I needed it the most. Very much so like having a relationship with a mother.

My character development

Working with Aphrodite has given me a "inner glow up". Meaning - I reconstructed my view on what being feminine is, what kind of feminist I am, and acknowledging when I was misogynistic in the past. As well as helping me heal my mother wound and allowing me to be able to see things from her perspective when I was angry with her for her constant mistreatment towards me. I can for sure say thanks to Aphrodite, I am more patient, I am more wise, and I am learning to be soft. In a patriarchal society, being soft, sensitive, or gentle is looked down upon. Living in a society where you have to always be tough or "realistic" is so depressing. It's as if you're not allowed to have dreams, hopes, or desires. Independence is a wonderful thing, but you have to be able to depend on your loved ones at some point, because then you'd be just wearing yourself thin. Since beauty is a popular topic when it comes to Aphrodite, I also noticed a lot of physical changes in my appearance (clear skin, longer hair, fuller lashes, etc) 😳

Spellwork

As for doing spells with Aphrodite, the process is quite simple, I just ask for help and I feel the job gets done. I also give her offerings (she loves apples!!!) when I can and pray to her. From my personal experience, Aphrodite enjoys doing spells that involves quality time. For example, I often include Aphrodite when I do glamour magick or recite my affirmations. For example:

"Thank you, Aphrodite, for blessing me with the most beautiful, glowing clear skin."

After more careful consideration, I've decided against offering the shorter monthly version of these rituals because it takes up too much of my energy. Let's just say I'm getting ready for my big month as a love, beauty and glamour witchy gyal in February. I'm actually busting my ass here and creating some content for multiple social media platforms and I've got to say it's not bad. (knock on wood, adhd hyperfocus don't fail me now!)

I'm also doing my best to create a line of spell oils to drop in February and I'm hoping all the items, I need arrive in time for me to enchant them.

This would be my first time dropping a spell oil for sale. It's a tentative thing for now, kind of like me dipping my toe into the water. Spirit gives me recipes for spell oils all the time and so I guess it's time, I put a few of them to good use and stop hoarding them all for myself. I've refined them overtime, using divination and just good old fashion experimentation and now I feel confident, to release a few. Nothing too crazy. The bottles are huge, and I only have a small amount at the moment to spare, so I'm a bit nervous but fingers crossed. My biggest concern at the moment is labeling the bottles and investing in a small sticker printer, that isn't too expensive. I wasted a bunch of money on fancy label maker, that I ended up hating and decided on simplifying everything instead. I'm hoping to drop the spell oils for sale on February the 4th.

I also finally completed writing and creating my seven-week course on Love, Lust and Glamour Magic for Patreon. It's called The Venusian Arts: Mastering Love Magic. Writing the whole curriculum, creating videos and educational content was truly a labor of love. When I first started writing the syllabus and base in late October, I thought it would take me two weeks, which ended up being a total joke because I had never even created a witchy class before. I ended up finishing it the first week of January. It's seven weeks total and is a guided and interactive course designed to really teach people about love, lust and glamour magic. It includes a Venusian Toolkit, and a pdf of the Encyclopedia of Venusian Herbs (that I wrote myself as additional resource) and additional weekly lessons + spells that people can add to their own personal grimoires. The first section course drops live on my Patreon on February the 1st at 8:30 am MST and then once a week and is available for pre-sale now.

Everything will be for sale on my Patreon, until my website's new makeover is complete, and it'll probably still be there, even when the website is up and running.

Beauty Bath Spell

Ingredients:

lavender

cinnamon

sea salt

himalayan pink salt

aloe

splash of orange juice or a single segment of an orange

rose petals

pink candle

Rose Quartz & Carnelian (preferred crystals use whatever you'd like)

Take your candle and light it, setting your intentions and meditating with the candle . Gather all of your ingredients and put them in a deep warm bath as hot as you feel comfortable with. Surround yourself with all of your crystals!

The Chant: "my words pour intent, like water from a spout beauty from in, now flowing out as i dip & bathe in beauty and power may i glow from with out, as i grow and flower" Enjoy <3

Net Throwing Extendable Rod Mascara (Totally Spies Inspired Glamour Spell)

A spell to captivate the attention of your date and enhance your beauty and appeal to them. This is a love spell glamour and a beauty glamour.

You Will Need:

💕 Red Candle 💕 Rose Quartz (several is best) 💕 Rose Water 💕 Moon Water 💕 Thyme 💕 Basil 💕 Fresh or Dried Rose Petals 💕 Black Tea Bag 💕 Bowl or Container 💕 Your Favorite Mascara 💕 A Mirror (preferable on the wall)

Steps and Process

💕 Clear and cleanse a space to work in, once you have that make sure the mirror you are working with has been cleansed and cleaned as needed. Place your rose quartz all about your work space - if you wish to do a grid feel free to this is not required. placing them into a heart shape is ideal if you have enough.

💕 Light your red candle while lighting it look at yourself in the mirror and say "Tonight I captivate, tonight I entrap, tonight I am a net of beauty" keep these words in mind

💕 Place your candle near but not too close that you may knock it over. Feel the energy coming from the flame and the intensity of the red hue and the aura energy coming off your rose quartz - let them empower you

💕 In the bowl add your dry herbs, a small amount of each will go a long way so do not worry. Reframe from adding your rose petals yet

💕 After all your herbs have been added take the water you will be using. Add the Rose water first (homemade or bought) and say "I am lovely as a rose-" and then add the moon water " - as captivating as the moon"

💕 Use your mascara, still closed you do not want water getting into it, to stir the water slowly in a clockwise motion. With your other hand sprinkle in the rose petals. "Tonight I captivate, tonight I entrap, I am a net of beauty. I am a rose, I am moonlight" repeat this as you stir

💕 Add in your black tea bag at this point once you finished stirring to your content, let it steep briefly and once you feel ready dip your end of the mascara container (not the want) into the water. "I am a net of beauty" repeat this each time you dab the spell mixture to your forehead, each cheek, under each eye and the tip of your nose. Let it air dry

💕 Once your anointing is complete, do your make up as you regularly would and when applying your mascara try to do it last and end the spell with a firm. "I am a net of beauty" one last time and blow out your candle while looking into the mirror
