and i 100% think goro knew wakaba. because when he approached shido and said he had powers and could be useful to him, he wasnt gonna just fucking believe the kid. but he still knew about cognitive pscience. (“if not for my knowledge on it, id think you were insane” he says something along those lines)

so who else would he hand goro over to to see if it all was legit, but wakaba? his researcher. and of course in the end hes gonna use goro to steal information for him and get rid of her once hes been made aware of what goro can do. and has strung the kid along with praise and promises of stability

and if goro is homeless at this point, i could see goro staying at the LAB for a while. thats right, hes the weird feral cat who sleeps under the desks (kidding) but goro cant stay there anymore AFTER wakaba dies. shido pulls his funding and the lab shuts down.

sojiro of all people, during his last possible trip there (probably looking for anything wakaba could have left behind) offers goro a ride when he sees the poor kid just standing around outside looking lost. he doesnt know if this kid has anywhere to go.

he asks, “can i take you anywhere?” and goro agrees. gives sojiro an address. (and sojiro feels uneasy about letting goro walk away for a long time, but like a lot from around that terrible time, the memory grows fuzzy) sojiro drops him off and goro goes right into a big office building to meet with shido.

“it’s a shame, really…” shido says “having to sacrifice a bright mind like hers. she wouldn’t have had to die had she just complied.”

Helloo~ I love reading all your headcanons because I feel like they're very accurate and fun. Similar to the Ayato ask but any Headcanons on the type of girl Shuu would like, pshycially and personality.

Shu’s Type Headcanons

shu wouldn’t like someone that’s his complete opposite

he prefers a fair balance of opposite and similar - or even if she had just a handful of similarities, it’s enough

he needs someone who likes relaxing with him as well

someone he can enjoy comfortable silences and beautiful music with

soft, fluffy curly hair would kill him.

he likes long, soft, flowy hair that smells like fruits and flowers that he can bury his face into and use as his personal curtain

but at the same it would become a nuisance if her hair kept getting stuck/pulled while they cuddled and she complained about it. plus, short hair would give free access to her beautiful neck

in terms of bodies, he likes petite, short women because they look cute, innocent and frail

tall and elegant women because they seem poised and gentle, seeming soft-spoken and not noisy, causing less of a disturbance to him

curvy women because they’re warm and soft; the perfect pillow to him (bonus points if they smell good) and he gets to make lewd remarks about their blessed assets

he really doesn’t care that much

soft clothes in soothing colors like pastels and dark shades are appreciated. hates eyesore colors like neons and if his lover were to be a fan of them, they’re sure to hear a few unamused remarks every so often

you see the amount of times soft is mentioned here? yeah he’s basically shopping for a human pillow

but shu really likes girls with big, bright, curious eyes. someone adventurous or bubbly would feel like a golden retriever to him; he would find them quite amusing and loveable

he doesnt mind a girl with a lot of energy; so long as she can also be content pumping the breaks to wind down and share headphones with him while they cuddle wherever he pulls her

he actually might prefer a s/o who can balance his nonchalance. someone expressive and empathetic; someone who talks a lot and would want to tell him lots of cute interesting things

he might not have the most compelling replies; but that doesnt mean he’s not interested, he’s just not one for talking much.

just knowing that she cares so much. that her perfect evening would be spending time with him.

he obviously would ‘complain’ about how noisy she is, but she wouldn’t be able see the faintest, soft smile he grows on his face with his eyes closed as she tells him about what happened in her class that night not knowing that she’s already told him this once before

speaking of, he would likely prefer someone with a melodious voice. Deep or soft and calm. He would have trouble adjusting to something with a loud or pitchy voice. In that case maybe he would prefer their quiet times more ^^;

if his girl knows how to play (the ‘good’) instruments, it would be amazing. maybe not so much for her because of how many times he would ask her to play-

after much begging, shu might even be so kind as to agree to have a duet with her (how romantic)

despite shu not being that picky with what kind of girl he’d be attracted to, he still has a few absolute donts

girls who are stuck up or snooty, with a superiority complex. the ones who care way too much about being perfect and proper: he would just get brought back to his aristocratic family. the one he’s trying to get away from constantly.

he just doesn’t like girls who are vain or egoistic. he finds them annoying

shu would really admire a girl who’s honest. someone who wouldn’t change her opinion based on whether or not others agreed. someone brave who would stand their ground to support their beliefs

that quality kind of also translates into loyalty

shu has a hard enough time as is allowing himself to connect to anyone, fearing he’ll lose them. if he does finally start to warm up to someone, it would kill him inside if they betrayed him.

I think the reason beckory works well is that tony has a habit of getting self righteous and in his own head about things but Gregory isnt afraid to tell him off or call him out about things. the point of tony in ggy is that nobody ever told him that how hes treating other people isnt good, so that's why he got so bad. but tony would be close to Gregory and have every rational reason in the world to listen to Gregory so when he would say something like "you're treating ellis badly and that's not what a good friend does, you need to do better" hed actually listen and take it into account and improve himself

it is beyond infuriating how anne rice seems to insist on marius being a positive force in anyone's life ever. like she can't fully commit to exploring the fact he groomed armand and has repeatedly taken away his consent for what marius thinks is best (take the end of TVA as an example) and just kind of flatly puts it in the narrative. there's not really much interest in how these horrific events make marius come across as the worst because EVERYONE loves him. for gods sake, lestat learns from armand exactly what marius did to him in TVL and then proceeds to go find marius and be super friendly to him in the same fucking book. even armand and pandora, two of the people who have MORE than enough right to hate him, do not. it doesnt feel like shes trying to explore the toxicity of the abusive dynamic he traps them in, it just is there. and like yeah ofc the toxic vampire romance series but i think that this should be handled with more care. and it is not ever really framed in a way that she is interested in exploring how marius should easily be one of the most horrific characters in this series because it kind of feels like sa/rape/grooming/other things of that sort are just put there to further plot and not to really get the respect that they deserve in a medium.

i love madoka magica however i dont think we as a fandom talk enough about how tragic madoka herself is. probably because the narrative itself steers you away from thinking about her personally. shes not a character shes a desire that homura has, shes a force of good, shes homura's foil. but those are all madoka's narrative roles but madoka herself as a person is not really looked at because we are viewing this world from an unreliable narrator(homura) who only sees madoka as those things. The best thing homura could have done for madoka was give up on her, to let her go. because every time we go back in time the image of madoka is distorted, she loses more of herself every regression of homura's as she tries harder and harder to save her. We don't even know what madoka originally wished for to become a magical girl in the original timeline. and she actually acts quite differently than the madoka we meet. shes a lot more honest and caring and bold. by the time homura's has reached the actual anime madoka has been reduced by the sands of time to a figment of herself. she has no wants or desires of her own beyond wanting to do good and help her friends and when all her humanity is stripped away is when she finally acends to godhood because thats all thats left of her. an ideal and a faith in her. madoka kaname died a long time ago and all that is left is her ghost.

Back at it again with another tierlist, this time im ranking how close Rosalyn is to different characters, subject to change. For context at this point in the game Rosalyn has just admitted Katherine to her school.

The "secret third thing tier -you know how it's kind of a joke among wlw that they have one high school friendship with homosexual tensions that irrevocably changes them? Well Rosalyn had two of them. (Three if you count Annie but I didnt put her on the tierlist)

Best Friends - Rosalyn has these girls on speed dial. There's a reason I put the three of them together in that Heather's AU drawing. They are inseparable in the school halls and at parties

Good Friends - not much to say about them, but Rosalyn holds a huge amount of respect and care for them.

Friends - they are on good terms and are willing to help each other out when asked.

Acquainted - on good terms but probably not the first person to call when bored.

Disliked - A lot of the characters on here are obvious but : she doesn't like Asher not only for what happened with Hope but for the fact that he constantly disrespects her while on the council and has the nerve to try and hit on her. She doesnt like Ace's mom because she's kinda sorta complicit in how his dad mistreats him. She'll be polite to her face because Ace still seems to hold a lot of respect and care for her post betrayal arc, but that's as far as it goes. Kara and Max are obvious. Rosalyn finds Natalie annoying and could give less of a fuck that her mom is the mayor. Rosalyn can acknowledge that Zero isn't an inherently bad guy but the fact that he let his teammates say disgusting shit about her and her teammates for so long leaves a bad taste in her mouth. Prof Edwin being in this tier is so sad because you'd think as a fellow black woman she'd be more supportive of Rosalyn's endeavors instead of finding reasons to tear her down. Lena is obvious

Despised: Rosalyn is constantly on edge when it comes to Lacey, almost as much as Mia because of how fixated she is on hurting Katherine. Rosalyn obviously dislikes Asher but after seeing Mr.Rollins in action it's no wonder his son is an entitled piece of shit. She almost feels bad for Asher. Almost. Rosalyn finds Jack to be a massive creep and never wants to be anywhere alone with him. (like i said earlier. Mutual Enemies is an interesting quest, but it sucks Rosalyn had to team up with men she dislikes/hates for something she couldn't even go through with in the end.) Ok so I did spoil myself for a future story arc where Razor is involved, but because of him getting Rosalyn and her friends expelled he's forever on her shit list lol. The last one is obvious that she hates Ace's dad. Like with his mom, she'll be polite to his face but sometimes she indulges Ace in talking shit about him
