my toxic trait is reading way too much into everyday interactions theres this random guy who i see every friday at 8 o clock we always take the same bus to uni and we always walk to the same building and he's always a little faster and always holds the door for me and i always say thank you and he always smiles this big smile and then we walk up the same stairs to the same floor and there we part ways. but today he didnt just hold the door for me. he opened it, turned around, waited for me to go first and after our usual thank you/you're welcome he gave me that big smile again and there was this short moment of familiarity between us like he recognized me and i recognized him even though we dont know each other and it honestly made my whole morning

okay but literally what if buck and tommy end up together? like what if we get to see them moving in together or saying i love you for the first time or getting engaged or getting married? what if we get to see buck having a husband? literally what then...

If we don't get a flashback to some horny nonsense that occured at Chim's bachelor party as part of either Buck or Eddie's feelings realization then what even is the point? Something something about Eddie learning Buck will be there for him off the job, even without Chris being in the equation.

Something something about that being an important realisation for him to finally make because he’s always hidden behind his son when it comes to Buck (and his love life more generally - even Shannon in reality was for Chris not himself) but he won’t be able to this time.

Something something about that realisation being the key to giving himself permission to examine his heart and feel his true feelings.

omfg i stg some of you guys have this weird need to put Buck on a pedestal because why did i just see a post saying "buck has been there for all of eddies horrific breakups he knows what hes capable of" and "buddie cant happen rn cus buck cant fix eddie"... has buck not also had shitty relationships? am i tweaking? has buck not had issues in his relationships? im confused? and I fond this whole narrative that Buck can't date Eddie while he's struggling mentally sooooo weird like people do not date to fix each other.. they date because they LIKE eachother no matter the others issues.. Think about how reasonable that assumption is when two 36 year old financially stable men are still roommates and have been since they were 21.
