• Has a high pain tolerance. The most you'd get with a punch to his stomach is a small grunt. Nothing more.

• Continuing the tolerance thing, he has extremely high spice tolerance as well. Maybe to the point of not having capsaicin sensors at all. That'd be so funny honestly..

• Cold Take: Anger is Gay and Ace.

• SLIGHTLY WARM Take: He's Biromantic and Ace.

• Physically strong. Even more than Embarrassment. He could have broken through his grip no problem. Do you SEE my vision.

• Completely immune to lava (this is kinda canon already but I don't care >:>)

• Emits heat, even when he's not super angry. The other emotions use him as their personal heater- similar to Baymax in that one scene- during the winter.

race was once in the middle of streaming and when he realized it was raining he stopped whatever he was doing to open the window and set linda, his tomato plant, outside and left it open so he could hear the rain and chat basically just said “awww thats adorable uwu” for the rest of the stream

al was doing a q&a stream and suddenly race walked in and was like look what i found :)!!! it was kitten he found and suddenly the stream turned into them caring for it and now they have another cat

al has an electric drum kit and did a cover of a song and everyone, especially race, found it a little too attractive

elmer and race got into a “my boyfriends better than yours” argument and planned a video like the fitness competition that mark and ethan did on unus annus except spot and al didnt even know about the feud and know have to do some fitness test because their boyfriends brag too much

spot and al get them back by making them also do the (very difficult) fitness test against each other and its hilarious

- albert does randomly lil music covers in his streams fairly regularly cause everything is set up in the game room, but he posts a full cover of ‘papercut’ by linkin park and everyone looses their shit. the reaction is even more dramatic when race points out that you can hear albert’s voice in the backing vocals of his drum cover. he also plays/sings ‘i cant help falling in love with you’ on piano for race’s birthday one year and everyone’s hearts exploded. they’re also simps so he so much as mentions an instrument he plays and the entire chat is just like ‘🥵🥵🥵’

Scent: Ocean – seaweed, sea salt.

Height: 5’3’’

Voice: Strong but pretty quiet most of the time, very sarcastic when she’s angry, ranges between alto and soprano tones because of her music career, if she’s talking and she wants someone to hear, they know about it. Her voice is loudest when she’s angry, but she tends to go very quiet beforehand, and speaks through gritted teeth before she blows up.

Eyes: Yellow with a slit, catlike pupil

Hair: Dark brown, reaches about ¾ down her back, has a slightly lopsided fringe parting 

Body: 

Demon form: One pair of large black feathered wings with an iridescent sheen of green and blue, two sets of horns, one curling down either side of her head and two sets of horns, one curling down the sides of her head, one sticking up, green and blue scales on her temples, jaw and neck, long black green and blue feathered tail, black feathers around her shoulders and neck, usually wears a set of black gloves with two sets of finger armour on the index and middle finger of her right hand, black leggings and tank top (occasionally a black dress).

Human(ish) form: very skinny, no horns or wings, still has the scales, wears the same finger armour as in her demon form but without the gloves, hoodies or fluffy jumpers and leggings or sweatpants depending on how she feels, and a necklace Levi bought for her at a Comic Con as a sign of friendship.

Obsessions/habits: Can have severe body issues at times as it reminds her of how she died, this is what most of her breakdowns are based on, very protective of people she cares about, can overthink a lot, if nervous she’ll either bite her lip or mess with her hands (e.g. tapping, wringing her hands, cracking her knuckles), if she’s wearing a necklace or jewellery she’ll mess with that or her hair, will absorb herself in music or games when she’s upset, can verbally and emotionally blow up if she’s pushed too far, is also pretty self conscious about her height as compared to most demons she is very small due to her originally being a human.

Sweet spot/Sensitive place: Top of her head and behind her ears - she will start purring like a cat, very ticklish, will punch or try to freeze whoever is tickling her unless they are very close (e.g. Mammon, Astro*, Hiris**). 

Talents: Musician, very talented vocalist, good at comforting people when they're having bad days and cheering them up, not afraid to stand up for herself and other, can be quite terrifying at times, notices small details pretty often, can read body language and pick up on details of a person's attitude, personality and actions

Backstory key points: Grew up in a family of musicians, was heavily praised throughout her life, grew envious of other musicians she thought were better than her, which led to her practicing almost constantly with no breaks. Died of starvation, dehydration and exhaustion. Was reborn in the Devildom as a demon of Envy and Pride. Met Levi at a Comic Con - they literally ran into each other, Levi in Lord of Shadows cosplay, Ru in Female Henry cosplay on her way to perform on stage, they bonded after the performance. Stayed in contact online for a while before meeting up in cosplay a few times, then to hang out as friends. Levi eventually brought her back to HOL to play games, where she was introduced to his brothers.

Animal theme: Feathered dragon/bald eagle

Relations to other characters:

Lucifer: Heavy dislike because of how harsh he can be to his brothers, especially Mammon. Will tolerate him though. Will quote musicals and sometimes Shakespeare to casually insult him. Will only lash out if he says something that might hurt someone, as a reminder that maybe he shouldn’t be so tough on those around him. 

Mammon: Love interest (ignore this if you don’t like OCs shipped with canon characters). Bonded after she first came home with Levi, she saw how, despite being talked down to by his brothers, he kept supporting them no matter what insults they threw at him. Very supportive of him and comforts him whenever she can.

Levi: Best friend (one of), was the first of the brothers she met, thinks he's funny and likes it when he starts rambling about things he likes, joins in at times, wants to help him with his insecurities.

Satan: Mutual respect for how much they both annoy Lucifer. Happy to talk about books and musicals with him. Tries to reassure him that he is not Lucifer 2.0

Asmo: Best friend (one of). Gossip, music and shopping buddies. Likes spending spa days together. Very supportive of her whenever she has a body image breakdown. Tries to calm her down when she's angry at Lucifer, but won't physically get in the way. 

Beel: Friends, he makes sure she has food if she's going through one of her body image episodes (was told by Mammon and Asmo), tries to comfort him when he's worried about what's happening between his brothers. Will frequently bake things for him and his brothers.

Belphie: Like Satan, mutual respect for how much they annoy Lucifer. Happy to lie about and just chill with him.

MC: Mother figure. Very protective of them and will defend them from anyone who wishes them harm, including the brothers. Makes sure they're alright as much as she can. Has a pact with them so they can call her whenever they need her.

Diavolo: Respects him. Understands he has a lot going on so will give help when asked, but most of the time will leave him be. Very grateful towards him due to him helping her get settled in the Devildom when she arrived after her death.

Barbatos: A little afraid of him because of his time related abilities. Tries to keep on his good side as much as she can.

Simeon: A bit of a fan, since he's the author of TSL, one of her favourite series. Holds him in very high regards, very happy to talk with him. Has offered to collaborate with him if he needs music for future films/episodes.

Luke: Considers herself a bit of a mother figure to him. Looks after him when he's upset, happy to bake with him as much as he wants.

Solomon: A little skeptical of him, considering the 72 pacts he has with demons and his magical ability. One of the few people she struggles to read.

Astro*: Best friend (one of). Will team up with her to stand up to Lucifer. Protective of one another, will gladly cause chaos together.

Hiris**: Best friend (one of). A little jealous at times because she still has some family, but overall similar relationship as between Ru and Astro. Will gladly try to satisfy her curiosity and listens to her stories a lot.

Role: Student, vocalist and musician at multiple clubs

Family: None, doesn’t know what happened to her human parents or siblings after she died, barely remembers them at all.

Extra facts:

Will use her water magic both to help herself and others to calm down after a bad day and also to trap anyone she wants to 'talk' to - will freeze their legs and shoes to the ground so they can't move (usually Lucifer or people who decide to verbally or physically attack one of her friends)

Will buy Mammon or Levi something from Akuzon without them knowing whenever they've had a bad day to cheer them up

Will cause water based inconveniences targeted at Lucifer if she wants a more subtle way of annoying him after he's given someone (usually Mammon) a too severe punishment - e.g. burst pipe in his bathroom, frozen drink when he's starting to overstep his boundaries (even when she's not in the room, has a codeword with Mammon for him to send to her if he ever feels like Lucifer is talking down to him too much), bucket of water is accidentally knocked over and it spills on him, water goes cold when he's having a shower and will not reheat (Lucifer knows its her but has no way to prove it as she's never actually seen doing it unless she wants to be seen, only MC, Hiris and Astro know that Ru has the HOL pipe system memorized so she knows which pipe goes to which room)

Actions movies are is favorite so far since he integrated a "normal" japanese society, doesn't like romance ones too but sci-fi doesn't takes that much his interest, I likely see him sleep during them.

holy fuck this is long as hell.  i got bored and burned out from this so i didn’t answer all 119 questions.  but i answered 85 of them.  so here: a long look at alaric.  also fuck the formatting i had to to thru and number and space all of these myself and then tumblr fucked it so....deal with it.

In DA-centric universes Egeire ends up becoming fairly all-or-nothing re: clothing. at the end of the Blight, into Warden-Commanderdom, and to some extent post-Wardenhood, he is either in full armor and weaponry (with some extra flash and ideally some small piece of elfiness in the Awakening period), or when he is completely alone and not paranoid and with people he trusts in a space he feels safe in, he is wearing like comfortable loose-fitting pants and that’s about it.

In more modern AUs Egeire wears more like… practical clothes, probably? flannel and open button-ups over tank tops with sturdy pants and tough boots, whatever clothes have been Gifted to him over the years, annnnnd at-home muscly shirtlessness with loose sweatpants

DA: a mix of aesthetic robes and practical ones, some with long flowing pieces and embroidered flowers that gradually transition to black dust, wearing her mage blood and magic specialties quite literally on her sleeve, some that are more armor than robe (bc spellsword/arcane warrior) but with elements of robes nonetheless. Dresses more lightly in private for ease of movement, with fur shawls and fine shoes and all. may be talked into some sort of short top + long skirt look by her fawning husband. in private.

Modern: light blouses and either loose-ish pants or long skirts, fond of flower motifs, plenty of like cardigans and soft jackets and things that generally perfect that sweet and trustworthy and caring outward demeanor she wields like empathy made tangible and precise. also has regular graphic tees and jeans for gardening.

DA: Armor. Sturdy Dalish armor, long updated and cycled through with parts, blades on hand at all times, each meticulously well-kept and menacingly. The only time he’s not in armor is if he’s for some reason in disguise to get closer to someone to kill them.

Modern: ranges from business semi-casual to business ultra-formal and nowhere below that range, at least not for wearing out in the daylight. Cyrron mostly has his crisp dress shirts and pressed black slacks and all that easy “I am wealthy and important and you don’t need to know what I do for a living” class, even despite the clear vallaslin, but he also has a variety of tougher garb and more lowkey clothing for when his real line of work comes calling in the night for a slit throat or a poisoned drink.

D&D: Soveliss at the moment generally has his greyscale Acolyte of Kelemvor robes/garb, some dark leather armor, maybe some shiny beads or baubles, and his gorgeous blond hair (it is probably literally enchanted t b h), buuuut he has no real exposure to like….. choice of clothing let alone fashion. idk we’ll see if aub ever gets us somewhere cool where I can get him a truly art-worthy outfit or if he dies first i guess.

DA: so fashionable. whether he’s the Circle Ambassador or the Warden-Commander, Grey is dedicated to keeping up with trends and edging out ahead of them where he can. It’s a careful balance to keep, neither being so compliant as to be invisible or stepping so far out of line that he’s branded “outsider“ again, but he loves it. Grey is all about politics, wealth, luxury, prestige– whatever the Circle and the Chantry wanted to deny him, he will take, one way or another.

Modern: so fashionable. if it’s In he is at least looking into getting his hands on it, if he doesn’t already have it. as the Circle is traded out for more like…. slicksharp white collar big business laddering-climbing type ambition, so too are robes traded for suits, and so some manner of dress shirt + jacket/blazer/etc + slacks/dress pants/etc becomes his norm. Whether he’s climbing or charming or sleeping his way to the top, he enjoys surrounding himself with luxury and learning how to take advantage of it.Is still a sweetheart who looks nice in lace though.

The Thorns of Time

Which was apparently way sooner than I thought it would be.

A month passed by of constant arguing with my family. It was a hellish experience that I'm glad I don't have to deal with anymore.

It's not like mother threatened to kill me or anything climactic like that. I just decided I had had enough.

It had been a bad day at school. I failed three tests, got in a fight with an asshole, and it all topped off with mother yelling her head off at me because I existed.

I was done.

I gathered up what little possessions I had: the money I had scraped together over the years, a bag of candy, a wooden posing doll with a bad leg, a lone poster, the music box, a flashlight, my phone and its charger, and a few other trinkets I pilfered from mother's room without care. It was enough to fit in a small backpack, so I had plenty of room for clothing and other necessities, which I would buy later. Nobody noticed me leave. Nobody cared.

You know those huge city blocks from the Judge Dredd movie? Well apartment complexes in 2078 are sort of like those but on a smaller scale. There was a big central meeting area and some commercial floors on the bottom. Before I left the building, I planned to do some shopping. With money I scraped together and from working summer jobs, as well as occasionally stealing from mother, I had accumulated around 1500 credits. I'm not going to lie, that was pretty substantial for somebody from my background.

I had also done some major research on the late 1800s at the library. Yes, libraries exist still, and yes, it's all digital. When I was taking Jonathan out of Liverpool, I had noticed that people had given me dirty looks a lot. With a little research, I realized that with the tank top and shorts that I was wearing, they thought that I was a prostitute. No more of that.

Goodwill was actually a really cool place to shop, now that it's problem with internalized ableism was cleared up. I managed to find both a few dresses and a hat that would help me fit in a little better when I went back.

Next stop was Aldi. It was where I could get the most for my credits. Even then, I only got the essentials in comfort food.

During my research, I came across something curious. Apparently I was getting into some deep shit with the Liverpool Murder ruins. It's unknown who was behind the murder or what exactly happened, but the entire mansion burned to the ground overnight. It was suspected that the incident was due to a murderer turned arsonist that also struck on a steamboat headed to the Americas a few years later.

But I digress. My last stop was my father's warehouse. Dad was an arms dealer, so everybody at the place knew me well. They wouldn't think twice if I went in and looked around.

Dad specialized in disguised melee weapons. While guns and stuff were outlawed after the Republican Massacre of 2019, knives and other weapons weren't, and for some reason flamethrowers were included in melee. Dad always believed that the element of surprise was your greatest ally in a war, so he disguised his weapons as instruments. Stun batons as drumsticks, flamethrower as guitars, etc. They all functioned as their designated instruments too. Most of the electrical stuff had Iridium Tech batteries, meaning that they lasted years without needing a charge. My phone had one too, so I wouldn't need to worry about losing a charge.

In the back of the warehouse was where the weapons were made. I picked up some drumsticks and a small acoustic guitar that had white lead lined casing. For those that don't know, white lead, or Pseudolatticeleadenite, was a type of material similar to microlattice. It's as light as a feather but packs a huge punch if swung hard enough. It's been known to literally split heads.

Once I got everything together and I felt ready to move, I changed into the Cream dress and walked to the center of the area. I took out my music box and stuck Arabesque no 1 in the slot. As the encouraging notes echoed through the box, the lights filled my vision, and I found myself on top of the hill to the Liverpool mansion.

And immediately soaked with rain.

Apparently August 16, 1881 had been a thunderstorm of epic proportions and I had no idea. As I made my way to the mansion, I continually slipped and tripped in the gravel, covering myself in mud and rocks.

When I finally got to the front door, I was a mess. I doubt they could hear me if I knocked, but I had to try.

I knocked on the door. No answer. Just as I was about to knock again, the door swung open.

It was Dio.

He was a little older now, 13 or so I would estimate. While he looked physically the same, he had a different look in his eye, a sharper one. This wasn't the young boy I had stolen alcohol for.

"What kind of insane tax collector are you to go collecting in this weather?" He said. His words were cold and barbed.

"Dio? Is that you?" I asked.

He raised an eyebrow. "We've never met. You must mistake me for someone else."

"No, we've definitely met. Four years ago I took you to my time and gave you bottles of liquor to replace the ones I broke by accident."

"I, Dio, do not remember such a thing."

Does he really not remember me? I mean I know for him it's been four years, but still...

"Dio, who's at the door in this weather?" A voice from inside called.

"Just a strange woman. She might be a tax collector."

I heard walking towards the door.

"I'll take it from here." George said, and he appeared at the door.

"Sherri! It's a pleasure to see you after all these years."

"Likewise. I wish I could be here on more pleasant business." I said, shaking his hand.

"You're not just here to visit?"

"No. I'm afraid that my family has finally collapsed under the circumstances. I'm pretty sure I left before things got dangerous, but I'm not sure."

"Well don't just stand there, it's pouring! Come in." He said, and widened the door.

The mansion hadn't changed at all since I saw it last. That was great and all, but that mask was still there, still giving me the creeps.

"I'm so sorry for the state of my attire, I got caught in the rain."

"No need to make an excuse, traveling in this weather must have been awful." He said, and I followed him down a long corridor and down a flight of stairs. We stopped at a room just below the stairs, which he unlocked and gave me the key to.

"Here's your room."

It was larger than the one back home. Then again, I practically lived in a closet back home. There was a single bed in the corner, a small desk adjacent to it, a bookshelf next to the bed, a small wooden closet, the walls were made out of brick, and a small oil lamp sat on the desk. The floor was carpeted gray.

"Once again, thank you so much for this opportunity. I owe you my life today." I said.

"It's the least I could do, Sherri. I know we discussed that you will only be temporarily occupying this room, but I don't want you to feel pressured to leave. You can stay here as long as you need to."

I nodded, and I was left alone with myself. Starting tomorrow, I was going to start working with the servants. This was something that I had decided to do on my own. It would keep my mind occupied while I looked for a house of my own. I worked so many hours back home that if I wasn't working on something at all times I would get fidgety. Then I would start thinking about unpleasant things.

Like why Dio hadn't remembered me. Did it have something to do with time travel? Or was he just so young when we first met that he just doesn't remember me?

As I started to unpack, I thought more about other issues. Would Jonathan recognize me? What if he didn't? Why did Dio act so cold now? Come to think of it, why was he here? Had he been offered a similar deal to me? Had he gotten away from his previous situation?

I fell asleep with these questions plaguing my mind.
