i just… think there’s so many more issues facing our community than which of us are allowed to say what words, and as long as you’re not saying it maliciously then i don’t really see the issue. now of course this is my PERSONAL opinion and you can absolutely disagree, you have every right to do so, but i think….. just let people do what they want and identify how they want lol. if they aren’t hurting anyone then i don’t see why not. labels aren’t everything to everyone

in my mind, jack’s hesitancy to call himself a fag (which lets be real. he’s a fag. everyone in the fic is so deliciously faggy) is rooted in the fact that he HAS said it maliciously before, and therefore doesn’t feel like he deserves to say it anymore. that is an issue between him and god i think. he needs a good therapist and some good weed and then he’ll be fine
