Ahm more vent stuff my brain is all over the place today

#you know it’s wild to jump from ONE shitty relationship into another #and then I was like yea no I’m not gonna date again #and then… meeting the nicest most amazing dude while fucking CRUISING #..I almost ruined this too because I didn’t think I wanted another relationship #but #he sees me #he treats me like I’m worth something #the other day I felt so bad because I just #we were sitting together and next thing I knew I was sobbing #you know how he dealt with it?#he just held me #asked if I wanted to talk about it or just let it out #you know how good it feels to just be able to let it out and not have to be all #yea well I was groomed and raped and mentally ruined #oh woah fuck #sometimes it’s wild to even admit to any of it cause I buried it from EVERYONE #my mom didn’t know I was seeing an older woman when I was 14 #didn’t even know I was …‘dating’ at the time #didn’t know about the man who ruined my view on men until I was about 22..#in fact therapy has taught me to just. stop hiding it #even tho I.. still haven’t told them #I won’t either I refuse. they don’t need to know I don’t think they just need to know I’m happier now #and not a wicked smoker and drinker 😂#it’s why I journal so much it feels great to get it out

While I do find it funny that henchmen in Gotham probably warn each other about the Red Hood because he's a bat who will actually kill you. I think it would be better if Jason was actually seen as some sort of savior or idol to like 90% of the goons scattered around Gotham. Doesn't matter who they work for, they all know Jason, former crime-lord that took over majority of Gotham's underground in one night.

Jason, years after the events of UTRH, now fighting crime alongside the batfam, except every goon he runs into immediately recognizes him, stops fighting, and starts begging.

the first time it happens, Jason assumes they're begging for their lives only to hear them begging for him to return to the crime lord business so they can work for him and not Gotham's current money-stingy, abusive rogues (Black Mask lol)

Jason, halfway about to pull the trigger: Wait a min–Jeremy? Oh wow, it's been ages! How's the wife?

Dick, with a knife at his throat: What is happening right now

Jason: Ahh, well, crime-lording just wasn't fitting in on the daily schedule. Tryna turn over a new leaf and all that

Goon (Jeremy): Aw, that's disappointing. We really liked working for you, right guys?

[Chorus of enthusiastic "YEAHS" from the rest of the henchmen (even the one holding Dick at knifepoint)]

Goon (Jeremy): Well, anyways, I can't beat you up knowing you're my old boss! You gave us the best health benefits! We'll just let you take the evidence and leave.

Jason: Aw, thanks guys :)

And that's why 95% percent of Jason's missions in Gotham end in success. Not because he's willing to kill people or because rogues are terrified of him, but because 90% of the rogues' henchmen once worked for Jason and fuckin love him lol.

every now and then i look back on this GIF i have of nalu during tartaros arc and cry about how this particular scene alone solidifies the beauty of their relationship (natsu holding lucy's hand gently in the face of chaos and panic did wonders to my heart)

I find it endlessly fascinating how much Alhaitham outside of his character stories is portrayed as someone solely defined by the present. He never mentions his family ever. You don’t even know he’s an orphan unless you read them, or even that his grandma was such a pivotal figure in his life (and inspired some of his current views). He’s so divorced from his past you could be convinced he just popped into existence one day with no fuss.

i know that not getting what you need in a relationship is a COMPLETELY valid reason to end it but also. i feel like having a very vulnerable moment where i opened up about my struggles with intimacy and being relieved that i didn't have to keep doing things i wasn't comfortable with, then being dumped a YEAR later because of my lack of intimacy. is something i should be allowed to be very hurt by???
