I think because I characterize Death very differently than the rest of the fandom, I have a hard time categorizing the way I view post-tlw death/puss stuff as actual shipping. But I am down with the idea of Death having a sort of... fascination with the cat post-film that manifests as little signs of his presence, that eventually Puss catches on to and gives little acknowledgements back. Like, a bird falling out of the sky suddenly and landing dead at Puss's feet, or freshly picked flowers wilting rapidly overnight, or whistles barely heard on the wind. Once he realizes what these signs are (and that they're not omens or threats) he just sort of tips his hat and mutters a friendly response when he's alone. In that way they end up building a quiet familiarity with each other that persists until their true final meeting.

knowing/learning multiple languages is fun until you are unable to write a paper without three different dictionaries open because you have to filter every thought through 4+ languages, until you start mixing words from different languages into a normal conversation and draw a total blank trying to correct it, until you notice keeping up with all those languages is impossible because concentrating on one means neglecting another and AHHHH 🗣️🗣️

when he got mumu (the mudkip), he wasn't really fond of him and immediately tried to think if he's even worth for pokemon contests

ruby thinks mumu is not pretty (hes a swamp pokemon) or smart or cool (BRO ALWAYS HAS SNOT COMING OUT OF THE NOSE) but hes still coping that he'll do fine

and then when ruby learned about the existence of a milotic, he knew he wanted one so bad (its so pretty to him) so he went to try fishing for it (but little did he know an ugly feebas is what it takes to have a beautiful milotic) AND HE HATED THE FEEBAS but it joined his team anyways 💀

and then mumu became a marshtomp. two "ugly" pokemon next to his "beautiful" pokemon (is crying about it)

my personal feelings on gender just dont align with the trans/cis idea and realizing that that is as much construct as gender roles has been freeing. it also got me to understand people who are reluctant to use sexual labels more. it’s hard to talk about something when youre coming up with an understanding never before articulated to you. it’s hard when you know the way things are doesnt feel right but you dont have any other way

So, I've noticed just now someone who has me blocked is reblogging my posts? I don't mind the reblogging, it's like a head pat, but I am bothered about it being an answered ask and I can't see who liked it enough to reblog and presumably follows me,,

Maybe it's the new roleplay tumblr culture, since there's rules now with following and passwords and such that I don't entirely understand,, but it's a bit distressing when I haven't interacted with a blog only to get blocked and finding posts reblogged by those that blocked me,,

I'm sorta hoping it's a mistake and it's because it was my main following that hadn't been touched for a hot minute; I know it's like, a very tiny non-issue, but between that and some Lucifer rp blogs I really admire also having me blocked without any interaction,,

It kinda crushes my spirit a bit, y'know? Like,, I know he's not like canon, and these are just muses, but it sorta feels like a rejection from the character himself haha
