I think one of the things I liked so much about the thranto pairing was how we all discussed power imbalances in a romantic relationship. Through fan discussions and creations, we looked at what respectful power imbalances were and what messy power imbalances were.

Writing thranto fic helped me realize I was in an abusive relationship years ago, and I’m so happy to have gotten out of it. Not everyone in that kind of situation survives to see the other side.

I don’t know when/if I’ll be able to work on my stories again (my ex found my ao3 account and would mock my stories in a very demeaning way) but I’ve at least returned to reading for again and it’s kinda nice to read about these two smart/idiot dudes in love. 🤎💙🤎💙

I had this weird dream of Ezra wanting to bully Thrawn (and the rest of his crew) by playing outer rim country music over the chimera speakers and Thrawn just lying down to cry in the middled of staring at art, because it reminds him of Eli so much. (Because of course Eli listens to outer rim country music)
