Imagine how good Kallus would be at stealth missions after defecting, simply on the merit that he SOUNDS like an imperial.
Exactly like what happened in the final episode, he's able to give deceiving commands over comms because he doesn't sound out of place.
He gets sent with infiltration groups all the time because of it.
It works out super well until a random officer recognizes his voice.

I want to talk about Kallus' face when Kanan ignites his lightsaber in Spark of Rebellion Pt. 2, because this?
This is the face of a man old enough to remember the Jedi.
He was likely studying at the Academy when Order 66 happened and has only ever known the "traitor Jedi" narrative throughout his Imperial career. Now here he is, sent to Lothal to snuff out the spark of rebellion, coming face to face with a freaking Jedi.
