Okay so im debating on writing a oneshot for jayvik in the hp universe and i have a couple of questions for people who remember more of the books than me bc its been way too long:

Do wizards use physical crutches and braces the way jayce and viktor do? Ik theres like an ick amongst wizards for muggle sciences but i remember there being one disabled character with like a peg leg? I think? Idk i want to write like a “jayvik enters the world of hp” rather than them already existing in it so trying to figure out how they’d manage their disabilities and if theres some magic alternative.

What’s like a really concise summary of events after prisoner of azkaban? I really can’t remember shit LMFAO

What’s that secret like club dumbledore made with a bunch of professors? It was at likeee sirius’ brother’s or dad’s place? And what book did that even happen in?

chat how do I write a summary about my fic.

My fic has been sitting here collecting dust for weeks on end because I have no idea how to write a summary for it so that people read it

With all the resurgence of the Marauder fandom and specifically WolfStar i need you all to know the only reason i still have my ff.net account

I read this like 2x a year, it's got a bit of crack but it's very good. At some point the summary was changed but it used to be

"On the list of Very Bad Things Sirius Black has done, snogging Moony in a bathroom stall is really only eighth or ninth"

Be in total Deamus mode recently, I read a lot of fics. Many of them have surprisingly similar general picture but with different detailed characterizations. Here are some so-called “must have” purely from my impression:

Dean is always the more popular one

Seamus usually initiates intimacy

sharing a bed, usually Seamus sneaks into Dean’s

Seamus likes how tall and big Dean is, but feeling ashamed of his own shortness

Fights break out because Seamus doesn’t understand Dean’s experience as a black boy

There are (but much less than I previously thought) exploration of Seamus’ Irish identity

A lot of curses

Insults thrown around lovingly

Dean is bi Seamus is gay. Seamus getting super jealous when Dean dated Ginny.

Seamus setting things are fire and Dean took care of him

There aren’t that much discussion about Dean’s birth father. I dunno why. if it were me I would really care. (Is it just because I’m Asian?)

Draco would like to say that when Potter barged into his office at nine-thirty in the morning, locked the door, and demanded, “Are you in love with me?”, he sneered back and said something quite clever and cutting along the lines of please, Potter, I know we’re not trying to kill each other anymore but I have the good sense and, more importantly, standards not to throw myself at you or maybe at least I see your ego hasn’t gotten any more tolerable since school. What he said in reality, though, was, “What? I—what?” He tried again. “Have you gone completely mental?”

A botched love potion makes it so that everyone in Harry's vicinity is madly in love with him—everyone except Draco, that is.

Hey guys!! I finally have a fic summary for you. Once I finish chapter 2 I'll publish the first chapter (I have 6 chaps in the works) and then the second one a few days later. I hope you enjoy. This fic has been really fun.

the one where the Prince of Slytherin and a (childbearing) Heir to the Potter Duchy have been contractually betrothed since infancy. There's just one problem...Harry isn't an omega, and James and Lily Potter are long dead. The contract is moot. Right?

Except for the fact that Harry is an omega, and he finally presented just weeks before his seventeenth birthday. Now, he and Tom have to adjust to suddenly being engaged, and for some reason...Tom doesn't look very upset.
