Do you know anyone else that described Draco's appearance aside from Harry and Ron? I honestly think that Ron hates Draco so much that even if he is actually attractive Ron will just say he is ugly out of spite (especially when Ron used to keep a rat as a pet if those are so ugly to him why keep it and even bring it in Hogwarts when cat, toad and owl are the ones only allowed) while with Harry he claims Draco is his arch nemesis but described him and thinks of him so much that I kinda can't think of him as unbiased when it comes to Draco

So the best is if there are others that has described Draco

I don't think so. Ron insults Draco's appearance several times throughout the book and Harry...notably doesn't do that and also describes Draco in weirdly poetic and borderline complimentary ways on several occasions. Other than that we don't hear anyone mention it iirc (if anyone remembers differently feel free to correct me). Ron and Draco have a much more straightforward relationship; Draco bullies Ron and Ron is hurt and hostile as a result. Ron never intentionally seeks Draco out. Also, in book 4 Ron and Hermione talk about how great it would be if Draco didn't go to school with them and Harry is mysteriously silent during that conversation and doesn't participate or even mentally agree in his narration.

Ron and Draco are an example of two people who just don't like each other. Draco and Harry's relationship is something else entirely.

Also shoutout to the fact that part of the reason Draco hates Ron is that Harry chose Ron over him. Not only that, but Draco's treatment of Ron was the deciding factor that caused Harry to reject him. So even Draco's bullying of Ron is, in my opinion, in large part about Harry - by his jealousy over Ron having Harry's regard, his projected anger in which he blames Ron rather than himself for Harry's rejection, and by the fact that he knows going after Harry's friends is the best way to get a rise out of Harry and get his attention.

Draco who always cut his hair short and styled it a particular way his whole life until one day Harry told him he liked how he let it grow a few inches longer during the summers and how much he adored the way strands fell in front of his eyes in the mornings before he'd get ready so Draco stopped styling his hair altogether during their breaks from school and discovered he too liked his hair left unattended if it meant Harry would always smile fondly at him like this as he pushed away the strands before finally kissing him.

really love that after escaping from manor, harry thinks that he "left behind" people there...who are these 'people'? who you left behind harry?bellatrix?or lucius?greyback?or maybe narcissa, right? Not draco, the guy you despise sooo much that you'e worried he might die there, right? RIGHT?

Every time I see you in my askbox I know you're gonna coming with something great to say. And hahaha. I agree that line is incredibly telling. Clearly it's evidence that Harry care deeply for Bellatrix and has decided to be the bigger person and move on from the whole murdering Sirius thing...lol jk. Yeah. There is literally only one person in that room that Harry could be referring to here.

And remember, he thinks about those he left behind at the Manor in the context of sensing through his connection with Voldemort that they are being brutally punished.

Draco didn't reveal Harry's identity. Draco let Harry take his wand. Draco didn't report it when he saw that Harry and the others had untied their bonds while locked in the basement cells. Draco has been having doubts about being a Death Eater and doesn't want to be there. If Voldemort realizes any of this he will surely kill Draco - probably not quickly - and even if he doesn't, he might do that anyway.

Harry knows that as a result of his escape Draco is going to be hurt, and quite possibly killed. In this scene, he knows it's happening right now at this very moment and he can't do anything about it or even let himself dwell on it. But part of him wishes that he could, that he could back and save Draco or that he had brought him along. Maybe he doesn't fully acknowledge that, even to himself, but it leaks through in how he thinks about events. JKR didn't mean it that way, but that's she wrote.

I've talk about this before but it's really notable how the first time Harry successfully blocks Voldemort out is in this moment. I read as this being evidence of that fact that he is so motivated to not see Draco being tortured or killed that for the first time EVER he manages to fully close his mind. Also, the Manor sequence is a turning point for Harry. It's when he becomes fully committed to ending the war, and ending it now, to destroying the Horcruxes whatever the cost and focusing solely on that mission on not on the Hallows or on wondering about Dumbledore's true motives. Seeing Draco, and knowing that the price of his escape may well be Draco's life seems to shift something in him.

Also shoutout to the fact that when escaping the Manor the last thing he does is look back at where Draco is despite all the chaos going on:
