Frankly I don't think that is what this is a picture of. Rather looks like a fox of some sort that has lost all its hair, probably due to mange. Or perhaps a hairless domestic dog breed?

Losing guard hairs could certainly make it look odd I imagine but guard hairs are not majority of the coat AFAIK. If this has any fur at all, it is *very* minimal

I’m almost through the A breeds, there’s three left, I can sense, progress.

I’ve missed three days so far in these first 20. I try and not skip too often but my main goal really is to also not burn myself out and get through them all.

My mother and I went to meet this dog today. She's a senior dog with a skin condition so her legs are hairless. Her name's Harriet and she was previously in a pet hoarding situation so she just hides in the closet for most of the day, I thought you'd like to see her.

There's a new candidate for my favourite customer ever.

Someone had bought a dog jacket (uh-oh) with fleece lining (oh no), not a small dog either, so plenty of fabric real estate (*sweats nervously*). The product bag had been opened, and while it was folded pretty neatly, it was folded differently from how we do it, and all the... sleeves? Pant legs? had the velcro attachments adjusted for a smaller limb size than the default, so it had been taken out and tried on.

However, upon examining it, I only found one (1) singular dog hair on it.

So whoever had bought it and returned it (reason given was "too big") had brushed any loose hairs their dog might have shed in it before sending it back, and saved me a whole lot of blood sweat and tears and probably like fifteen minutes of work.

That's such a rare thing to happen!
