Something really great about the persona 2 cast is that they all individually fucking SUCK to talk to casually. Every single one of them. They are all infuriating. We have:

Tatsuya, who will stare at you blankly if you try to initiate conversation (IS) and will dip without saying a word afterward (EP)

Batsuya, who will scoff and brush you off/otherwise act dismissive

Eikichi, who might honestly be the best to talk to in the IS crew and that is not saying much, who WILL talk extremely loudly over you (probably not on purpose?) and will not be paying particularly close attention to the conversation beyond whatever he wants to say (gets points for talking about his gf. gets points taken away for constantly talking about his gf)

Lisa, who will automatically assume bad faith and will be rude to you the entire conversation unless you manage to defuse her temper (good luck)

Jun, who is uncommunicative at BEST and requires an encyclopedic knowledge of flowers, metaphor and body language just to get a HINT on what he’s thinking, and who will be extremely polite but completely unhelpful. If you tried asking him what he wants for dinner I guarantee it will be the longest 30 minutes of your life as he goes “oh I have no opinion :) whatever you want. :))” EXCEPT HE DOES HAVE OPINIONS. He has SO MANY OPINIONS. He is Expecting you to be able to pick up on his “obvious” clues. He will be passive aggressive if you don’t. (Jun babygirl you suck so bad I love u)

Maya, who is a delight but will very quickly become grating if you try to talk to her about anything serious as she hits you with the white suburban mom's "how to live a happy, healthy life" lifecoach slogans. You can’t even mention, like, stepping in a puddle or something without her hitting you with the positivity beam.

Yukino is great actually. 10/10. She’s fabulous we love her. Incredible conversationalist, chill and fun and easy to get along with. But she’s from Persona One, she doesn’t Count.

Ulala, who WILL bring up her relationship problems in every conversation within 10 minutes at least once. Any longer and she will start talking about Maya.

Do I even need to explain Baofu. Have you seen him.

And finally, Katsuya, who is a cop and a kiss ass and Very Obvious about these things. Also he can't talk to women. He can barely talk to men. Help Him.

And yet they all work wonderfully as a group. They are so annoying I love them

Persona 1 & 2 are filled with the most annoying bitches alive #exaggeration obviously. not by that much tho #persona 2s cast in particular is very charming. when they're TOGETHER. Individually? Wellllll...#hmm something about p2s cast in particular feels less. gimmicky? I guess? than the newer persona games #which isn't to say that those casts are worse or that the p2 cast ISN'T gimmicky because they are #but idk. you kind of always know how Ryuji or Ken or Yukiko will react to a situation. but the p2 cast may surprise you #again: doesn't make any of the later casts bad! I absolutely adore them. That you can predict them is evidence of strong character writing!#The p2 cast just feels a little more fleshed out is all. probably because the lack of social links means they're able to progress #throughout the story and change without worrying about conflicting with a link yanno?#I love social links though I think they're a great edition!#They need their kinks ironed out a bit but Yosuke has already proved that they are absolutely capable of working hand in hand with the #development of characters in the story as well #and theyre still fun even when they don't impact the story. I like getting to know side #characters too! #fanfiction #batman #batfam #dick grayson #just read an amazing percy jackson/batman fic (making waves) and it made me fall in love with dick grayson #i've already read a few other crossovers with batman and my fave characters from other fandoms #(a couple obito in gotham. a few hp/jason todd (a very fun harry/alfred) etc)#but fuck making waves was just...something else. i enjoyed jason and other characters in the other fics i read #but i legit need some dick grayson-centric fics now bc i lobe him and i want mORE #idk how to get into batfam stuff tho. not particularly interested in reading comics atm tbh but i need to better understand these character #especially dick so i can read the aforementioned dick-centric fics #and tim i guess bc i still don't have a solid grasp on his character. i get damian jason dick cass bruce and alfred for the most part #but i still don't get tim that much. he's computer tech guy who has a boyfriend and jason tried to kill ig idk beyond him being red robin #anyway i've gotten into so many series in my life simply bc i read a good af crossover and ig batman may be my newest?#it was supposed to be jjk (mdnsy is amazing) but i haven't gotten around to more jjk crossovers (besides the curse!obito ones)#and i didn't fall in love with satoru like i did dick in making waves #so im doing that first lol

Ginger and Gingerbread or something, I don't know I didn't grow up with this show

#but the truth is NO ONE GREW UP WITH THIS SHOW!!! I came up with the project!!!#...well I guess that means I did grow up with it lol #anyway #Ginger (right) and Gingerbread (left) is a series about a sister and brother gingerbread cookies that get stuck in Gingerbread land #thanks to -and I'm not joking- a peppermint watch Gingerbread has that can traverse dimensions #It also included their Aunt(?) Cake and their cousins as well as the annoying next-door kid Sugar- I mean Sergeant #(who of course has an incessant crush on Ginger)#(but he does get better I promise)#theres also a human antagonist a cookie version of said antagonist and a “pretty” girl named Pepper who everyone (Ginger) hated #(and likewise Gingerbread had an incessant crush on Pepper but unlike Sergeant it does NOT get better with those two)#(also Pepper is Human Gingerbread Cookie whatever's cousin. So that's fun!)#The cousins were the most generic characters ever but I still love them #They were Cutie (the baby) Hungry (the... self explanatory) Gothy (also self explanatory) Scaredy (need I say more) and Sassy #Sassy was the bratty older teenager with a new boyfriend every week of course.#In the original series Sergeant was adopted by Aunt Cake and he and Sassy had a sibling rivalry #I may just make him an orphan now... lol... but I'll still make the Cake Cousins his found family #why did I not think of the cake cousins as a name sooner #anywho. nothing screams cebuano quite like trying to google traditional textile patterns and getting search results for tourist destinations lmao

#mine.txt #oceanhero i love you but this isnt very helpful #theres results for textile patterns dont get me wrong but none of them are what im looking for #narra studio sells a handbook for traditional handwoven patterns throughout the years but #1.) it seems to be general filipino textile patterns but since the studio is luzon-based itll most likely favor luzon patterns despite that #and 2.) its $40 which is around PHP2;250 and i dont have that kind of money #it seems my only option is to go around cebu buying traditional garb which. is a Much taller order than it sounds #also im not very good at identifying the differences between native patterns and i dont wanna accidentally appropriate indigenous ones #for my art (which is the secondary reason im trying to look for native patterns)#oh looked at narra studios about page and theres a number of nonluzon groups/places there that im guessing are where their workers belong t #but im not a part of any of them im sugbuhanon lol #sugbuhanon literally just translates to cebuano but i didnt want it to be confusing since there are indigenous groups who live in cebu #and are therefore called cebuanos but then theres the non-indigenous group called cebuanos who may or may not live in cebu #the confusingness is cause of the fact we're divided according to ethnolinguistics lol #so ya got cebuanos who arent cebuanos and cebuanos who live in mindanao

I really can't stand Gil

#Thinking about him for some reason tonight/this morning/esta madrugada #And like I can't stand him. It never changes lol #Someone else besides my cousin's girlfriend is now also reading PH because I asked #and between one and the other I'm falling again in the realisation of how much I can't stand him haha #I went into PH for the first time and saw him and thought 'oh he's neat. really pretty'#and just a few chapters later I couldn't stand the sight of him haha #Shittiest character ever. And I do love shitty characters often but the way Gil is in particular irks me a lot for some reason #I guess it's in part the narration and how hypocrital it is at times when it comes to him #Which would make sense with the ending if it weren't for the fact that I don't think it feels narrated by Gil at all until that very moment #Or not that I recall. I could reread to check again #Anyway... He is the favourite character of my cousin's girlfriend for now because 'he's very pretty and he is so kind and nice' omg #My attempts at keeping my dislike at bay were unsuccessful I think #One of the guidebooks actually brings up the topic about how shitty he is (I'm letting her borrow those too #so I'll wait and see what she thinks about it) which as I told Leigh was very validating #because this may be one of my most unpopular opinions of the manga? xD #On the other hand he was compared in that very fragment to Liam‚ who I also think was quite a shitty person despite how he is constructed #or at least perceived by the other characters as perhaps one of the best persons in the manga #Anyway yeah... Rereading these few first chapters because of being asked a question about them sent me into a Gil spiral tonight lol #Funny how it works like irl to some extent. I have obtained a new oc and in the process I've already signed myself up for needing to make at least 3 new ocs for his story which he now has despite me initially Intending for him to be a side character for a different side character to hang out with. My townhouse has over 200 characters on it.

#rat rambles #oc posting #he doesn't have an official name yet but he is my silly billy and I love him #also take every him with an asterisk again he's like super new (I just got him today)#although several elements of his story so far have been things Ive been wanting to do for a while so thats a part of why I have so many #ideas for him already since its some stuff I've been wanting to play around with for a while #the real reason he has a chokehold on me rn is that I tripped and made him my 500 thousanth character with identity issues #I <3 characters with a fucked up relationship with their sense of self and what it even means to be themself #oh hes also a magic cat world character because thats what like 90% of my ocs are from at this point lol #and another goop related guy but this time not directly related to every other goop guy #he doesnt interact with any of them or even know most of them exist #long story short hes a robot who used to not be a robot but remembers nothing abt his life before he turned himself into a robot #all he has as reference is a mostly ruined journal his past self kept that is almost entirely unreadable due to it getting soaked in goop #he knows that this was self inflicted and his approximate age but that's abt it in terms of useful information #early story is mostly just him traveling alone trying to see if anyone nearby knows who he is but after going through like 5 or so towns he #starts to get more worried and upset about the whole situation and starts trying to look into some different missing person reports in #hopes that he can find one of himself #he runs out of the savings he had on him pretty quickly though so he had to figure out how to stay afloat while doing his research #'luckily' he meets a man while looking into one case he found who was willing to let him stick around at his place while looking into it #this guy had some investment in these dissapearances because he suspected that they related to his father and hoped to find any sort of #window in what he was up to since he hadnt seen him since he ran away at around 17 #spoilers his dad is cake this is still connected to cake nonsense because everything in this world fucking does but the main boy himself #actually has no ties to cake or his activities so thats smth at least #but yeah long story short things get. real bad for my boy after the first few months of staying at this guy's place.#yknow how risa in the future was often used as a weapon of war using some unstable chemicals? yeah guess where that started.#mr daddy issue haver over here may understand that his dad is a bad person but evidently that doesnt stop him from being not much better #currently Im planning on having main boy escape eventually and get stuck in the non magic world where he meets april but that could change #it depends on if I want him to interact with the other stories going on at all or not #I probably wont but I would like to leave myself some wiggle room to let him meet more side characters #like (looks with big sad wet eyes) ginger maybe? please? please april? let me see your sister? that you havent seen in years? please?

Just based on my opinions only take what resonates

-Water moons/mars are the most likely to just say they love you during s*x (they may mean it too !); Can happen to fire moon/mars too but they may not mean it after the moment; Earth Moon/Mars will not be saying anything without planning well in advance (Earth moon AND Mars, you will not catch them slip lmao); I’d assume Air Moon/Mars would be the most likely to tease the other person(s) and say just about anything but I love you

Astro Observations: Tropical Edition (Sexology🔞)

Hello Guys! Thank you for the support of my couple last post! Since we did a Vedic one, I kind of want to do a Tropical Edition one especially since I am more versed about it, SO I HAVE MORE TO SHARE😋

1. Both men and women who have water paired with a fire placement or air placement are much more emotionally detached about sex compared to one with an earth or several water placements. He's an insanely good care taker (no surprise)

Has a habit of buying you plushies whenever you get sick, so your bed is over taken by them after a few years of dating. It's an army.. Or so you call it!

Will give you that sad puppy look if you refuse to let him hold you, even if it's out of love. He just wants to make you feel better

Doesn't let anyone else enter the house unless it's your family, he's your boyfriend and so it's his responsibility to take care of you! (he's protective)
